I like this place, but one of the ladies that work there (not sure if shes the manager) is a bit rude and I ordered a large salad and was asking double of some of the veggies (since its a large salad) she got upset and told me if I kept doubling ingredients it would cost more , I mean they are just veggies!!! I love this place. I come 2-3x a week for lunch and dinner with my family. Everything is always fresh and looks so good. The Tomato Basil soup is our favorite and the bread. We joined the text deals and that brings us in even more. My only recommendation is to just get the small salad. My husband a few times got the large and when we compared it to each other's it was the same size and amount. When they first opened it was great and there was a size difference. They were told to scale back since then and now it's less for both and the large became the same. Maybe they could weigh out or do something to show a difference. Other then that I recommend coming here it's so good! read more

Five stars because this place is insanely delicious and they make it so easy/fun to be healthy!! A little pricey but you can really customize your plate with everything and anything you could ask for. You won't leave hungry after eating a salad here, the portion is just right! I love the seafood mix, avocado, orange slices, broccoli, sprouts, grapes, and jicama over spinach with honey mustard dressing. Even though the seating was almost full, there was no line and I got my food quickly. All the employees were friendly. The veggies, fruits, and meat were all fresh and fully stocked. So we go into the location tonight and noticed that there was a sign that they were closing early due to short staffed. We were excited that we had 15 min before they closed. Have been traveling this week so was looking forward to a healthy salad. My wife ordered a small and the girl grabbed a to go container. My wife asked if she could put it in a bowl so it could be mixed. The girl said my manager said to put them in the Togo since the were closing soon. I was going to order a large and with everything I put on a salad I can tell you it barely fits in the large to go container after the mix it. So as she was tearing the lettuce we said we are going to leave as we don't want to bother you especially if your are closing early. The girl behind the counter just stared at us. Like she didn't know what to do. Reading other reviews I agree on the decline recently. It's a hit or miss on the service and quality of the salad. It also a new crew every time. Last year there was an awesome crew and Bri was the asst manager. Wish we had that crew back. This is our typical go to place on Friday nights but looks like a new place is on the horizon. read more

And while a little pricey, you get a huge portion. They have a ton of options from your standards to your more unusual such as kale and several kinds of sprouts. They also have several protein and dressing options. I do wish that they would clearly mark where to pick up to-go orders as the lay out is a little crowded and confusing. I am very disappointed in this location's service. I love salata, but their poor service outweighs me wanting to go there anymore. Today I went and not a single person said hi or welcomed me into the restaurant. The workers always seem preoccupied making online orders, restocking the salad bar, etc. while I'm the only person standing in line waiting for someone to acknowledge me. When I ordered today, I asked for my salad to be made in a to-go container because I have a severe nut allergy and don't want any cross-contamination from the tongs that are used to mix each salad. Well, the girl replied to me "we don't normally put it in this until the end but I guess I can do that." I thought that was a very unprofessional response. The amount of lettuce I was given was enough for a small mouse to eat and when asking for corn, I got about 5 kernels. Highly dissatisfied and will be telling others not to go here in the future. read more

Really good! Some in our group were pretty let down when we told them we were trying out a new salad restaurant, but they changed their tune once they walked in and saw all the produce laid out. You can add turkey, chicken, or seafood to your salad, or you can get it in a wrap. Our carnivore friends scarfed down the delicious wraps, while the rest of us enjoyed salads and soups. I think this place will be perfect on a hot summer night, when you want something cool and light for dinner. That being said, none of us could finish our gigantic salads and we all left feeling full. Treated my mother to this very clean and amazing soup and salad establishment. Very very clean and the staffers were very accommodating and professional. Additionally, they have all sort of greens from spring mix to kale and everything in between. All the additional topping looked appealing from veggies to various toppings. As an added treat there is a selection of meats from Asian BBQ to grilled Salmon. Unfortunately, I was unable to taste any of it because of dental work so I tried the soup Broccoli cheese. It was phenomenal and I didn't add anything but was offered to add extra cheese or bacon. On top of that they offer bread to go with your soup or salad. This place accepts all forms of payment. They have various teas and lemonade available. The establishment is very neat and tidy. There is booth/stool style seating with outdoors seating as well. It is a clean up after yourself location. So take your bowl and dump it. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 but the trash area needed attention and a few tables needed cleaning. I appreciated the food line receiving all of the attention but the lobby area needed a dedicated cleaner. Overall, I will recommend and return. read more
