When the stylist was finally done with their client, I was not apologized too for having to wait 25 mins after my schedule appt time which I was on time for. If I am required to put a credit card on file to ensure I make my appt time, I would expect my stylist to make sure they at least greeted me and apologized for running who behind our schedule time. I never received a text message or call that they were running behind. Had I known I would have adjusted my own schedule for that day. Once the stylist came over I was greeted with a cold greeting and not even apologized to for having to wait 25 mins past my appt time. This unfortunately is not the first time I have had a subpar experience at this salon. Maybe I had an one off experience, but for the amount of money a consumer pays to get their hair done, this sort of Behavior is just not acceptable.

To say that dismissing someone's feelings or perspective as "insane" simply because it does not match your own is deeply concerning.
