I was just getting a trim, but she was so meticulous and asked all the right questions so I would get what I went in for. Sometimes you'll get hairdressers that try to point out the flaws of your last cut, or things that need to be fixed, but Blue was very complimentary and sweet. After she blow dried my hair, I realized I should have asked for more to be trimmed off. I felt so guilty, but she was so kind and immediately offered to trim more. After she was done, it was perfect! This salon feels really clean, modern, and airy - plus it's in a great location. Make sure to ask for Blue, she's the best.

I got a long layered haircut with some curtain bangs, and cost me $130. I only complain a little because I'm broke lol but otherwise I suppose it was worth it, because it's one of the better haircuts I've gotten in my life. Also, my hair was extremely long (butt length) but Alice handled it well and was also able to finish the haircut in about an hour. My last had been more than 6 years ago, attempting to embrace my wavy-ish hair after years and years of getting magic straight perms. I tried - and I failed. My natural hair is thick, wavy on the inside, half straight-half wavy on the outside, and it just wasn't working for me. Booking an appointment over the phone was easy and I appreciated her upfront pricing and time estimate. My perm plus haircut took about 5 hours total. I was her only client the whole time and felt at home at her studio as she kindly offered me snacks and drinks. Ashley is clearly a pro at what she does, so hospitable, gives the most relaxing hair wash, and I'm so happy with how smooth and silky my hair feels now. Thank you, Ashley!

Went in for a magic perm + cut since over call she told me it'll be $250. She asked how much length…read morethe cut so I asked for a slight trim but she ended up chopping a large portion of my hair (make sure she cuts the RIGHT length u ask for). The perm procedure took place (slightly different from the traditional, normal straight perm process since she did the neutralizer step while my hair was soaking wet dipped in their washbowl.) She also cut my wet hair while it was still soaking wet immediately after rinsing my hair post the breaking bonds step, instead of blow drying and flat ironing it (other places cuts ur hair while its dry). After she blow dried my hair after the final rinse, she charged me $270, different from the price she gave me at the start of the process saying "haircut itself is like +$30." I won't ever be returning due to this scammy malpractice *** update below: I told her that I prefer English but doesn't mean my Korean sucks which would cause miscommunication in the pricing. I was never communicated in either Korean or English that the price was an estimate, I was given a solid price no range or the word "about" was used during the call. I was never informed before the service that there would be extra steps in the service due to my hair condition - this should have been communicated before so I can decide whether or not I'd be able to pay the extra $20, instead of receiving upcharge price after all those additional "steps & curls" which I never asked for. The curls could have been done with a curling iron myself after the cut + perm, I never asked for permanent curls. I never had a single bad of this experience at any hair salon. I am honestly hoping for a hair undo and refund/my money back if possible
