My friend and i walked in at 615pm on a Friday, at that time it seemed like 10 more people walked in too lol Although my friend and i were there three hours, i still rate this salon 5 stars. My friend and i got shellac pedicures and i got a shellac manicure as well. I've never been to a nail salon and have felt more welcome and appreciated. They took their time, my nails came out excellent, they were very friendly and i think the pricing is pretty decent for the service they give. The owner/manager was so down to earth. I had such a great time getting my Mani/Pedi done at SoulBliss. Adriana did my nails for my gender reveal party I have on Sat and they came out beautifully!! Even better than expected!! I stumbled across them on Yelp and saw they appeared to be all of the above so I made an appointment. I have worn acrylic nails off and on for years and this last time when I took my nails off, I actually had length on my natural nails. I had an appointment with Adriana and she did an amazing job. I have been so impressed with this salon! First, they responded to my request for an appointment almost immediately and got me in at a convenient time. Rosa did my hair the first time and gave me some much needed repair to some really overworked and brassy highlights that I had. She used quality products and I left the salon feeling like a million bucks! The salon is clean and new and the owner is continually working to open more booths and bowls. Basically was told that it's normal wear and tear for a couple of nails to fall of around the 2 week (not true) and constantly feed the bs excuse of this being rare and then having an experienced staff ,but the main thing is this still happened to me and nothing can excuse it . I spent my own money on nails that keep constantly breaking before two weeks which is infuriating. Maybe try this place out if you want to but I will definitely not be returning . Now on my hunt again for a new nail shop that will give my quality nails that won't fall off .Glad the owner showed her true colors , I was just looking for an explanation or even an apology for this inconvenience but money talks ig. I'll probably get some short response again with someone trying to blame me but I'm honestly done. Im never returning here ever again , off to find a nail place that will own up to its wrongs and do the right thing . I had a very pleasant experience during my first visit to Salon SoulBliss. I called to make a same day appointment and they were very accommodating. While scheduling my appointment they were very friendly and gave a brief description of the pedicure services. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Summer who was also my nail technician. Summer was very welcoming and offered me a beverage. The recliner I sat in while getting my pedi was very comfortable. I got the deluxe dry pedicure with shellac polish. This was my first dry pedicure and I wasn't sure what to expect. I really liked this type of pedi and I will definitely be returning back to this salon for another. My pedicure looks great and the A++ customer service was the icing on the cake. I will be recommending this salon to my family and friends. read more

Overall I enjoyed my time here! Janet did my pedicure and Summer did my manicure. I'm a bit OCD so I notice imperfections where others won't. I'd never had a waterless pedicure before and it was quite nice, although I could feel my cuticles being clipped which is the strangest feeling. LOL. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure, although before paying I noticed they had a duo to get shellac on both nails and toes for the same price I paid . I wish I would've known that, but all in all I enjoyed my time and will be back! My little sister had her nails done by Adriana and is obsessed with them! I usually never write bad reviews, but OMG!!! I scheduled an appt 2 days in advanced, and when I got there I was not in the appt book, but they saw me anyways. The nail tech had another appt in an hour, so she rushed with my shellac, which its terrible its so uneven. Then they have "dry" pedicures, honestly I can't believe I bought a groupon for a dry pedicure. the nail tech, cut my toe nails so unevenly. They are all angled. I had a bad experience overall.
