They followed the instructions exactly for all the little extras I wanted, and make sure the food was packaged exceptionally. The food itself is super tasty. I do not have one complaint! What a great little treasure of a restaurant. Highly recommended!!!

It was always a great family casual spot with good quality Italian dishes. However, the most recent visit was marred by a complete disaster with respect to service. When we arrived, even though the restaurant was not full, it was clear the staff was overwhelmed and stressed. When we finally got sat, we immediately saw two people walk out before they got their food, which should have been our clue that the wait was going to be long. Not one server even looked at us for 25 minutes. Even the hostess who sat us failed to acknowledge that no one even came over to take a drink order. When we finally politely spoke up, they did get a very nervous server to come up and explain that this was only his fourth day working and he was not trained properly. Now, after that, another server came up and took our order, and everything went smooth as it ever did, and the food came out good and piping hot. I write this bad review to tell management, please, do a better job managing your staff and training them, especially in extremely busy situations, because you are going to turn away customers who have been coming to your establishment for years. I hope next time I come I will be able to update this review, because I really like coming here with my family.

On my 1st visit, we ordered the meatball app and I got a veal dish, after trying for one of the fish specials that was sold out. Cousin got chicken parm. We both enjoyed all 3. Very good flavor, cooked perfectly and nice presentation. Very Good portion for price point. We both left with full bellies and had some to take home. Salads are included and I liked the house dressing. On my 2nd visit, I attempted to order the duck and beans pasta dish, but they were sold out of the duck. Switched to pasta with white clam sauce and it was delicious and plentiful. When we arrived, the server who sat us cautioned us and another couple and asked for us to bear with her, since the other 2 servers scheduled to work called out. She said it maybe slow. She and the bus boy helper kid ran the entire dining room and every table was full and she did a great job! We didn't feel like we waited extra at all. We ordered wine, an app and our meals and the pace of the meal was perfect. After 2 visits, I can confidently recommend Che Figata and it is on my top list. I'll visit frequently. Especially for the prices and portions and quality. Authentic great Italian food. Also, there is an ice cream shop next door - Jane's (home made) ice cream, which is great, too. That is - if you didn't get a delicious dessert at Che Figata. Buon appetito

I got the eggplant Parmesan and it was so good. The sauce was well balanced tomato with cheese on top. And the eggplant was crusted beautifully, nice and crispy. It comes with a side of spaghetti and bread. If you order this menu option I highly recommend sharing this with another person. It's definitely a lot for a single serving so come hungry. Another thing I appreciate about this restaurant is that they have a dedicated vegetarian section of the menu. For those who don't eat meat, they got you covered. It can get a little crowded during rush dinner time but you shouldn't have a problem getting a seat. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area. Best Italian food in the local area.

Haven't been to Panera in years. While traveling from Maine to PA I stopped in at the Hannacroix,…read moreNY Panera. $10.99 for a tomato soup (ouch), $16.65 for a rather small Chix Ranch Salad later- (is lettuce that expensive?) - they said I had a free pastry coming. I picked the Kitchen sink cookie feeling a little better about the exorbitant pricing they have always had. I shoved the receipt into my pocket and continued on my trip. Today I found the receipt. They charged $5.85 for the cookie that was supposed to be a free credit AND took my free pastry credit. Tried to call them all day today. The phone rings and rings with no options to place a catering order OR to reach an employee. It rings forever and then someone seems to pick up / hang up. I've called other Panera's to fix this. They say the only store that can fix it is the HANNACROIX NY PANERA that I went to. Who do you hire, Panera? For food, predictably the same at all of your stores, why do you charge so much? Someone should rethink your business model rather quickly in my humble opinion. I think you owe me - at least - $5.85 or some credits; your call. As we converse with our children and colleagues, these things come up. Conversation is the stuff of advertising. Take a look at your Mac 'n cheese prices. I'm sure I'm not the only one suggesting you fix this.

Talbott & Arding was chosen as our first stop on our girls' getaway journey. Tucked in the Hudson Valley, just an hour from the Berkshires, it was a sweetly energetic beginning to our day. We each chose a sandwich from the counter. My smoked salmon on focaccia was a delight. The bread, airy and light, beautifully happy yeast just bounding with lift, defying the constraints of olive oil which left my fingers gloriously glistening. I haven't had a focaccia as happy as that in a minute. Super thin radish, bright pickled shallot and fresh watercress all gave a nice vibrant touch. Ben's cream cheese couldn't possibly be creamier. And the delicate, silky, fresh, luxurious salmon... What a dream. So balanced. I filled my arms with goods- iberico salami, Aleppo chili oil, Blackstrap coffee beans, local chocolates, and an adorable Talbott & Arding puzzle. I'm sure I could have easily convinced myself to buy just about everything I laid my eyes upon. The cheese counter was an absolute work of art. It's clear that Talbott & Arding is a willing servant to the gifts of the surrounding earth and people. The homage it pays is palpable. Our stop at Talbott & Arding set the tone for an intentional, peaceful, vibrant, cozy, delicious, connected trip. I'll be back immediately.
