Tons of people just having a great time. Great non-alcoholic drink menu. About to celebrate three years of sobriety, and I truly appreciate that. The food was good-great, depending. My wife got a salad with pulled pork and I got the brisket. Both were just "fine" and the meats desperately needed sauce. The brisket was pretty dry, which was disappointing. We also split a side of the smoked mushrooms, which we thought were good, and the pasta salad, which was unfortunately quite bland and not very noteworthy at all despite using pasta from the acclaimed Gallus. Now here's the sleeper: the dry rub wings were incredible. Some of the best I've ever had! Don't miss out on these just because they're on the appetizer menú. If I came back I'd just get a double order of these bad boys. Sweet and smoky and cooked to perfection. Absolute 10/10.

And the lasagna stole the show -- layered, deeply flavorful, and clearly made with real care in-house. Between the setting, the pasta, and the overall atmosphere, this was one of the best meals we've had in Vermont in a while. Already planning our next visit.

We got there at what we thought was 5pm and asked what the wait would be for walk-ins or if we could be seated at the bar, and the person I believe was the hostess had an attitude about it and said it was impossible to know until 5pm. I looked at the clock on my phone, and it was 4:59pm and several seconds. Instead of waiting another ten seconds for her to then be able to answer us, we decided we did not need that kind of snooty, negative energy on our vacation and went to The Reservoir down the road instead where we ended up having an amazing experience with far friendlier service.

The DJ was awesome and people were dancing like crazy. It didn't take too long to get drinks and when we did they were affordable and served with a smile. We had an unforgettable time. There were empty tables last night, but from what I read, it can get pretty crowded here. We ordered the Mudslides and they were really good, but a little too icy. The night we went was their weekly karaoke night which we didn't know ahead of time, but it was fun! It seems to be a group of regulars who like to sing and the vibe was fun and laid back. The employee running karaoke was super nice and friendly and overall the whole place had really good vibes. I think we'll definitely be back next time we visit Burlington!
