I got a wild foraged berry slap pie scoop in a cone & a strawberry pretzel salad pint. Service was great I got to sample as many flavors. This location is a bit smaller & has no bathroom.

Always a pleasure coming here. Generous scoops, creative flavors, friendly workers. The new rewards program is super awesome! I signed up and got a free double scoop

I was strolling in Queen Anne, and I saw Salt and Straw, and I was like, why not? I wanted something a little more popular & local, and honestly, the place is super cute inside--totally aesthetic. I got in line, and the line grew fast, but it wasn't a crazy wait. I think it's just because everyone is taste-testing, which, duh, I did the same. So, I went with the strawberry and coconut water sherbet, and it was insane--so yum. I got one scoop in a waffle cone, and it was perfect. Definitely a 10 out of 10--I loved it!

Idk how they do it, but they keep coming up with more flavors that I keep falling in love with. Even in the winter this place seems to have a revolving door of customers. Not just because the flavors are delicious, but probably because they keep the heat pumping inside. I usually eat mine before I leave. If you need a sign to finally get up and give them a try, this is your sign. This month's temp flavors might be there best. Their service is absolutely top notch as they let you try before you buy. It is harder to pick than you think. And just when you thought you were in heaven, you find out the flavor you cant get enough of is also sold by the pint. The more interesting thing I noticed, was the interior design really reminding me of coldstone and im all for it seeing how their ice cream is so so amazing.

My family loves ice cream especially when a new Salt & Straw location opens up! Sea Salt w/ Caramel Ribbons is one of our favorites and I immediately fell for the Coffee & Love Nuts. Will be back soon to have this again and earlier in the day, as I was feeling the caffeine in the evening. This new location is easy to get to on the top of Queen Anne and parking is accessible.

Went on Fri night around 9pm, caught the post-dinner crowd with a line out the door but the folks working were very good at getting the line moving quickly. It took about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line. Friendly folks, great flavors. Really enjoyed their apple series- tried the vanilla apple custard tart and sorbet and both were great. If there's no street parking, you can park in the garages for Safeway or Trader Joes.

I love the Honey Lavender and how it is available throughout the season. The staff are energetic and kind. So glad they open in QA!

New location for Salt & Straw! Perfect place for an ice cream shop in the neighborhood! You get a warm welcome from the waffles being freshly made in house! Place is small but inviting. It was pretty pack but it was worth it! All the flavors sound so good! I ended up going for one of their seasonal flavors. Apple cider donuts yum! It's definitely more on the sweeter side but loved the chunks of donuts in it! I love that they change out flavors so every time you go in you can try a new flavors. They also have options for you to purchase cakes for special occasions and pints of ice cream to go! Parking is available all around but if you live in the area it's worth the walk to treat yourself! Highly recommend! Nice way to end your day with your family and friends.

Always love visiting Salt & Straw and I was SO excited to see they opened a new location on Queen Anne!! Great seasonal flavors as always. Big freezer with to-go pints available and other merch for sale. You really can't go wrong here, all the flavors are amazing! I tried the seasonal Apple Cider Donut and (my favorite) the Salted Malted Cookie Dough, which was a great duo. Pro tip: order a single scoop half & half for the perfect amount, and you get to try 2 flavors!

The best ice cream of all. The season flavors are truly unique. The best thing is that you can try the flavors before making a decision.

This place is super popular, but the line moves quickly. They have QR codes available whilst waiting in line so you can try to decide your flavor ahead of time. What's great is that you can also ask for samples when you reach the counter. I know frozen Greek yohgurt is all the rage right now and Hellenika doesn't disappoint. I got the Ube Coconut flavor and it was incredible. I definitely didn't taste the coconut as much as I would have hoped, but it was such a fun flavor with which to experiment. The frozen yoghurt was not as tart as I would have expected but there is a slight aftertaste in case you don't enjoy that aspect of eating yoghurt. They had some other unique flavors such as Tim Tam, Seattle Fog, Lemon Curd, etc which paid homage to their Australian-Greek heritage while also honoring Seattle. I cannot recommend coming here (especially with friends to have company in line and then people to share different flavors with). It is worth the wait in line especially during a Seattle summer.

While waiting in line, we were able to scan a QR Code and see all eight of their flavors for that day - Latte, Honey Matcha, Ube Coconut, Dutch Chocolate, Vanilla Malt, Marionberry, London Fog, Canteloupe. It taste like extra creamy slightly tangy ice cream. It's served at a temperature where it's already starting to melt, but that's usually not an issue since people at it so quickly! Their process starts with cultured milk. The milk is churned into gelato in small batches. We couldn't decide what to get so we went with a flight of all 8 flavors served in kids cups. I thought the cultured gelato went well with all the fruity flavors (Marionberry and Canteloupe), but my overall favorite was Ube Coconut - I just really like that flavor profile. Brendan's favorite was Dutch Chocolate and he was ok with Canteloupe and Marionberry Charlotte's favorites were Ube Coconut and Honey Matcha Shanying's favorite were London Fog and then Ube Coconut. My family scores: Brendan - 4.7 Charlotte - 4.1 Shanying - 4.0 Winston - 4.0

About a minute after getting my drink, I took a sip and was surprised that it was cold--not even lukewarm, but actually cold. I didn't go back to ask for a remake because there were several people in line behind me and I didn't want to wait. Instead, I ended up microwaving it when I got back to my Airbnb. The latte itself was decent and had a strong espresso flavor, but the mocha syrup was way too sweet for my taste. I think it would have been much better if it had been about half as sweet. The price was also pretty high for a 12 oz latte. The customer service was disappointing. The young woman who helped me came across as rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also sampled the tiramisu gelato, which was overly sweet and didn't taste very authentic. Overall, I regret spending the time, money, and calories here. There are too many great coffee shops in Seattle to settle for an experience like this.

So funny. The staff is kind and is more than happy to let you sample to your heart's desire. There is seating both inside and out. I am sure on summer evenings this place is insanely busy, but on a Monday at approximately 2PM, I didn't wait in a line at all. They had fun summer flavors such as apricot crisp, blueberry cheesecake, cherry chunk, and strawberry sorbet. I tried two different flavors, and both were delicious. Both flavors were extremely creamy, even the fruity flavored ones. I started with the strawberry sorbet. It was refreshing. The strawberry really shined through and was extremely fresh tasting. I feel like strawberry flavoring can sometimes come off as artificial, but I did not have that experience with this ice cream. The second flavor I sample, and my favorite one of the day was the honey lavender. It felt like you were walking through an organic lavender field. As always, cities have expensive ice cream, but I am just a girl, so I will get a sweet treat.
