We are long-time fans of Seattle Pops! We have enjoyed them many times at farmers markets and events, so we were excited to finally visit their in-person store! We love their creative selection. The fruity pops are always a favorite, and the creamy ones are incredibly rich and flavorful. A standout for me is the Cookies and Cream, which has whole Oreo cookies inside, giving it a unique texture that's like a mix between an ice cream sandwich and a popsicle. On this visit, I tried the Matcha Strawberry. The matcha flavor was rich, and the frozen strawberries balanced the sweetness perfectly. Other flavors we love include their strawberry and banana strawberry pops. They never disappoint! The store itself is really clean, with the option to add toppings to your pop. My family loves Seattle Pops! The location is cozy and both the indoor and outdoor seating is out of an indie film. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and I love walking up and down the strip before or after eating my pops. The flavors are all excellent and you can and taste feel homemade feel. There isn't the "fake" preservative after taste you get from many commercial brands you can get at QFC and I love tiff for my kiddos. There is no pretentiousness in this cozy oasis of flavors and staff are really nice. I love seeing the pops stored in the case and I feel special when I order the arroz con leche, cookies and cream, lime and other fruit flavors in a big summer day. I spent a weekend at a music festival where Seattle Pops had a booth set up all three days we were there. They also started us on a punch card which we tried to fill up before the festival ended but we were two short by the time we left. Anyways! I got to try a few flavors: very strawberry, cookies and cream (twice), and chocolate banana. Clearly the cookies and cream was the standout flavor if I got it twice instead of trying another flavor (I did want to try cinnamon horchata but they had sold out when I was ready to get one). I love that there are whole Oreos in the cookies and cream popsicle!! And it's a creamy popsicle so you don't get the icy feel on your teeth when biting into it. I love Oreos but feel they taste better when soaked in milk (otherwise the cookie part is too dry for me), and this popsicle gives you that experience but in a fantastically cool sweet treat way. I love it. The very strawberry is also really tasty and you can tell that it's made with good ingredients and not just junk and water. It was really refreshing to have a fruity popsicle when you're stuck outside all day long in the sun. The chocolate banana was pretty good too but my least favorite of the three flavors I tried. There were real slices of banana in what was essentially a fudgesicle, so the frozen banana didn't really offer much in terms of flavor. I did learn that if you go to their actual shop you could dip, drizzle, and/or top your pop so I think this one would be perfect for a chocolate dip of some kind! The perfect place to grab a summer treat! While I'm not usually a huge popsicle person, I thought this place was awesome. With a nice selection of fruity pops and creamy pops, you can pick your flavor to enjoy on its own, or have it dipped in chocolate, add a drizzle, and/or a topping like sprinkles and chocolate chips. I went with the coffee pop dipped in dark chocolate. It was SO good. Others in my group tried the cookies and cream pops and also really liked them. They don't skimp on the toppings, so definitely order them if they sound good. Staff were friendly and got our pops ready in record time. Absolutely love Seattle Pops! I will start by saying I'm more of an ice cream person, so I have only tried the creamy pops. I have gotten pops both from their Wallingford location and at multiple farmers markets. Everyone who has helped us out, has seemed nice enough. And the outdoor picnic tables with dog water bowls are great place to sit and enjoy your pop in the summer! The picture included is of the cookies and cream, it's actually has huge chunks of cookies in it, which I am totally a fan of. The strawberries and cream tastes like a strawberry icebox cake which was also delicious. My husband and I both really like the creamy coffee and he enjoyed the blueberries and cream but I did not. It seems to be more on the icy side and was not the same consistency of creamy like most of the other pops - I think the strawberries and cream combo just works better. I loved Lilikoi and cream but it was too tart for him. It definitely is more on the tart side, but it reminded me of lassi on a stick - yes please! If you have any chocolate craving, chocolate, banana is definitely the way to go. It's like a gourmet fudge pop with fresh chunks of banana - heaven. If you are a coconut fan, I would definitely recommend that, and it has actually shredded coconut in it too. The Horchata is to die for, but it's a seasonal flavor, so I'll have to wait until they're back! For everyone commenting about the price, I would like to remind them this is a small business with locally made products. Going out for a popsicle is basically the same as going out to MM's or S&S for an ice cream cone, and definitely less expensive than getting dessert at a restaurant if you're eating out. And of course it's going to be more expensive than getting it at a giant chain grocery store, but you have to remember those items are mass produced with ingredients from who knows where, so you have to take all of that into consideration. You'll see Seattle Pops at various events all over WA but I came into the shop for the full experience. The first flavor I tried at a farmers market was rhubarb but i wanted to come in for the colorfully decorated popsicles I'd seen photos of since they only have plain ones at events. You can get drizzles, sprinkles, nuts, it's a bit of a different experience coming into the shop but I would still try these at any pop up stand. Their flavors are unique and never disappoint. Today we tried the strawberry lemonade and strawberry-basil popsicles. My husband thought my strawberry basil choice tasted like a salad but I loved the freshness of it. My father and I went to a market and saw a stand with the a big text on it saying: 'Seattle Popsicles'. I got a cookies and cream popsicle and it was outstanding! BUT of course nothing is flawless. They had literally added big chunks of Oreo cookies into my popsicle. First of all, how the heck do they fit that in there? 2nd of all, I don't like Oreos, so it took away some good flavor from the popsicle. It is an excellent place to go if you are bored of the regular store pops and want funky flavors. However, the place is PRICEY! Each bar is priced $4-5 each, and then any topping is anywhere from 75c - $1. It costs a dollar to sprinkle a pinch of chocolate and almonds on your ice cream. Once you look past the price tag, each ice cream is delicious. The staff is helpful and explained the flavors and suggested the best ones to order. They will cut open the package and wrap it nicely in tissue and hand it to you. I tried the Very Strawberry and the Kona Coffee. (Kona Coffee generally is expensive and hard to find, so that bar is justified being on the higher end). The Very Strawberry was a creamy base and had the right amount of fresh strawberry. It wasn't overwhelming in any way, and there were chunks of dried strawberry in it, adding to the taste. A definite 5/5. The kona coffee was a great one too, but I wasn't that much of a fan. It was a subtler version of a regular coffee and tasted very little like Kona coffee. They have cute benches on the sidewalk, which are perfect for outdoor seating. And the string lights at night make it ideal for even late evenings. The ice creams are kept in a colder temperature than the store ones, so all the pops are more frozen, meant to be bitten off. Being someone who enjoys a popsicle gradually, I had to wait a bit for them to warm up a little. It would be a perfect 5/5, but the higher price for everything and hard texture knocks one star off for me. read more

They had so many good flavors and they had both diary and non-diary. What i loved was that it wasn't just a popsicle you can do so much to it. I've seen Seattle Pops many times at local farmers markets and was excited to visit their brick & mortar space in Wallingford. Seattle Pops features both creamy and fruity flavors on their menu. Since I was in the area, I wanted to check this place out after seeing them at a lot of the farmers market. It's a cute a little store right across from mushashi with tons of seatings. They have a selection of fruit based ice cream as well as dairy based. I opted for the fruit and got the chili mango dipped with dark chocolate. The mango is really good, and you can definitely taste and see the mango chunks in the popsicle. The chocolate itself is also pretty good, not too sweet and went well with the popsicle. Since it was raining, I decided to stay and finished my pop and had the chance to talk to the owner, who is super nice and have tons of plans to promote Seattle pops which is a plus! We have tried a number of their popsicles and have loved most of them - except for the pumpkin spice one. In fact, the milk-based ones are essentially an ice cream bar, so I'd at least consider those a better value than the fruity flavors (although those look delicious as well). Seattle Pops participates in many Farmer's Markets around the Seattle area, which makes them extremely difficult to resist when strolling past their stall. I'm sure that most people do not agree with the price of a single pop, but their pure and wholesome flavors make them unique and keep the customers returning. The Coconut Cream actually included a substantial amount of shredded coconut, the Kona Coffee had visible flecks of coffee beans and the Cinnamon Horchata contained a fair sprinkle of spices throughout. Plus, they were all creamy and pretty rich. It's clear that the ingredients are natural and I've never tasted any hint of artificial flavorings. **TIP** Ask for a punch card! After 10 purchases, you get a free pop. So yes, after $40 spent on popsicles you get one for free, but hey, it's better than nothing! read more

I tried Seattle Pops for the first time today when we spotted their booth at the Fremont Sunday market. I've always seen their stands and wanted to try it out but never got to it, then Covid happened, etc. Today was the perfect weather to finally try some popsicles. We got the lilikoi (passion fruit) and very strawberry popsicles. I tried both and I preferred the strawberry because it was less icy in texture from the puréed strawberry and a little less sweet. I liked that it still had the strawberry seeds so you can tell it has real fruit in there. The passion fruit flavor was also good, but I'd definitely try other flavors over this one next time. These were probably the most expensive popsicles I have ever gotten ($5 each), but I thought it was worth it for a special occasion on a beautiful day at the market. read more
