We had a really nice birthday lunch here. We took my mom here since she was wanting burgers and we were in the area for the day. Each of us got the cheeseburger and I got mine with bacon, aged white cheddar, and GF bread. It's nice that they have a lot of bread options to substitute the menu. I did order my burger medium rare but it came out well done. Honestly, I didn't mind since it didn't taste dry and had an interesting smoky flavor. The shoestring fries were incredible and crispy. The waitress even surprised us with a flourless cake with chocolate ice cream to celebrate, and it was delicious. Overall such a great time.

Anniversary dinner at Salt Creek was very good Started with pomegranate martini and blackberry smash, both very tasty. Then seafood chowder and Salt Creek house salad, both very good! Chowder's broth was very sophisticated and extremely well developed with lots of chunks of fish. I couldn't even tell you exactly what type of seafood was in there, but it was good! We both ordered 7oz filet for entree. My wife ordered hers medium and was cooked perfectly. Mine, however, was ordered medium well, but came very well done unfortunately, making it not as enjoyable as it should have been. My filet was about half the size as my wife's, which also annoyed me. Given the price per entree, I expected better. For dessert, we split the butter cake, which was great and well presented. Great atmosphere for an anniversary dinner. Service was only average considering such a nice, fancy environment imo..

The service was great. My spicy shrimp app was delicious! I did not enjoy the ginger salmon dinner served with rice and asparagus. To me, it was flavorless. I also ordered a Spicy Paloma and their blackberry cocktail. It tasted like pure alcohol. The drinks were strong! Bathrooms were clean, plenty of parking.

The vomit looking steak should say enough how is that considered a steak sauce overcooked not good just completely wrong. Great service though food was just embarrassing.

If I could I would give it 3.5 stars but the service is what made me round up instead of down. You walk into a beautiful restaurant and a beautiful ambiance. I've been here before for an event, but this is the first time I've come for a full dinner. The variety that they offer in food is good for people of all pallets, however that means there won't be multiple version of one protein. The service was excellent and was the best part of the experience. Even the manager stopped by to talk to us after our appetizer which I loved. DRINKS All the drinks were absolutely delicious. Tajín margarita Moscow Mule Spiced red wine APPETIZERS Brussel sprouts- they were a little better then okay but a little too soggy for my liking. Salt and vinegar potato chips- delicious and addicting. Warm sourdough loaf - to die for. ENTREE- Nothing really stood out as something we would need to come back for even if it was good. Nothing special. All the sushi rolls were good and filling. Unfortunately don't remember the names of them. Salt creek house salad- was okay it needed something else in it. Ribs- were delicious. Fries- one of the worst I've ever had. Soggy skinny and unappetizing. The special of barramundi was dry. The steak was pretty good. The salmon was pretty good as well. Dessert- 2 Butter Cakes - was disappointed. I've had the butter cake before here just a sample for an event and there was options for a Caramel or strawberry last time and for the dessert on the menu there was no option and the strawberry wasn't as good and the cake wasn't even hot.

This place is a staple. Such a cozy and warm feeling inside. Gets crowded for happy hour. It is on the pricy side but nice for an occasion. So many wonderful menu items to choose from. Cannot go wrong with any of their appetizers.

What a great family dinner we had this past Saturday evening. Alyssa P was our server and she did a great job and was very personable with great recommendations. I haven't been to this location in a few years and it didn't disappoint. We usually go to the Rumson location as it's closer to home. Drinks and appetizers were very tasty. Brussels sprouts & Burrata salad were very good and everyone enjoyed them. 3 of us ordered the Parmesan- Crusted Filet and there were 3 clean plates ! I ordered the slow roasted half-chicken and it was very tasty and a nice sized portion. Dessert was also yummy as we celebrated a birthday with Flourless chocolate Cake & Butter Cake. I didn't try it but seems like the butter cake got high reviews!! Heather helped us redeem our gift certificate and she was so super helpful. I'm so excited for the upcoming Holiday Gift certificate deal that's coming up again around Black Friday. You buy $100 of gift cards and you get one free. Yes, $100 free. It's an amazing deal and I'm looking forward to visiting Salt Creek Grill again very soon. It's a beautiful restaurant and in a great location. Amazing vibe inside too. We will be back!

I came In for Happy Hour and to watch a baseball game and was greeted quickly at my seat at the bar. There were happy hour menus everywhere and there was an interesting mix of American and sushi options as well as half priced drafts and wine. I ordered strictly off the happy hour menu and was thrilled with the salmon nigiri, seaweed salad, and sushi roll I ordered. The bartender was attentive and kind and repeatedly checked in with me. The bar area was a tad loud with high ceilings, but not so loud I couldn't talk on the phone or listen to the game on my AirPods. Highly recommend a good meal at this place.

Went on a sat night, was not full so noise level was very low and nice. Appetizers of salt & vinegar chips and its sauce, as well as warm sour dough loaf with garlic and asiago are really tasty, just wish bread was fully sliced thru for easier serving Tamari flat iron steak lacked enough seasoning but, temperature cook was perfect. Coffee encrusted new York strip was seasoned and cooked well. The bit surprise hit was the Apple Butter & Sage pork chop, that was extremely good. Shared pieces with the table, everyone agree they should have gotten that. In addition, the sweet potato fries with the pork were also very good. I swapped out broccolini for sauteed spinach, but took a picture from a friends regular serving. Will be back for this dish. Consider trying it, it's that good. Desert was flourless chocolate cake which tasted more closer to a brownie, but its rich chocolate ice cream makes up for it. The daily special cheesecake was described as pumpkin cheesecake, cinnamon cream on Graham cracker crust but the staff forgot to mention a nut (likely Pecan) topping. Luckily its clearly visible when served but for people who don't like Pecan or are nut allergic is a big omission. Be watchful with gift cards as one I provided was skipped initially but I caught their mistake.

We like coming here because it seems to just about everything, including Sushi. There's always some interesting entrées and salads. A little pricey, but decent.

It has been about 3 years since I've been to Salt Creek Grille. However, I have been frequenting this restaurant for years. I recently came for Happy Hour, but I've had dinner here a handful of times also. The Happy Hour runs from 4:00 - 6:00. All wines by the glass and draft beer are 1/2 price. There is a happy hour food menu, but other establishments offer better happy hour food deals. We ordered the Edamame, Spicy Tuna Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll. I didn't find the prices to be anything specials, but the food was fine. It was hard at times to get the attention of our bartender, since the bar was packed. The main draw of Salt Creek Grill is the great vibe and energy. From the long wooden communal center table, to the high ceilings, to the outdoor patios and fireplaces, it's a great place to hang out all year round. It's always been a fun spot to meet up with friends after work or the occasional evening dinner.

I had the Apple Butter & Sage Pork Chop with a glass of pino nior for a solo dinner. Great service, nice ambiance and amazing food. Needless to say best pork chop of my life! The pomegranate martini is very refreshing- highly recommend! The Coffee-Encrusted New York Strip is also a great option if you are not into pork. The coffee-encrust taste was perfect

Happy Friyay Adventurers! I was able to attend an event here so grabbing dinner afterwards was the smart thing to do, because WOW! The food was so good, I wanted to order at least 3 other dishes, but was pretty stuffed between the 3 items I already ordered. First off, the ambiance of this place it gorgeous, especially for a date night. There's plenty of seating which included community table style seating however, it is recommend to get a reservation on the busier evenings. I can see a lot after work corporate meetups happening here. Secondly, the variety of foods on the menu runs from steaks, pastas, seafood, to sushi items. So you get a bit of everything while being able to do a tapas style eating. I ordered the spicy Calabrian shrimp which it def packed a kick, I loved it! Ended up taking half home and made lunch the next with pasta. I love a harvest style salad, so I ordered they house salad because the candied walnuts complimented the vinaigrette so well. I also ordered the fresh burrata because yah girl LOVES crostini and cheese. Man it's very much what I make at home and I was in love. The even had garlic confit to smear on the crostini toast. My most exciting moment was ordering a martini. I've been trying to get into my dirty martini era but haven't *quite* made it yet. The French pear Martini is perfect for the fall seasons--not too sweat or alcoholy. Hopefully next time I can try other dishes and drinks. Highly recommend for a nice dinner out.

Fully enjoyed that. Friday special ia chicken parm, was cooked nicely. However when we discussed dessert we just were too hot to have another drink and have dessert which is a shame. Not sure why they haven't fixed this know air issue, they are loosing sales.... What kept it 4 star for us was the wait staff. Jordan was extremely friendly and efficient, as well as the other staff that took care of us. Would love to go back, but maybe in late fall/winter unless they fix their fan/ac issue.

But, I wasn't blown away by any of the courses, unfortunately. The only dish that stood out as being really good were the rice balls. Everything else was just average-and that makes me really sad because I have been looking to try this place FOREVER, especially since we had our wedding reception at their sister restaurant that closed almost twenty years ago--and their food blew me away. Collectively, we ordered calamari- bland, arancini-delicious, crispy eggplant-bland and dry. I ordered the crab agnolotti which was just, well.... bland. My mom's salmon seemed to be cooked well, we asked for medium and that's what she got. The tiramisu was good, and I am not generally a fan. The mocktail that ordered-basil gimlet was a nice balance of sweet and sour. Overall, really giving it a 3.5 but based upon comparison to my other 4 star ratings, I had to bring it down a bit. An overall nice experience, but since the food is the star... I'm not sure if I will return.

As we were leaving I reconfirmed it with the person at the host's desk ( seemed to be the manager) , who apologized and said maybe our waiter missed it . But it was a noticeable miss that cannot be overlooked, as that was the purpose of our dinner here. End of the meal, our family's spirits fell flat, but we still sang and celebrated sans the petty candle. Now on to the food and drinks... Mocktails were delicious, colorful, and eye-catching . We tried all 3 on the menu and loved it. Appetizers galore filled our table ... Bang Bang cauliflower had a medley of sweet & sour flavors. Hummus pita board - Warm grilled pita was a table favorite with the small portion of hummus and fresh crisp veggies. Harvest salad - crisp lettuce, feta cheese, walnuts, poached and fresh sliced pear, cucumbers, and watermelon radish with rose vinaigrette made this extra special. Crispy calamari - great pairing with pickled veggies and arugula basil aioli. We ordered an assortment of entrees with all seafood choices . Salmon with risotto , Halibut & Branzino cooked to perfection served with flavorful sides. For dessert, it was the warm brownie with vanilla ice cream and peanut butter cup . The brownie was soft and not too sweet, slightly warm and it vanished in a few seconds. Peanut butter cup was a dense donut texture with candied peanuts We hoped that at least one of the desserts would be served with a candle as we were celebrating a birthday but they missed it and didn't care enough despite letting them know when marking the reservation. I loved everything about the experience at Agricola, but their lack of attention to detail stuck out like a sore thumb , as the poor communication between their front desk and wait staff dampens the guests' experience , making it a not-so-great finish .

Hardly any black beans, at least in mine, but two large shrimp (one of my favorite oxymorons!) and lots of shredded romaine, topped with about half a sliced avocado. We were looking to get a quick bite just to tie us over. This place came recommended by a close friend. We ordered a few appetizers. Spicy Tuna Roll- tuna, spicy mayo, masago, scallion, sambal, eel sauce, sesame seeds add avocado + $1, add pickled mango + $1 I chose the mango for a twist. It was fresh and delicious. We also ordered a California Roll- kani, cucumber, avocado, nori, sushi rice, sesame seeds. You can add pickled mango + $1 or avocado for + $1. We added the mango for a twist. It was very good. Next time I come I want to try their Buttermilk Fried Chicken Bao Buns-sriracha slaw, house made pickled cucumber, micro cilantro, asian glaze. It looked so good. There was a couple sharing our high top and they ordered several orders of these and they told us it's a must try. I would've ordered more food, but we were going to another place and I didn't want to fill up. The staff is very nice here all very friendly and welcoming. There's no children's menu. This place is a bit small so I don't recommend it for young children and it would be difficult for handicapped unless you're able to get a table outside. We will definitely be back.
