After doing some searching on their menu online, I noticed that there was a drive up delivery option and I immediately added a coffee to my cart. A lot of the reviews suggest that their cedar cinnamon coffee is really good so I opted for that. I drove up and clicked the link to let them know I was in the front and waited for about five minutes before I just walked inside the store. Everybody was in the back and when I walked in, I saw my coffee sitting on the side. I was offered a free sample, but no apology for not bringing my order to my car. After I took my first sip, I would say that the cedar cinnamon tasted just like an iced coffee with cinnamon in it. Not exactly what I was looking for and it wasn't anything life-changing. The brownie sample in my opinion wasn't good. The brownie itself was refrigerated and after I let it sit out for a few minutes the brownie had a unusually light texture that almost melted in your mouth like a chocolate, but more airy not your typical brownie that is sort of chewy like cake. It seems like they have a lot of food items that may be a stronger selling point than their coffee.

No oat milk. No fluff n puff. Just coffee. After waiting way too long, I finally asked what was going on. That's when they casually mentioned they had to brew a new pot. Good to know... eventually. A simple heads-up or apology would have gone a long way. There were about six employees behind the counter, which made the whole situation even more confusing. It felt less like a rush issue and more like a "no one is driving the bus" issue. As for the food, coffee: not great, tasted watered down. Maybe they used the same grounds twice. . "Ick" is the technical term. Bagel sandwich: actually very good. Everything bagel with egg, cheese, and sausage. Flavorful. Would have been even better if it were warmer than room temperature. At that point, I wasn't even picky. I just wanted to receive the order I paid for sometime before retirement. For comparison, the 602 Coffee House (PCH location) runs much smoother. Either their team is sharper or the system is just better built. Busy, but efficient. Bottom line, good food potential. Consistently slow, inattentive service I want to like this place. I got the You Salty Dog, and the vanilla foam adds a little extra sweetness, so just keep that in mind if you prefer your coffee less sweet. My sister got the Coco Panda, which was also more on the sweet side -- although that could be because she added vanilla cold foam. Overall, such a cute spot with a cozy atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Pacific City!

They roast their own beans so I kept it simple with an Americano. Delicious rich tasting espresso with no bitterness. For my wife I brought home their Biscoff cookie butter latte. Wow.
