Several times per year, she adjudicates which wines should be offered for the next menu update, which makes it exciting to return for a visit on a regular basis. All of the wine flights have local representation with a LENS wine to compliment the international wines included, where every wine in all the flights offered are worthy of a wine enthusiast's tasting.
