A large selection of lunchtime slices including thin crust wood fired, white pizza, Detroit thick crust and Grandma's pizza. All have generous toppings and are baked to perfection. The dining area is very nice and always tidy. Above average for a busy storefront pizza joint and I love the staff. Always a smile and a kind greeting. He was at Pizza Nota eating the Drunken chicken cutlet and loving it (as he always does.) Coincidentally my wife called asking if I wanted her to bring home dinner. Those cutlets looked good and she wasn't far from there, so I got to try them and the Caesar Salad, before I forgot about the place, which is what usually happens. The cutlets were perfect! So tender, nice and crisp but the breading didn't monopolize the cutlet. And most importantly, they are fried to perfection! The breading sticks to the chicken and it has no (repeat no) oily flavor. How do they do it so well? I hate when you get that old oil taste or oily feel in your mouth. The only way it could have been better is if I'd thought to order extra sauce on the side. The sauce gets absorbed on the ride home. But it was still great! And so was the salad which was delivered in a pizza box!
