I would give this place no stars if I had the choose. I went there with my daughter last week to celebrate her birthday. I ordered the Brisket Chili Cheese Fries and my daugher ordered the Salmon. I am not sure what was going on, but we waited over 50 minutes before our food was brought out. I was starving and dived right in and I kid you not, after the first bite there was a small roach in my fries. I called the server over and showed him, told him I could not finish that meal, I just wanted to vomit the bite I had eaten up and we were leaving. He actually told me, "just a minute I will get you the check". I let him know right away I was not paying for this food and told him I was calling the health department and only after I threatened to call the health department did he back off. While up dancing, they cleared our drinks (1st round) from our table. We had ordered another round so we just let it be. Then while up dancing again, they did it a second time. My boyfriend ran after the guy (the manger) calling after him. It was so noisy he couldn't here so he tapped him on the shoulder. When asked why he took our drinks, he said they were empty. They were not. He then removed his fingers from inside the glasses (from the way he was holding them) and sat them back on our table for us. I told him that I didn't want to drink it since his fingers had been inside. By this time, security came and asked us to leave. Our waitress had already taken our credit card and we asked to wait for it. They told us no and that we needed to leave. I had to tell them three times that I needed to get my coat and purse from our table before they would allow me to take two steps over to get my things. Security actually had his hands on me. This I do not appreciate one bit!! We had to pay for both drinks (which were taken). They asked us to leave since we had "an altercation" with staff. They brought our credit card outside to us for us to finish tabbing our. If tapping someone on the should that just stole our drinks is an "altercation", then you should not have ever put your hands on me. We had two drinks and were not drunk in any way. We will never return Was hoping to hear from Management after this post but did not. After reading more reviews I see this has happened to others. read more

Love the shrimp bites& black stockings! Me & my girls went there for HH a few Fridays ago. Crowd was OK at best... Ladies: there was no eye candy. HH menu is decent. Went back on a Sat night: live band: was decent, they played til 1:15a then DJ. Lots of middle-aged ppl, the comments about it being "Cougar Town" so true. Sunday Brunch with closest friend, ordered chef's salad shortly after the Chef himself came out and apologized for running out, more is being made but will take awhile. He suggested some off menu items which we choose the grilled chicken with caramelized pecans, pears, cranberries with a nice vinaigrette dressing. Not only did he prep it, brought it to the table but...comped our lunch. That was above and beyond and totally unexpected. Waitress was a sweet young lady, not overbearing or pushy yet managed to provide what we needed when we needed it. Appreciate your hard work and efforts. Unbelievable food and service, this place is the best venue for late night too! They offer some of the best live bands in the entire DFW area complete with an active dance floor and DJ in between sets. I can't imagine someone not having a good time here almost any night. read more

Not somewhere I would likely go again. They were packed and I could only sit down if I ordered food which is fine. Server Riley was great, nice and talkative. The clientele was all over you could tell they wanted to be and considered the venue cool hip and trendy but that is not the type of folks that seem to frequent it. This is the place to go if you want dinner and a show! The bartenders are always helpful and service is great. The staff is always accommodating as well. Drinks are waaayyy over priced. Not worth it since this place is just a chain. The food is not that good, stick to the basics (like bar food). 05/16/13 Was a bit disappointed in the service as we sat at our table for at least 10 minutes before our waitress came out. Once she figured out we were there in her section it was excellent. The ceviche was fabulous. We also had the Lobster Enchiladas and the Salmon. Both very delish! Happy hour was until 6:30 so we had a Pinot Grigio, and a Sauvignon Blanc. Both were nice. Shout out to our waitress Courtney. My wife and I visited here for the first time last night. Once seated, Courtney was very attentive and polite throughout. My girlfriends and I came here for Happy Hour on a Tuesday. The band and atmosphere were great. Nice set up and waitstaff was really good.

Bartenders very nice, fast and friendly. Everyone else treated us like we were lucky to be there, we're wasting their time and thumb their noses at us to the point it's comical. Who knows maybe they're all secret royalty just doing this for fun. I think they are going for the same vibe as Vegas and LA but this is Plano and this place isn't even close to being in the same league as the clubs there. The people watching is through the roof awesome though and worth one visit just for that. Go and you'll know what I'm talking about. We made reservations for 4 for a Valentines dinner on February 14, 2020. It was advertised as dinner and live music with the band Emerald City. There were two dinner seatings one at 7 PM and one at 9 PM. When we arrived we found that the band was not starting until 9:30 and we had to give up our seats at 9 PM for the next seating. Paid the same price for the 7 PM seating as the 9 PM seating and we did not get the live music. I consider this false advertising! The food was very good, however, it was advertised as a three-course meal, but when we got the menu it said only got one dessert for Every 2 people! They were also very disorganized and short staffed and we did not get our dinner until 8:30 PM, and were asked to vacate our table at 9 PM! Luckily, we sat next to some really nice people and managed to have a good time! I only gave that third star because the food was good! Don't think I'll go back again and I certainly won't recommend it! read more

this was a place where cougars roam, and I think maybe where hipsters go to die. The drinks were so expensive ($30 for a beer and two well drinks) and a $10 cover charge. The food was ok, the main course was good but the sides were not that great. The service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. It took forever to get our food out, to get drinks and even to get our checks to cash out. We were told it was because they were busy that there was a problem with slow service but it was a Saturday night so I would think you would properly prepare your staff to anticipate it to be busy on a weekend. Overall I did not think that for the price this was worth it. I would not recommend this to anyone, especially a larger party. read more

I always have fun at Sambuca!!! I went to Sambucca this past Sat. and had a blast. The band was the best band I had ever seen it was the Chris Weaver band and Josh Steel from Daughtry sat in and played some songs as well. The dance floor was packed they kept everyone on their toes. They Rocked...... go and see them when they come back you'll get to hear awesome music from them, they were bad a-- entertainers. And I don't care the negative remarks about Sambucca it's a great place to get away and have just FUN old people, young people who cares it's what you make of your night PEOPLE!!!! Sambuca 360 used to be a great place to eat and see some live music. I guess they have changed management or something but I will never go there again. 2-5-2012. The staff is rude and the worst. I also was sitting at my table waiting for my meal and started to smell something from the kitchen. I guess it was the floors. It smelled like old stale mop water. Maybe the plumbing was backed up. Real turn off and I lost my appetite. Total waste of a good evening. The prices are totally too high for no reason. This is not a five star restaurant or bar for that matter. read more

Been going here for an organized networking happy hour since it was Martini Park, so it's about time for a review! Drinks are made well, excellent appetizer menu. Service is hit or miss. I've had both top-notch wait staff and horrible bartenders serve me here. Emerald City currently (as of 02-8-13) plays here on Thursdays sometimes, maybe even every week. This place is entertaining for 30+ crowd. Great people watching, as you will see all kinds here. Somewhat of a meat market but mostly people having a good time. The food is tasty and drinks ok, just a bit pricey. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The music is a mix so all can enjoy. We will be back at some point, making sure to arrive early to get a table up front. You dont want to miss the geriatric breakers, or salsa dancing by having to sit in the back. read more
