The food here is great. But service was eh. We ordered teriyaki chicken and waitress didn't get it, so my daughter and my food came out and my youngest didn't have anything. Ended up getting it all up to go. Ambiance not great, but again food was really good and great price. Would highly recommend it to go, but service might be a little slow. read more

Wow was my first reaction. We had a small bowl of Pho (not very small) a Vermicelli bowl, and a honey prawns appetizer. So very tasty and the prices are very reasonable. Met Sam who was very nice and made our visit quite enjoyable even though we arrived at 8:30 just before closing. The large portions served all three of us with leftover. So glad to have this place in our Valley neighborhood. read more

We tried takeout and drove from Sammamish based on the reviews we read. Disappointed in both quality and taste. Pad Thai wasn't really like any pad Thai I have ever had. Would not order again. Good pho and fried rice. Many good meals had here and great portions too! Good flavor for their broth. I like that they give you the extra plate with basil, jalapeños, etc. and adding the spices is a must for a little extra kick and flavor. read more

vermicelli bowls, did not like at all..... Pho is just ok... not much flavor.... I am a Pho snob and enjoy a good bowl of Pho.... This was just so so... Fried rice is not good..... Also the Teriyaki is not bad.. Super slow service... Went on a Thursday night not even busy... The meals came out one at a time and we had 4 people at the table. Uhm are the good reviews from people that need perspective? I am from the seattle area, visiting the countryside and stumbled upon this little gem. Gyozas were good, bubble tea was good, when it came to dinner, I ordered crunchy egg noodle (chicken) and my girlfriend ordered sesame chicken. THE CHICKEN WAS GROSS. I picked at the veggies, had to cover mine with hot sauce for flavor, and my girlfriend had one bite and couldn't take another. They asked if we liked the dinner, we said no, and she just said aww better next time. I ASSURE YOU THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME. I will no longer take my local food for granted lol. read more

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly. The prices are good. The food is delicious. The service is excellent. We especially like the Vietnamese sandwiches, but have tried several items and have been pleased with all of them. We took our daughter here. She said the Vietnamese sandwich was the best sandwich she had ever had. Sometimes we have family gatherings here (10 people). They easily accommodate all of us and all family members like the food, including the 4 grandchildren. They are closed on Tuesdays which is a bit unusual, but works out well because they are open all other days so are open when other places are closed. We hope that Sam's Noodle Town is in Carnation for a long time. read more

The banh mi here was fine, for quick on the road eats, but was disappointed in the Pho. I am not real picky, but the broth seemed to be plain chicken stock. It would be so easy to add a shake of 5 spice or better yet simmered star anise. Owner was responsive to my complaint and I hope to go back and retry when I have time. read more

I had a very bad experience with Sam's Noodle Town. Got some chicken teriyaki and when I got home to eat it all of the teriyaki sauce was poured in the bag, they put the box of food in the wrong way and it dumped out all of my teriyaki sauce so I didn't have any sauce for my food. Also, I opened up the box of food to eat it and found a long hair in the corner of the box. read more

Hadn't been here in years but decided to give them another shot and I am glad I did. The crab rangoon is up there with best I have had in years, great taste, well cooked and more crab and cream cheese then other places, so yummy! The honey walnut prawns are tasty, I ate more than needed too because they were so good. The pineapple fried rice is an interesting twist on plain fried rice, only change I would make is smaller pineapple pieces but if you cut them up and take a well mixed forkfull it is a great bite. I ate until past full it was all so good and still had plenty to take home. The person with me said the pho was average and would probably have what I had next time. Prices on par with most restaurants of this style. I will definitely go back here again. Folks working there very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was a little too warm for me even sitting near the door but hey will layer down next time read more

Sam's Noodle Town has great food, great service, communication, and very affordable for the quality of food they offer. The restaurant has never done a catering event, but agreed to host my wedding rehearsal dinner for 30 people and it went off without a hitch.
