The coaches are experienced, knowledgeable and invested in the athletes. I love the option of joining scheduled workouts, or just having 24/7 access to the gym and equipment to set up your own routine and exercise schedule. I clarified all of these things verbally prior to signing but what was written in the contract was very different. They will scam you into paying more for longer. People in sales are truly the problem and will take advantage of anyone. However, Jose is an AMAZING trainer. But actually read the contract and do not take the sales guys word for anything.

The gym moved to a new location and I was unable to reach them by phone because they were open but didn't have any working phone lines established at the new location. Also, they had no internet or computer access to members information. I had to drive to the location to talk to someone about my membership. Also, The gym opened their new location without a dedicated woman's locker room or restrooms for women. They had created makeshift changing areas for women with a curtain type situation without lockers or showers available. Restrooms are in a different location as well. This means that you have to change in one area, use a bathroom in another area and have nowhere to secure your belongings as well as no shower. All the while male members had access to a complete locker room with showers and lockers. I talked to Jim the other day regarding women not having equal access to amenities that male members have. Female members are paying the same membership fees as male members while not having equal access to amenities that male members have. I inquired as to when a women's locker room and showers would be available. Jim told me that they don't have the funds for this construction to be done at this time. He could not give me a time frame as to when this construction would take place. Needless to say, I have canceled my membership. I also had to pay for two months that were left on my contract. Poor customer service and unequal access for female members.

My name is Daniel Sharlow and I completed the core body challenge at the Core Capacity Studio in…read moreHenrietta.  The program was great.  I lost 23 pounds and 7.2% body fat.  The diet plan that is provided is strict but it helps you instantly start seeing a change week by week.  I lost on average about 4 pounds a week it is nice to see the change to keep you going during the process.  Their instructors Renee, Mike, and Larry also helped keep me going and pushed me to help reach me goal.  They helped me realize when I needed more weights or if my form was off.  Without the team at Core Capacity I would be living a way different lifestyle (very unhealthy) still.  I have learned how to properly control my diet and how much and when I should eat.  The classes are great! They are structured to help you get your heart rate up and have different levels for where you are at per exercise in your challenge.  If you want to take it up a notch the coach is right there to give you advice and help you out.  I am so glad that Core Capacity offered this challenge and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to make a healthy change in their life!
