We have five kids, so we'll never be done. But, I dread going there. The chairs are soooooo bad, that I considered changing orthodontists for our most recent child coming for braces. The chairs are THAT BAD. No one at the office seems to care. I have written feedback notes to the team, in order to not make this concern public, but they ignore.
