He also clearly explained after-care instructions (like use salt water to rinse for the first 2 days, no mouthwash unless it's the kind of mouthwash specific for preventing cavities etc.), which I really appreciated. I was anxious about the procedure since it's basically minor surgery with sutures, bone grafts and whatnot, but he and the rest of his team really put me at ease. He gave me plenty of numbing agent and I didn't really feel anything except my jaws were getting sore from keeping my mouth open lol. Overall I think it took less than 30 minutes for the first procedure. Dr Baek was really professional and kept asking if I was ok. The teeth cleaning was smooth and easy too. The dental hygienist was confident, informative and and also good at communicating. I was very pleased with her work and will schedule a follow up in 6 months. The best thing about the office was the dental assistants and hygienist did a very good job of sucking out excess saliva and liquids during each procedure. As long as I can remember, I always felt like I was choking on my spit at every dentist I've ever been to but this place does a good job of keeping me from gagging. Overall a really great and smooth procedure. The implant procedure will take about 3 months total. I will follow up with more feedback if anything changes. Otherwise I highly recommend this place!

I had two dental issues that needed attention: a broken crown on my lower left molar and a loose implant on my lower right molar. I had been concerned about finding the right dentist for these treatments and wasn't sure where to go. Luckily, I was introduced to Perfect Smile Dental through my boss, and I'm so grateful for the recommendation. Dr. Jenny Kim took care of my treatment, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. On my first visit, I went in for an exam, and since they had time available that day, Dr. Kim was able to take care of the issue with my right molar implant right away. It was done quickly and smoothly, and amazingly, I didn't even need anesthesia. For the broken crown on my lower left molar, I needed to redo the crown, which required two visits. Both appointments went very smoothly as well. In total, I visited the office three times, and every single visit was efficient, comfortable, and well organized. What impressed me the most was how gentle and skilled Dr. Kim is. I didn't experience any pain during the procedures, and everything was done carefully and professionally. The treatments were completed perfectly and in a surprisingly short amount of time, which made the whole experience even better. I've already scheduled my scaling appointment for next week, and I plan to continue visiting every six months for regular check-ups and maintenance. They are completely dishonest and will straight-up lie to their customers just to line their pockets. It doesn't matter if you have the best dental insurance in the world--expect them to quote you thousands of dollars out-of-pocket for work. They refused to help me with dental work that should have been covered under my insurance plan. Instead, they just tried to push expensive, unnecessary costs and 'premium' material. To make matters worse, while the actual dental work they did perform was decent, the attention to detail and customer care is nonexistent. The crown they put on one of my teeth that I paid a lot of money for, was completely round. It looks absolutely nothing like it did before, and it's not how a natural tooth should look. I am completely unhappy with how shady and dishonest this entire experience was. If you value your teeth and your wallet, stay far away from this place.

Buyer Beware: They don't get pre authorization from Delta…read more Charge you without billing Delta first. They don't send all charges to Delta and expect you to just pay the bill. They charge you a 3% service charge IF you use your credit card. Even though they are a preferred provider, I felt they over charge me and didn't bill delta because they want to make up for the "allowed amounts". The day I received my crowns, I was charge another $175.....Not sure why the charge is for??????? I finally received an invoice from them that I had never seen. My teeth are super sensitive and in painful, but I would not returned to them. I felt scammed!

I went up to the girl in the front desk and she said the doctor just finished up with someone and they were cleaning the room which I appreciate them for doing and I have no problem waiting for that but I just do not think it's right to have to wait almost an hour when you have an appointment. Update: finished my appointment at 5:08 but gave them one more star because the staff is really great!!
