Sam from Samuari slicing and dicing limes on a dime for your fresh margaritas!!

A must come hibachi spot! The service alone is worth a visit. These people know how to light up any event! Mike the director is such a kind gem and Sam, the bartender is very attentive, talented and just an overall joy to be around. The ambiance makes way for a very engaging atmosphere. I love how everyone here just genuinely loves to be working here. Come experience the excitement! The chicken teriyaki was to die for! Very flavorful and filling!

I really enjoyed the miso soup and hibachi. The fried rice was a bit bland but the portion sizes were huge. Our server wasn't very animated. The guy cooking behind him was animated and friendly and interacted a lot with the table, but our chef was much more subdued. The food was good but they service took forever. It was a very long time before our drinks came out and we were able for get the check and the restaurant wasn't very busy either.

We came here to celebrate Father's Day as we thought it would be a fun experience and it definitely met our expectations. Atmosphere: The place is nice and clean and pretty big in size. They have a hibachi section but also a regular area as well. The decor is nice. In the hibachi section there is a lot of hibachi areas so it makes for a nice set up where you don't feel crowded. Price: Fairly reasonable priced especially for the portion size. We got a salad with our Hibachi plate which was nice. Food: We got the veg gyoza which was good but it didn't stand out either. The Fried Tofu Bao was amazing! I would go back just for that. It was well flavored and the spicy mayo and bbq sauce went well with it. The vegetable hibachi exceeded expectations. Some of us got the noddles and others got the rice and in both causes the sauces and flavors were spot on. The only caveat was that they couldn't make it spicy for us but did give us sauce on the side. Service: Service was great. Everyone was very friendly and the hibachi chef put on a great show for us. They also have an extensive menu with other food items which I'm sure we'll go back and try the next time we're in Huntington.

Very good sushi

I haven't been to a Hibachi place in maybe 10 years, I guess group dining is just not my thing but we were celebrating a birthday and this is where the birthday boy wanted to go. Good call on his part. It was fun! My daughter and I split a sushi roll that was very good. I'm not sure what it was called because she ordered it but it had mango. Very fresh and delicious. We got the requisite soup and salad which is always good and we also split the vegetable hibachi with noodles instead of rice. We both liked it. I thought that the vegetables could have been cooked longer but I guess that is subjective, my daughter was happy with the degree of doneness. We were with 6 other people, 4 of who were very happy to catch the food that was flipped into their mouths! They got various versions of chicken, steak and shrimp and they said it was good. In the end, we didn't order any dessert but the hostess was nice enough to bring out cake with a candle and they sang happy birthday. The hostess and the waitress were very friendly and kind. I would definitely go back with a crowd of people.

Great service and food is decent. Like most teppanaki can be chaotic. But I rarely get to have this food so it's a treat for me

If you are a real gourmand, then this restaurant is for you: IMC Restaurant & Bar in Huntington,…read moreNew York. As a true connoisseur, you know that the distance traveled is often a small price to pay for culinary perfection. Making the trek from Brooklyn was a pilgrimage that paid off in every bite. Dining at this establishment is less of a meal and more of a choreographed performance where every ingredient plays its part to perfection. Several dishes merit special mention. The evening began with a Watermelon Salad that redefined refreshment. Each vibrant cube of melon arrived with a crisp, crystalline texture, cleverly balanced by salty flourishes and herbal notes that felt like a cool breeze on a humid evening. It was followed by the Sweet Chilli Shrimp, a dish that struck a delicate chord between fire and honey. The shrimp were plump and oceanic, draped in a glaze that hummed with a sophisticated, creeping heat. Then came the crescendo: the steaks. The Wagyu was an absolute masterclass in decadence, possessing a buttery marble that seemed to dissolve upon contact, leaving behind a rich, lingering umami. In contrast, the Ribeye offered a more rugged, soul-satisfying experience--perfectly charred, deeply flavorful, and dripping with an earthy intensity that only the finest cuts can achieve. To close, the Floating Island and Tiramisu were a dream rendered in sugar and air. Beyond the words, just weightless finale to an otherwise powerful gastronomic journey. With a party of four, the portions were quite generous. We even had leftovers to take home and revisit the exceptional flavors the next day." Whether you are coming from around the corner or making the drive from Brooklyn, IMC delivers a level of hospitality and flavor that makes every mile worth it. Try it - you won't regret the trip. I. The bread for the table was really good, it's served with salt, oil and butter. I ordered a cocktail, they have signature ones as well and wine/beer. We ordered appetizers for the table including the potato croquettes, bacon, and the Wagyu skewers. The potato croquettes had this creamy texture to them. That was really good. The Wagyu skewers had a really good soy sauce to dip in, and the flavor was really good. The bacon they serve is almost like a Canadian bacon. It was OK but not my favorite. For my man, I had the shrimp risotto. I really enjoyed the lemon flavor. My friend ordered the Kobe burger and it was huge. My other friend ordered the ribs and they were absolutely delicious. They looked as good as they tasted. At the end, the staff saying happy birthday and brought out for flavors of sherbet, which was so kind. We had a really good time and the bill wasn't even that bad for the amount of food we got and the great service.

I didn't order too much -- just the honey wings, bread pudding, and a cocktail. The wings were a little too big for my liking. I've always had issues with oversized winglets, but the flavor was still really good despite the size. The drink was very good. I had something called the "Smash Bros," which has bourbon, grapefruit, orange, lemon, and mint, garnished with mint leaves and an orange slice. Very tasty! The banana bread pudding wasn't bad at all, but I have to say I didn't really taste the bananas -- I tasted the chocolate chips more than anything. It was definitely a different take on banana pudding by adding chocolate chips. It wasn't bad, but I personally prefer the traditional version. Overall, the service was great and the ambiance was nice. There were lots of windows, and the restaurant being on the top floor gave it a really nice view. I would definitely come back and try more dishes.

I really enjoyed the knish w/corned beef the most, everything paired so nicely down to the spicy mustard. The elegance is nice. Service (4/5): Understanding that the restaurant was extremely busy this day, we did not get the best service. They forgot to give us the table bread which we had to ask for after our appetizers came. They knew we were sharing everything so it was nice that they had pre-sliced everything and provided us sharing plates during the meal. Food (4/5): This is review is specific for their Mother's Day fixed prix menu ($125/pp which btw is $115 for Father's day 2026). Sad to say overall, the price point was not worth the food we received, as it was way overpriced. Potato bread (6/5): This is one of the best table bread I've ever had--the softness and flavors are so good that I would sacrifice stomach space for 5 servings of this! Use the leftover butter for your steaks! Blue Point Oysters (5/5): Super fresh! Delicious Lobster shrimp wontons (4/5): Wonderful presentation just okay on flavor. Lukewarm upon serving. Red Roof Roll (4/5): The portion of fish was pretty generous! Tasted fresh as well. They were out of the 38oz porterhouse for 2 by 7p. New York Strip Steak (4/5): Cooked as requested, however not enough fat to make it melt in your mouth as the cuts were a bit too tough. The dry aged taste was great. Filet Mignon (4/5): I don't think this piece was as good as I remember. It needed their house steak sauce to give the dish any flavor. Pork Tenderloin with Carrot Puree sauce (2/5): Each piece was tough, not much flavor to it, carrot sauce did not give it any more flavor. Scottish Salmon (5/5): This was my favorite dish of the 4; it was juicy and had lots of flavor to the butter sauce. Crème Brule and cheesecake were wonderful. The carrot cake was dry and half of it was leftover.
