Thankfully I remembered that Anthony's Repair shop was in the same shopping center so I immediately went to have my shoes fixed good thing I had an extra pair they were able to literally repair them same day within 25 minutes. What a blessing because I do not live in the area so I was able to get a quote pay have my shoes repaired and picked them up the same day if that is not amazing service I don't know what is and I was very happy with the repairs ! I will be back soon I do have a luggage that needs repair and I talk to them about that and kind of got a quote but they really need to see it in person so I would definitely trust them with my shoe repair needs shoe repair shops are very rare these days so don't forget to support them

It was clearly on the receipt. Uggh. Took them back and they did it but what a hassle. They simply don't check their work and don't really care they screw the customer. It's just an "oh we forgot" attitude. Management is just lazy.

From there, I was given a time and address but once I arrived at the house, he didn't answer and no one was there to take my dress. After a few calls and texts, I was able to get ahold of Don but not until after I left. Fortunately, he reassured me this would get taken care of and sent me the next day to his seamstress/coworker Anna. I showed up to her place the next day and everything went smoothly after that. This review is mostly for Anna but she is AMAZING! I arrived at her place and she had a small studio in the back to let me try on my dress while she made the mock adjustments for my alterations. Communication with her was clear, reliable, and she was so sweet and accommodating because I needed my dress the next day. She was timely, professional, and really friendly. I did and arranged to stop by, kept asking for the address, and finally he gave it to me, but called back later and ask I stop by later that day. When I tried again in the afternoon, he gave me an address and said his sister is helping him and will meet with me. Went to the home and the man introduced himself as Don so I was so confused. He said a business partner is sending him leadals, maybe that is Don? The woman (Loan) was very sweet who did my alterations. Anyway, whoever I ended up being sent to was ok but it wasnt Don and cant find her listing to leave a review there. Leaving this here so others are aware they may be sent elsewhere instead of Don. The alterations for 2 jackets were ok. One jacket was perfect but the other was looser and not quite as tailored. Price was cheaper than standard so I was not too upset, you get what you pay for.

Although the one I read, think it was from Yelp- wasn't as current- but, when I made a post on my socials for recommendations- plenty of my friends in the moto community spoke highly of BSR. I didn't wanna buy a new pair. Not that cost was an issue. It's just that would mean I would need to literally break into new leather. And I didn't wanna do that! When I walked in and met Erica- she was amazing! We chatted for a bit and she showed me two types of motorcycle soles. She had the Vibram catalog and I preferred a sole with some meaty tread. I dropped off my summer motorcycle boots and wasn't in a rush for pick up, since I had a pair of winter insulated motorcycle boots at home. The price was very reasonable- about $100?, if I remember correctly. Erica sent me a text the day before the suggested pick up date, and asked if this other date would work. Which was fine with me, for the lil delay. Because like I said, I wasn't in a rush. But, the fact she communicated with me in advance and apologized for the delay, goes a long way. Definitely satisfied with the service. If memory serves me right- I saw a car cover at the shop that they were walking on. And I could swear, they even fix back pack zippers?
