Tony has repaired windshields for my 2010 Honda Civic , I still haven't had to replace my windshield *knock on wood*, my mom's 2015 rav4 TWICE, and most recently my 2021 Honda Pilot. I thought that because the Pilot was cracked not chipped and he wouldn't be able to repair it. I texted him right away and literally the next morning he arrived at my house and took about 30 mins to repair the windshield. I barely notice it now. He's been to three different work places of mine and now my home, we're basically family hahaha jk. He always provides instruction on what to do before the repair such as to park under the shade to reduce the spread of the crack/chip, how he will perform the repair and an invoice after so I can submit a claim for reimbursement from my insurance company. Would you know it, a year after my last big crack repair I got another rock hit and another huge crack. I waited an extra day due to weather to have Tony come by and fix it, which was a great idea on my part, wonderful because the crack got a chance to grow another foot since then! Yay!!! Lessons kids, fix your windshield cracks right away or your 1" crack will become 12" in no time. He took the time to explain the processes and educated me on the science of the polymers that's used to fill in the air gaps of the chip. The whole process took roughly twenty minutes. Doug made appt to come to my office the day after we noticed the ding in our brand new car's windshield. He was on time, professional and efficient. Most of all he made the crater and lines in our cracked windshield virtually disappear and stop spreading. A few weeks later into our recent heat wave we noticed a line appear from the original ding. I am extremely satisfied with the work I did not give them a 5 because they don't have weekend service hours, but the work is definitely 5 stars. Something hit my windshield on a Friday evening and could not get it repair until Monday causing the small star crack to become a large crack on the passenger side. My husband set up the appointment and met him in the Mission Valley area since we live in the South Bay they would not come to us (they did give us a small discount because we had to drive to them). It has been about 2-3 months since the repair and we have not had any problems. The repair has survived a heat wave, a couple of storms, and parked outside for days.
