One of them looked directly at me while drinking water but didn't even greet or acknowledge me, and the other two never seemed to notice that someone was waiting. I wasn't helped until another employee came out of the kitchen to assist a different customer. She then went behind the counter, chatted briefly with her coworkers, noticed me waiting, and finally asked if I was picking up an order. The food has also changed. I used to buy the strawberry crepe for my daughter almost every weekend because we loved it. This time, it was soggy and overwhelmingly sweet, with far too much topping and syrup.
