Thank you Dr. Parker & Staff UPDATE: Got my wisdom teeth taken out on Friday and initially i was a bit terrified from everyone's horror stories but let just say Dr. Berry was awesome! Not only was she speedy, it wasn't at all what i expected. She removed 3 of my wisdom teeth in 10 mins and I was on my way! It's been 3 days since and my swelling has gone down so much and the pain is almost gone! I'm officially over my fear of the dentist! Awful experience after simple filing work. She passed me on to one of her staff to do majority of work. She struggled and I should have known it wasn't going to go good. For the next 3 weeks I felt uncomfortable pain until the pain grew worst. I went to her office so they can rectify and all she did was record on her notes that it wasn't her to cover her basis. I left her office midway the appointment after feeling attacked as they were attempting to blame me for their bad work. I will be reporting her to the board. read more

This place is really great. I had to switch to MediCal and this was one of the closest dentists that accepted that so I went here. They are honest and very vocal about the plan of action you need to take to better your oral health. I learned some things that my previous dentists failed to inform me about and I'm super thankful they did that so I could put more preventative measures in place to improve my teeth. The only negative I would say is that they are really busy all the time (because they are so good, lots of patients) so you need to be pretty vocal about any issues or they may bypass it. This is common for any dentist or doctor though, you need to advocate for your health or they won't be able to help you. Making appointments is easy and I have to give a shout out to the hygenisist that works there, she is gentle but really gets in there and gives you a stellar cleaning. Dr. Parker is really nice and knows what she's doing and all of her assistants are really nice too, I could see myself being friends with them! The only other negative I would say is that sometimes they ask you to do something and the machinery is loud so I cant hear too well, never had that issue at other dentists, not really sure why it happens here but they are very polite about it so no issue. I will probably be getting better insurance soon and I still plan to go here because I always feel less nervous compared to other dentists. Definitely reccomend this place! read more

It saddens me to write this review but I feel it's necessary. At first I loved this office my son went three times and Dr. Parker worked well with my son he listened to her but a number of things happened and now have happened after his treatment. He had 9 cavities I believe and I was so happy to find that many of them I was originally told needed to be root canals could now be just fillings. Well we have all of them done as fillings and one tooth was questionable but she chose to fill it as a filling. As the few months went by 3 of the fillings have fallen out and now the tooth that should have been a root canal ended up with an abscess and had to be pulled. My son is five. He is absolutely traumatized of the dentist now. In conclusion the fillings were done poorly and 3 fell out and another one entirely ended up infected and abscessed. My recommendation is this if you are an adult I am sure this place is amazing but if you have a child who may not sit still or may have a hard time chose another dentist as the work may not be done very well. read more

I was my sisters ride to her appointment and upon arrival, she asked the front desk if they were accepting new patients. Both ladies said yes and got intake paperwork out right away. I filled out the paperwork with the expectation to schedule an appointment and the next thing I know I was in a chair getting x-rays and a cleaning. I have to say at first I was a little intimidated when I walked into this dental office. But when I began to know the staff and how much they care for their patients, I wish I found this dental office earlier. Dr. Parker really gives each patient his or her time when it comes to dental work and treatment. Nothing is ever rushed. She treats you like family and I highly recommend coming here to get any dental work done. Deplorable way they handle situation with their patients. I was miss-informed that they could assist me with a wisdom tooth extraction. They knew it was an emergency appointment and I was in a lot of pain. They DO NOT HAVE an oral surgeon available to perform such duties. I was lied to. I wasted my time I called off from work and finding a sitter to watch my child. I also wasted fare for an Uber to take me because I was told I would get an extraction that day to alleviate my pain. I over heard her tell the assistant to send me home with medication as she had seen the pictures already on her laptop. She had not physically seen me yet. The assistant advised her I was crying from pain and then she came over and was surprised. I was very distraught over this. Although she apologized for not having the oral surgeon available she still offered no other help then calling other offices hoping they could take me in. I left in so much pain and remorse for going. I wish they would of communicated better, I left in pain and with zero help. I was prescribed over the counter ibuprofen and antibiotics which do nothing for the amount of pain I was in. read more

Dr. Parker's office is a hidden gem. The staff is great, patient and caring! They treat my 5 year old daughter and one year old son. She cares about her patients and that is hard to find! my daughter needed a lot of work and the prior dentist referred me to an oral surgeon and said it was the only way to treat her. Thankfully my older sister told me about Dr. Parker, she created a treatment for my daughter, I was able to sit in and watch and after a 6 month journey my daughter was able to smile again. read more

My Daughter LOVES this dentist. Her 2 older brothers (ages 14 and 15) said to her, dentists are scary and they hurt you. She said, "Not my dentist, she is GREAT! She helped me calm down and didnt hurt me at all!!" She even recommended they see her too. As a mother, my experience had been equally pleasurable.
