I don't recommend this place of "work" to anyone who's looking to get their hair done, service/quality/vibe aren't it at all! I'm disappointed, dissatisfied, & disgusted by "Sandy" the owner. I had came in to the salon to get " partial highlights " and was given reference/inspo photos and my hair ended up looking 1000x worse than when I walked in and is now 6 different colors, she is refusing to give me a refund after I've been waiting more then a week for my hair to get fixed and now that I've made up my mind about going else where and getting my hair professionally fixed she now tells me I can't have a refund because her policy is " My policy is that you would need to come in first to let us fix the issue before we can offer a refund. but if you can't come in then I can't refund you." I will not be driving 1hr for her to "try" and fix my hair for me to just get a refund in the end, so very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I've been waiting over a week!
