Ok, met a group of friends and wasn't looking forward to Mediterranean food - but man the short ribs were incredibly tender and in a delish wine sauce. I would definitely try this place again

A legend in Westlake, I know you see it on the corner of Detroit...so park that car and get inside! The menu is HUGE, you will leave stuffed and the service is attentive and fantastic. The drinks are delicious, yes I said delicious, the sangria is made simple and not full of unnecessary fruit salad. Then you move on to the appetizers, but the whole menu is really made up of delicious little plates. The bread and oil is great, you can use it to dip so many meatballs, shrimp skewers, soup, lamb shank and more. The flavors are authentic and rich, so go hungry and don't be afraid to try something new. Oh save Dave room for dessert, there will s so much to choose from so naturally we ordered a trio for good measure.

Superb spot. Waiter was fantastic. Super friendly man from Greece. Handy w a joke or two. The quail was great, the jamon was great, the scallops with short ribs was great. All around it was fantastic. After eating I was shocked they were not busier!!! Cmon Cleveland. Tapas isn't weird. It's great!!!

It was just okay for us. For a Saturday night it wasn't busy, sometimes not a great sign. The wine selection was amazing and unique and the waiter helped us choose a Portuguese wine that was excellent. I appreciated the little gratis dessert port at the end of the meal too. They have a patio which is quite nice though by a busy noisy road. The food was just okay...The menu huge and overwhelming. I think it would have been better if the menu were smaller so they could concentrate on doing a few things really well rather than a ton of things so-so. Food didn't blow us away but everything else was good.

Been here a few times and never disappointed. Food is amazing, lots of specials. Service is always great. Small atmosphere grest for date nights or family dinner. Accommodates later parties with an advanced reservation.

Had an amazing dinner last night at Sangria. We started with stuffed banana peppers, a seafood soup, a Caesar and the grouper ceviche. The grouper ceviche was incredible! For our mains we had seafood paella and the seafood platter. Both were perfect. We had the red sangria, some other cocktails but the star was the Spanish coffee made table side by our amazing server Kadris. He was a delight and so funny. My sister was celebrating her birthday so they brought out a flan and sang. Flan was amazing as well. I can't wait to bring other people back and experience this little gem. The decor is a bit dated but in a good way. It's exactly what it needs to be.

Guys, I just had the most amazing, high-end meal I've ever had while living in Cleveland. The aptly named Sangria y Tapas, was well-prepared as a group of ladies and I descended upon them for a long Sunday lunch yesterday. We had reservations and were lead to their very classy private dining room where the attentive owner and staff told us a list of the specials and promptly took our food and drink orders. Everything they listed sounded amazing! Every time he mentioned a specialty, we were all drooling! Most of the dishes were fish focused. Also, the service was top-notch. They were on the ball for water and drink refills and someone was always in reach whenever we needed attention. After much internal debate, my budget helped me decide on what to order.Even though I really wanted some fresh fish, the cheap-o in me chose to get paella with just chicken and chorizo. I also ordered a side of patates bravas and 2 pieces of oyster Rockefeller. My bill was around $40 dollars. I probably didn't need the patatas bravas but I had a carb craving that needed to be quenched. After realizing later that they also bring chips, rice, and vegetables to each table, I REALLY shouldn't have ordered so much. The complimentary bread was fine. It is served warm which is a nice and thoughtful touch. But don't bother filling up on bread because you'll want room for the delicious tapas and mains. My paella was the best I've ever had! And while I've had oysters Rockefeller at the New Orleans restaurant that invented them, these were almost as good! I ended up bringing most of my patatas bravas and paella home so I could extend my meal all the way to dinner! And boy, they were the best leftovers I ever had!! Run, don't walk to Sangria y Tapas, and experience incredible European food for yourself!

Homey elegant restaurant with very friendly waiters. It seems to be a restaurant full of locals because the waiters seemed really comfortable with the customers! The house sangria was cheap and quite tasty!!! The house soup was flavorful yet light and I could've eaten so much more of it. Our favorite tapa was the banana peppers, must have! The paella was the highlight, it had lobster scallops mussels and a lot of seafood!

Tribu features an array of unique wines, champagnes, espressos, and smoothies, complemented by small plates perfect for sharing. The atmosphere is ideal for a tranquil conversation. They have an elegant bar top and a cozy fireplace, this adds to its charm, making it ideal to unwind after spa treatments or a sophisticated night out. Crispy Chic Peas, Red Pepper Hummus, Burrata. Cheese Board are all very popular dishes to try at Tribu. The taste and presentation of these items do not disappoint. During my visit I had the Vetiver from their rotating cocktail menu. This was a bold yet flavorful blend of botanicals mixed with mezcal. Their signature Espresso Martini is not be missed. Tribu has limited seating so it's best to call the Sacred Hour Lakewood spa ahead and making a reservation. For a tranquil visit with yummy shareable plates and flavorful drinks, one can't go wrong with Tribu.

I was excited to stop in for a cocktail. We love finding quaint new places with an interesting appeal and from afar this certainly met those details. However, we stopped in this past Saturday, for my daughter's birthday celebration. I was super pumped to come back - ( see sentences above! ) Anyway, 4 of us walked in ( there would be a total of 6 ) and while yes it's small, not too small for a small party of 6. There was a couple at the bar and a girl who was drinking a mimosa in a robe so I think it's safe to assume she was getting a treatment from the spa. We had been inside about 10-15 minutes with no bar tender or staff to be seen. I saw the couple received their drinks but while we were taking pics, I never saw a staff member- so I asked them if there was anyone taking orders. He said yes, they were in other room. Still nobody coming out. Our other two members of our party arrived and we looked at menus and still no one. Finally, a girl comes out. Walks over, does not even say hello, and says: do you want drinks?!?! We put our orders in and 1 minute later she comes out and says, um this table is reserved ( or something close to that ) in 20 minutes and actually we will probably need both tables soooo.........so I guess that was our que to say never mind. I guess had they come out and taken our order when we first arrived it would have been fine, but we weren't looking to do shots with our full size drinks. No apologies or anything just like ok bye when we said we would go somewhere else. So here's my input: 1. Sacred Hour- do not advertise this space to the outside community if you can only accommodate your clients that are receiving services. 2. Train your staff. A hello, A greeting, something, anything. Not - "do you want drinks?!" That in itself was so distasteful. Not to mention the prices of drinks are not cheap. This is an upscale place ( or appears to be ) 3. Bottom line- we will not return. Quite honestly, I'm not sure if I would return back to this location for my spa services either. I think that people have forgotten how to be courteous and polite. People do not realize ( or maybe they do and just don't care ) that the reason they stay in business is because of their customers. Treating your customers with kindness is epic. You know the old saying - you get more bees with honey?!? Well, Tribu- maybe you should rethink this and add it to your training instead of coffee or tea!

Today I ordered the Portobello burger. The portobello mushroom was marinated in balsamic. I'm not typically a fan of balsamic, but since I love Portobello I gave it a try. Unfortunately the balsamic marinade was too much, I almost choked with the first 3 bites. Both of my daughters tried the mushroom and agreed that it was too much balsamic marinade. This was the first time I returned a meal. Our waitress, Brenda, was AMAZING. She quickly had me order something else, which was promptly brought out to me (and it was delicious). Throughout the rest of our meal she continually apologized. I was not angry...I understood. She made this possibly bad experience a good one. My daughters enjoyed their meals. (Unfortunately my granddaughter did not enjoy hers - she ordered mac-n-cheese - and according to her it was tasteless.) Regardless, I love Bistro83 and I will go back, and the wonderful way we were treated is one of the reasons.

The Whipped Mascarpone was OK, although both of us thought the combination of the cheese, garlic, lemon, and pretzel crackers were a little too much. Both thought the garlic was too forward, and the mascarpone would have been better with just the lemon and/or perhaps with a touch of honey...even hot honey. The portions were all huge and we each took an additional meal home. Ordered coffee to end the evening and were delighted that they came as French Press coffee rather than just regular brewed.
