This is a cute little restaurant and we are so happy We stumbled upon it. First. You order from A window, from a straightforward menu. We all Ordered Cuban sandwiches. The sandwiches tasted amazing and fresh.. the sandwiches hare big enough to share, but big enough for one person depending on how hungry you are. Overall great experience. I look forward to trying other items in their menu

I tried to go to the OG Sanguich in Miami, but parking is always tight, and they were doing some road construction too. Instead of driving around trying to find a spot, I just plugged this location into the GPS and headed up this way. Good choice! I went with the Croqueta Preparada. Cuban sandwich with 2 croquettes stuffed inside. This spot is only a window. Nowhere to sit, its 100% to go. I got my sandwich and went back to my car and dug in. GOD DAMN this is a tasty sandwich! Just as good as I had remembered. That lard toasted Cuban bread, stuffed with all the goodies like ham, pickles, swiss, mustard and those croquettes. Delicious! The perfect blend of flavors and textures. I have different "God Tier" food items, and as far as the Cuban Sandwich, Sanguich is God Tier. Nothing else can come close to being as good of a Cuban Sandwich, as what Sanguich consistently puts out. Must stop if you are in the Miami area!

You can miss this place if you're not paying attention. Nestled in Little Haiti neighborhood along the busy NE 2nd ave, is the location of this place. It sit alongside another business within the building, only have order window, no seats so take out only. I'm a fan of their steak sandwich along with the famous jamon croquettes with the sauce. The food is made it order and fresh. Ambiance is again "takeout" with a hint of the other locations decor. If in the area try it out

This was such a cute spot. Honestly I had never been to a spot like this with no seats, you order at the window and wait. I'm not from Miami so it was a very different setting. I almost left because it looked kind of odd, but I'm so glad I stayed. The food was great! The outside was simple but the inside looked so fancy and clean. Brought it back to my hotel and was very pleased!

It finally happened. I made it to Miami and a cubano was at the top of my list. Ever since watching Chef, I've been chasing that perfect cabano moment lol. I wanted the crunch, the melt, the savory, all of it. - Food - - El Cubano: THIS IS IT. I've had Cubanos before, but nothing that even remotely approached the real deal like this one. The bread was perfectly pressed and crisp, the pork juicy, ham flavorful, cheese melty, and the pickles + mustard combo added that sharp zing to bring it all home. Hands down one of the top 5 sandwiches I've ever eaten. I'm still thinking about it. - Boniato Fries: Sweet potato fries were crispy, lightly salted, and with their sauces these fries are sooooo good. - Croquettas: Crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and still light enough that you could pop a few. - Value - Super fairly priced for the quality you're getting. Seriously good flavor. Would 100% recommend, ESPECIALLY if you've never had a Cubano and want your first one to be unforgettable.

If you want the best Cuban sandwiches in the 305 come to Sanguich . They have 3 locations throughout Miami and they are the best place to grab a sandwich at.

During live performances, one waitress would get up on stage and play instruments and at other times bartenders would join in. I was truly smiling from ear to ear all night. I drank delicious mojitos all night and even with a packed venue the drinks came out extremely fast! Although the restaurant was packed, our waitress remained extremely kind and attentive throughout the night. To me, the food was just good. We had the Jamón Serrano Croquetas to start. They were a little cold for my taste and not the best I've ever had but they weren't bad. My husband really loved his skirt steak ropa vieja and didn't leave a single grain of rice. I opted for the rabo encendido pasta. I like that they weren't skimpy on the rabo. The downside of this place is that to maximize space, you're packed in like sardines. The tables are basically on top of each other. A larger sized person would not fit getting in and out of their seat and my husband was constantly backing up into the people seated behind him. Overall, this is a place you definitely visit for the atmosphere above food. I will 100% be coming back for drinks, appetizers and more live music. It is an incredible spot especially for those looking for Cuban nostalgia.

We started with the goat cheese croquettes, which were delicious! The marmalade went well, and the pickles onions and jalapeños cut the richness and were a nice complement. Regardless when we arrived they sat us outside which is exactly what we were hoping for. Our server was nice at first. Explained all the popular dishes got our drinks out very quickly. I think she stole our table from someone else because shortly after someone came and we told them we put our order in and he seemed a little bothered. Unfortunately, our other server disappeared and never checked up on us. We pretty much didn't have any napkins during our entire duration of our meal. At least that part was good. We started off with a couple of mojitos and their Vaca Frita Tostones. You get these homemade maduro tostones topped off with shreeded beef in a moon sauce, pickled onion, and aji Amarillo aioli. A very delicious dish that didn't last long. Shortly after we received our main dish. I really hate when they do that. My wife ordered their Abuelas Ropa Vieja and I ordered their Masa de Puerco Chino. My wife didn't really care for her dish much. We've had plenty of Ropa Vieja before and would have preferred a congri type of rice as opppsed to just plain white rice. My dish was 10/10. Like in the name of "chino" this is an Asian inspired dish with fried rice, maduros, pineapple confit and crispy pork. A very delicious dish. It could have don't without the little salad on top, but at least it ads color to the dish. The crispy pork tasted so amazing and the fried had so much flavor. Mix in some of the maduros and you get a sweet and savory dish. Would definitely be returning to try this dish again.

Wanted a Cubano sandwich immediately upon arrival, so we came straight to Havana 1957. This spot has been recreating 1950s Havana since 2010, right down to the vintage memorabilia and the whole "Un Dia En La Habana" concept, and it's since grown into a small chain across Miami and even Vegas. The Ocean Drive location does it right: great service, very friendly and fast, food that was amazing across the board. Loved my first taste of a traditional, genuine Cuban sandwich, ham, roast pork, Swiss, pickles, mustard, all pressed together and served with a mountain of shoestring fries, as close to the source as I could ask for stateside. Ordered a rum and coke and they hand it to you in a genuinely giant glass, perfect for getting the party started, even though it was a random Monday afternoon. Vibes and atmosphere were immaculate the whole visit. Great first stop in Miami, and a great way to kick off the week that followed.
