We had already packed and moved our small items and boxes but needed help moving the furniture and large items. The movers arrived on time and were ready to work! I monitored the entire process and the movers were hustling the entire time. They took care to wrap items so that nothing was damaged. Once the truck was loaded, they took a short break and proceeded to my new location where they helped position all of the furniture where it needed to be. I was also told that the company does not leave voicemails and would not admit to any communication issues, trying to push responsibility on me and then the person who booked the appt for me since I said I was told arrival time was 2-3 not 11am-3pm. We all get excessive spam calls, it's not difficult to leave a voicemail to say "hello, this is SCV movers calling and we are on the way to arrive by 2pm window." You are business, you leave messages if you are trying to reach a client for a scheduled service. This level of communication and lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing--especially as a 2x returning customer.
