    These were the Halloween drinks
    M T.

You can tell they were very intentional about the Halloween atmosphere that they created! It was amazing! The tacos were good and the drink was pretty strong however, I did not like the elote, but it was overall a really good experience

The margarita flight - they have a cute note on each drink. Love that!

We came here to celebrate my nephews 21st birthday! If you are looking for a fun and enthusiastic birthday celebration, this is the vibe! It's in a store front area, so there is ample parking at no cost. It is decorated very vibrant and bright. As soon as we walked in, the host greeted us, but our party was already sat, so I let her know and she pointed them out so we could walk over and sit. The server came right away and when I tell you she didn't miss a beat on our party of 18. I missed her name as she introduced herself to the table before I arrived. She brought waters to everyone at the table and took drink and appetizer orders from everyone. While taking those orders, she asked in advance if it would be one check or separate checks: it was very convenient to be able to break up the checks with the number of people in our party! I ordered a margarita flight and the server asked if I wanted the presentation or just the drinks brought out. I said let's see the presentation, I didn't catch it on video or I would have posted it, but if you go to their social media page, you can definitely see the presentation there. The margaritas are not as strong as I would like, but definitely a preference. After all drinks and appetizers came out, she took our order and I ordered the pozole verde. This portion was a big portion and well worth the price paid. It comes with lots of toppings and items to eat with the pozole on the side. It was bursting with flavor and I wanted to eat it all but I was so full. They do have music playing in the background which is great....it keeps the vibe happy and you want to dance in your seat. There is a lot on the menu that I want to try, so I will be back. Great value for great food and great ambiance!

Nice decor, very colorful design. Our food and drink was pretty and tastes good too with large portions. Our server was great. We ordered everything she recommended.

First off, the food, drinks, ambiance and location is a 10/10, ok! It's right off the exit in a small plaza. Parking is plentiful. The decor was super festive and I can tell it's festive even without the Christmas vibe. No one had any complaints about their food. We were chowing down. It's spacious and clean. The servers were attentive and we didn't have a long wait to be seated or order or receive our food. Good times! This will be a new go-to spot for me.

Just a quick disclaimer--this review is based on delivery order. Now that we've got that out of the way... wow! My meal was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully packed with care. I ordered the Tex-Mex fajita and the ceviche. As a huge fan of ceviche, I have to say--this one did not miss! It was fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the homemade tortillas. This was my first time ordering from here, and I'm already looking forward to visiting in person to soak up the full ambiance. A great first impression!

Some friends and I visited for dinner on Saturday night. Even though the parking lot was packed, inside there was plenty of space. We were seated quickly. The dining room is vibrant and fun. There is a full bar. The chairs are all bright colors and there are sparkling lights on the ceiling as well as murals on the walls. A couple of large screens were showing football. That night, there was also a DJ playing exciting music. For dinner I ordered the shrimp quesadillas and an agua fresca (cucumber and lime flavor). We also had chips and salsa, a couple of tacos, and the enchiladas mixtas (two mole and two verdes). All the food came out looking beautiful and it tasted great. I thought the quesadillas were fantastic and my friends were impressed with the taste and quality of the other dishes. Our criticisms were minor: the tacos were small and the grilled chicken a little dry. The dining room was periodically filled with staff wearing large masks, holding flashing lights and noisemakers. They delivered certain premium drinks to the tables and stood there until the guests drank them, chanting and singing. It was fun to watch, but could be unpleasant if one is expecting a quieter, more sedate experience. Service was a little slow. After we were seated it took a while for anyone to come back to get our order, which gave us plenty of time to read the menus. At the end, a similar situation as we waited for the bill. I would go again and I'd be happy to bring more friends to this place.

My friend recently moved to Chamblee and we have been checking out some places in the area! We found this place on Yelp and I didn't realize how awesome it would be! The decor is amazing. They're currently doing a The Grinch Who Stole Christmas theme and they went all out. The food was amazing too. I got a chicken flautas dish with consume. The chips and queso amazing and they have great sauces. Service was excellent. They were pretty busy on a Sunday at lunch time. I want to try some of their brunch dishes.

Food is so bland I couldn't believe it. I also got refried beans and rice it was so bland. They didn't put any seasoning in beans. Great customer service.

The ambience is nice, love the paintings on the wall. Service was good. My review is for the food. Having no gringo options for tacos made me sad. I don't do onions and cilantro. Cheese dip was ok and chips were acceptable. My friend liked her enchiladas with Mole but said it was quite spicy! Frozen margarita machine was not working. My quesadilla seemed like it barely saw the grill.... Most likely will not be back.

This is how I received my water. Very nice

Fun, fun, fun. Plenty of parking in this plaza. Decor is everywhere. Felt like I was on vacation. Food comes out pretty quick. My bartender was awesome, Isaac. Had nachos with a side of guacamole. Portions and taste were delicious. Presentation nice. I hardly ever order dessert, but I felt like the meal would be even better with a brownie. They did not disappoint. Can't wait to go back. .

Their Halloween pop-up bar was fun, we had nice drinks and authentic Mexican food like Elote Callejelo, Fajitas Texanas, Santo Molcajete. Everything was delicious, and the vibe here is great! Will be back!

Great vibes and aesthetics. Great staff! Food was delicious and so were the drinks! Green enchiladas were alright but the mole enchiladas were my favorite!

I opted to park at the Wal-Mart and wasn't as familiar with the trail so I took the street route. Well-light and populated for safe crossing. The venue is very open and was relatively empty since we arrived shortly after it opened. I love the indoor seating concept with plenty of couches, movable chairs, tables near the open-area space and smaller sections for 2-4 people tucked away along the wall. The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. And depending on the DJ, this would be a great place for meeting with friends, date night or just zoning out to some wonderful music ... especially on a beautiful night. If you're in the mood for something different AND don't mind the trek to Chamblee, check it out.

This trip was actually our first time visiting without him so we were a little lost about what to do next. LOL. We had gone to a cafe earlier in the day but it was still too early for dinner so we kept searching for something interesting to do. That's when my husband found Distillery of Modern Art. I wasn't really in the mood for drinking during the day so I wasn't sure at first but I'm so glad we went! We had never heard of a combination of a distillery and an art gallery before which immediately caught our attention. It looked like the space is used for a variety of events as well. Since we visited during Mother's Day weekend, there was a flower arrangement workshop happening in one of the rooms when we arrived. The bar area was very spacious with plenty of seating and since it was our first visit, we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different liquors they produce. My husband sampled their rye whiskey, gin, and Amaro Peach. I'm usually not much of a gin fan but theirs was exceptionally smooth and I actually enjoyed it. Amaro tends to be quite bitter but their Amaro Peach had a really nice balance of bitterness and sweetness. I ordered the Ocean Eyes cocktail which features their Amaro Peach and it was excellent. The bartender also made his own special version of a classic cocktail for my husband (I forgot the name!) and he really enjoyed it. What stood out most was how friendly and passionate the bartender was. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does and honestly, he made the experience even more enjoyable for us. We had such a great visit that my husband ended up bringing home bottles of their gin and Amaro Peach. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Atlanta!

Atrocious experience this Saturday 4/25/26…read more We were actually over at sweet hut around 9pm and decided to check out Sapphire Karaoke since they were close by. At 9:26pm, we sent 2 people from our group of 6 to go by Sapphire to see if they had availability for us. The manager told them "yes, we will have a room in 5 minutes" so the rest of our group showed up excited and ready to karaoke. We waiting patiently 10-15 minutes and the manager came by again with "I'm sorry but someone messed up reservations and we won't have a room until 10pm". It was 9:44 pm at this point. The manager could tell we were about to leave and she comes back and says "oh good news, this group is checking out now. I'll have a room ready in 10 minutes". 2 from our group couldn't wait longer so they left. The rest of us decided to wait and got 2 bottles of Soju. It's $15 a bottle and THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A NON OPTIONAL GRATUITY so keep that in mind if you want to leave a tip, it's additional. Our total for the soju ended up averaging $20 a bottle. I asked the manager at 10pm what's going on and she just cuts me off and keeps walking with a "hold on". 10:15pm rolls around and the manager was no where to be seen. At this point we have been waiting 45 minutes with no updates when the original wait quote was FIVE minutes. We saw 3-4 parties come in and get seated. I'm not sure what kind of business they're trying to run but we sure felt BAMBOOZLED out of $50 for 2 bottles of soju and wasted 45 minutes of our time. They clearly have to figure out their scheduling/reservation system if the staff are making multiple errors. Don't lie to patrons that you have a room available when you don't. This felt like the equivalent of an overbooked/oversold flight and they were hoping they could get more clients to cover no shows- at least be honest and say we were on a waitlist.

The second I saw it, I didn't care about the price -- I knew I wanted it, so I planned us a date night. When we arrived, there was a birthday party going on, and I asked the maître d' if they were limiting seating because of the event. He didn't quite understand me, so my fiancée just asked for a table for two, and we were seated quickly. The setup was nice, although I'm personally not a fan of pre-set plates and glasses on tables (you never know how long they've been sitting there). Still, our server was fantastic -- attentive, helpful, and made the night smooth. We came for the famous Piraye Kebab Tray. At first, we were looking at the $165 option (Chef Tray + 1 Meze Board + Shepherd Salad + 4 Orders of Piraye Kebab with rice, all baked inside the dough). When we mentioned the price, our server kindly told us about the smaller 2-order option for $85 -- perfect! And let me tell you, Lord above, when I say I would do some things to eat this food again... words cannot describe how incredible it was. It has been three days since, and I'm still thinking about it. I even posted it on my stories, and over 10 people have messaged me asking about it. Chef Tray: Overflowing with juicy, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned rice with chickpeas (I swear it was made with veal stock), and that roasted pepper and cheese-stuffed dough on top -- divine. Meze Board: The hummus was creamy and rich, paired perfectly with fresh pita. Shepherd Salad: Fresh, crisp, and balanced. My only small regret was that our server misunderstood when we asked for the dough crust to-go -- I realized the next day it wasn't packed up. Honestly though, I couldn't even be upset, because the food was just that good. For drinks and dessert: Turkish Coffee - small but strong, beautifully presented with a piece of Turkish delight on the side that was everything I had ever imagined a Turkish sweet to be: chewy, fragrant, and delicately sweet. Künefe - a dream come true! A warm, crunchy pastry with gooey melted cheese inside, topped with sweet syrup and pistachios. It was rich, nutty, and sweet without being overwhelming -- the perfect ending. Turkish Martini - decent, but not nearly as memorable as the food. All together, including tip, it was about $140. For the amount and quality of food, the attentive service, and the one-of-a-kind experience, it was absolutely worth every single cent. Piraye Kitchen isn't just dinner -- it's an experience. This is a must-try-before-you-die type of place. Oh, and happy birthday, Amy!

Customer Service-From the hostess stand to the bar, waiter, and management, I give it a 10/10! Everyone was friendly, respectful and accommodating without question. My waiter was Will, and he showed the utmost level of outstanding customer service the entire visit! He gave wonderful recommendations regarding the menu, and he checked on us with just the right amount of consistency. He was friendly, personable, and kind! He genuinely wanted to make sure that the experience was memorable and it showed brightly & authentically! Food-I had the Fried Salmon Bites, Traditional Waffles & Fried Lobster, and Peach Cobbler. It was all cooked to perfection with such flavor! I had a lovely Wild berry drink that was very delicious. There was no wait, no crazy lines, and no pretentiousness. K+K is doing things right, and I thank you!

Find the doors on the side of Chido Padres with a picture of two animals on the door windows. (Check pictures) Free parking lot! We got two drinks: Silent Night Margarita and Hung by the Fireside. Our total was $71.60 with tax for 4 drinks. Each drink was about $16. Pros Loved the decor and the drinks were great! Not too much juice and just enough alcohol. Cons $16 a drink can rack up pretty quickly if you're a heavy drinker. Would I Recommend: Yes! Based on the drinks I would definitely recommend this place. Great service and great drinks with free parking! Follow me here on Yelp and @jessreviewss on Tik Tok/Instagram for more.

We went to this pop-up a year ago and it was excellent so decided to book again this year. A year…read moreis a long time and this was a completely different experience. This year the drinks were blah, the food was mediocre, the vibe was non-existent, and the service was the bare minimal. I have been to other pop-ups this year and would recommend any of them over this include Rreal Taco down the street or Hamp & Harry's or even just picking up the Grinch Happy Meal at McDonald's. Pros: Parking onsite, Reservations (sort of), friendly host (best part of the experience) and server (but absent), nice decorations. Cons: Expensive, boring drinks, overcooked and poorly plated food, not a lively nor festive vibe, poor communication and customer service. Even though this is the only pop-up pre-charging for their event and it was significantly more than a year ago, we liked having a booked time and it was a great experience previously so we booked in early November, but within an hour of booking, we had to adjust the time via OpenTable to a couple hours later. Faster forward to two days before our booking. Confirmations comes in and we notice it is the old time. Called, left messages, send messages through multiple means. Zero response. Called the next day and finally reached the manager who said that the time we wanted wasn't available even though it was the day before so took a later option at 730. Arrive on time but they don't have a table. While waiting they seat us in another area and offer extras since they are late...but they bring chips and salsa 30 mins after 730 when we were supposed to be seat 10-15 mins after we arrive. No waters or anything. Bring complementary margaritas at 810 but only 4 and there are 6 of us. The waitress was dismissive and there was no one else in the bar when we got there. Finally seated at 830 even though they are timed reservations and said they were going to be asking people to wrap within 15 mins of 730. Food was so basic and slapped on the table. Drinks were not festive at all. Ran out of hot chocolate. No festive cups or anything. It was the most mediocre experience I have had. Skip it!
