Back in the "A" and my cousin picked this spot because of a social media video. It is located in a shopping center with a variety of other eateries. The vibe was great, the playlist was great, and the server was great! Ask for Tanya! She was on point!!! Some things to note: the gratuity is built in for most restaurants in this area; the water is bottled and the brand is called Beauty; and last a reminder THERE IS A TWO HOUR TIME LIMIT. She was clear about what time we needed to be finished. The food came out and even though I am a SUPER SLOW eater, it was enough time. They have mimosa towers that looked great! The decor was so nice with the feeling that you are in a garden. We would have dressed differently if we were not going on a tour later. The ONLY negative observation: they need to unlock the holders for the toilet paper and paper towels so it can be used properly. No complaints otherwise !! There is a 2hr limit so my suggestion would be to look over the menu so you know what you want to eat before you arrive. Reservations are a must UNLESS you arrive between 1030-1100 and you want to take a chance... we did and it worked out great!! See the pictures. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!!! We will be back!!!

One of the best brunch spots! I really love their pink decor, and I took a ton of pictures with my friends. We had french toast, steak skillet, salmon pasta, shrimp grits, and chicken waffles. Food tastes great, but the cocktails are the star of the show. Highly recommend the five mimosa special and the mosa handbag.

I joined a friend for breakfast, and we were SO DELIGHTED with our experience! Everything from the décor to cuisine to our service was stellar! We went very early on a Sunday, providing the serene setting. We were promptly seated and briefed on some of the featured entrees - the French kiss French toast and the Seafood omelet & gumbo, both giving WOW factor! An added bonus - they serve no pork, much to my companion's delight - offering seafood, turkey and chicken options. In addition, to the standard beverage selections, they have a full bar, as well. The menu is QR coded: https://www.mosarestaurantbar.com/food The owner and chef, both women, wrapped up this outing with a bow! I think the only detractor was we'd hoped for jazz or tranquil music for a Sunday morning. But, too, we are old school Lol! Either way, we WILL be back.

Mosa was absolutely delicious for Saturday brunch. The atmosphere is super cute and boho chic and the food is really good. Fatima helped us and she was a great and attentive server. Easy parking, great drinks!

After running a 5K in Piedmont, I searched for brunch on Yelp and landed on Mosa--glad I did. The place is beautifully decorated, with floral walls and lots of pink--definitely a go-to spot for birthday brunches and celebrations. Most of the crowd was well-dressed women and couples, and while I was the only solo male, I felt completely welcomed and comfortable. Started with the house champagne, which was tasty, then followed it up with a small bottle of rosé champagne--just enough for a flute and super refreshing. For food, I ordered the beef tibs. Small, flavorful steak pieces served with a scrambled egg and a generous helping of well-seasoned potatoes. I asked for medium rare, and the bartender Fatima explained they only do medium or higher because of the cut size--loved the transparency. The dish was hearty, and while I usually prefer more egg, it was still satisfying. Fatima was attentive and kind throughout, and Leah, the server, also stopped by to check in--super friendly and helped me feel welcome. Even the manager or owner came by to say hello, which was a nice personal touch. The music? Contemporary R&B that really set the vibe. Overall, great energy, great service, and great drinks. Just a heads-up: there is auto-gratuity, but the experience made it feel well earned. I'll definitely be back.

Mosa is a beautiful restaurant with a great vibe. Our party made a reservation for brunch. We were seated in an area that was comfortable for all guests. I ordered the turkey BLT without avocado. The restaurant does not sell pork so that was a plus for me! It was quite tasty. My husband ordered the Gumbo Omelette with a side of cheese grits. The grits needed a little more seasoning but the omelette was flavorful. We really enjoyed the music provided by the saxophonist.

My friend and I were I've due to a catch up and after ditching our initial restaurant plan, we decided on Mosa. My friend saw the restaurant on IG via Hungry Homegirl and thought it would be a cute brunch experience. She was able to snag a reservation and once we arrived, we were initially told it would be a wait because we were early. While waiting, I had to to take a look at the restaurant. The design was cute and Instagramable filled with florals and mirrors. My friend and I were able to be seated earlier then expected due to another reservation not showing up and was seated in Jersey's section. Upon sitting down, we noticed our table was sticky and a little dirty so, we asked for a wipe down. The menu itself is not that large and consist of your normal brunch fare ; some Ethiopian twists. I ordered a Peach Mimosa and the Chicken and Waffles. My friend did mention that the restaurant only served bottled water however, after seeing a few glasses of tap water come out, I requested one. The food that take a while to come out and while waiting for the food, I did notice a few customers that might have had an issue with their bill or the food itself. A woman a couple tables next to me left out speaking of the food being nasty. However, I really wanted to taste it for myself. My chicken and waffles were really good despite me being skeptical about the waffles being "light skinned". The waffles definitely had a delicious vanilla taste to them. The chicken was also really good despite it falling apart and being a bit messy. As mentioned my service name was Jersey and, despite her being nice; she really didn't visit the table that much. Overall, I had an average experience at the restaurant.

    Pink paradise & mimosa

The food is great. I had the Steak Mosa Skillet cooked & seasoned well. The Pink Paradise was refreshing. I also had the peach & mango mimosa both were tasty. The service was a tad slow but she was the only one on the floor & still did her thing. The place was so clean and vibrant I would return.

Liked / Liked / Liked / Liked /Liked / Liked Liked / Liked Inside is so cute, music had a little issues getting going but it worked its self out. Sweet and Sour cauliflower was surprisingly really good! The Cauliflower was crispy and seasoned well. The sauce was not overpowering or too much. I didn't expect to like this dish as much as I did! Fried Green Tomato Chicken and Waffles Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - The food service was pretty slow, but hey they're new so I'm sure that will start to change (crossed fingers) Our appetizers came out with our meal.. and we were pretty hungry for a while.. The waitress didn't communicate much with us, especially with our food/appetizers not coming out. Also, she really didn't keep up with checking in on us drink wise. Also, our friend asked about a mock-tail... she never came back with any info on that until we flagged her down and asked again after waiting so long and seeing her pass us so much. The menu online and at the restaurant were not the same. That was an unfortunate surprise. I'm one to pick my food ahead of time, especially because we were so hungry. But ... they didn't have the item I'd thought I'd be getting. That was a bummer.

    Cajun pasta with shrimp.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Decor and all. The staff was very kind and attentive. I brought my girls here for brunch and they enjoyed themselves. We ordered the Ceasar salad with shrimp, a side of Spanish potatoes, and the Cajun pasta with shrimp. The salad itself was delicious. The dressing was good and lettuce chopped up well. The shrimp was overcooked. It was tough and rubbery. But it was seasoned well. The Cajun pasta was ok but needed some salt or seasoning and the shrimp was overcooked as well. The potatoes were a 10/10 and the sauce that came with it. The girls had mocktails one mango and one strawberry and they liked it. Overall the place is nice, the food could be better. Well at least what we had. I'll be back to try more from the menu.

The Food, service and Ambiance was a great Vibe!!! Our server Fatima was excellent and attentive. Look forward to coming back.

Salmon and grits and French Kiss French Toast

Absolutely loved the vibe here--such a stylish and welcoming ambiance that makes you want to linger. The decor was on point, and the overall atmosphere felt both relaxed and refined. I ordered the salmon and grits along with the French toast and spicy chicken sausage--everything was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The salmon was tender and seasoned just right, and the grits were creamy and delicious. The French toast was rich without being too sweet, and that spicy chicken sausage added the perfect kick. Can't wait to come back and try more from the menu!

I opted to park at the Wal-Mart and wasn't as familiar with the trail so I took the street route. Well-light and populated for safe crossing. The venue is very open and was relatively empty since we arrived shortly after it opened. I love the indoor seating concept with plenty of couches, movable chairs, tables near the open-area space and smaller sections for 2-4 people tucked away along the wall. The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. And depending on the DJ, this would be a great place for meeting with friends, date night or just zoning out to some wonderful music ... especially on a beautiful night. If you're in the mood for something different AND don't mind the trek to Chamblee, check it out.

The Ashford is a pretty nice place to grab either brunch, lunch, or dinner! We came around 7, so we had dinner. You can sit outside or inside, the weather was really nice, but we just wanted to sit inside in the AC. I got a glass of the bieler rose, which was recommended by our server. My wife got the lavender daydreams cocktail, which was really good! We all shared the chicken spring rolls and the burrata bruschetta. Both were really good! The chicken spring rolls were in a rice paper, and not the usual wonton paper. I don't usually like the rice paper spring rolls, but these ones weren't too bad. For our main, me and my wife got the chicken schnitzel. They even split it on two different plates for us too, which was nice of them to do. It was SO GOOD. Pretty sure I inhaled mine! We also shared the mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes. The mac and cheese was soooooo good. It was a pimento mac and cheese, and had herbed breadcrumbs. Chef's kiss! The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars, is because our food took FOREVER to come out. There were some larger parties, so I do get it, but this was like 30-45 minutes forever. Also, I can't remember which dish, but one of the dishes me and my wife got was cold, so we asked to send it back to get a warmer version, which they did. They comped this off the bill, which was nice. That didn't bother me as much as the food coming out so late. Had that not been the case, I would've given this review 5 stars! The food was really really good. We would definitely still come back in the future!

I'm so glad we listened to the other reviews and gave them a visit because our entire table of four had a lovely time. We started with drinks and I settled on a glass of wine. They had the exact type of sauvignon blanc that I wanted, which was an immediate win. As a group we settled on the whipped goat cheese and brussel sprouts for appetizers. The brussel sprouts came with bacon so I steered clear, but the others raved about them. The whipped goat cheese dip was also a nice choice with the garden veggies. Super creamy and refreshing. As for my entree I went with risotto of the week with salmon. It was absolutely delicious and I ate every bite. We had a birthday in the group so we of course had to get desserts. We shared the creme brulee and this super decadent chocolate cake. Both with fresh berries, love! The creme brulee was definitely my favorite of the two, but you can't go wrong. As for the space itself, it's beautiful. It gave off a sort of a modern farmhouse vibe with the wood and brick. With the twinkle lights and earthy touches bringing it all together. Our service was also on point. Jackson was awesome (as you can see in the other reviews) and kept the good vibes flowing all night. I would definitely come here again.

The second I saw it, I didn't care about the price -- I knew I wanted it, so I planned us a date night. When we arrived, there was a birthday party going on, and I asked the maître d' if they were limiting seating because of the event. He didn't quite understand me, so my fiancée just asked for a table for two, and we were seated quickly. The setup was nice, although I'm personally not a fan of pre-set plates and glasses on tables (you never know how long they've been sitting there). Still, our server was fantastic -- attentive, helpful, and made the night smooth. We came for the famous Piraye Kebab Tray. At first, we were looking at the $165 option (Chef Tray + 1 Meze Board + Shepherd Salad + 4 Orders of Piraye Kebab with rice, all baked inside the dough). When we mentioned the price, our server kindly told us about the smaller 2-order option for $85 -- perfect! And let me tell you, Lord above, when I say I would do some things to eat this food again... words cannot describe how incredible it was. It has been three days since, and I'm still thinking about it. I even posted it on my stories, and over 10 people have messaged me asking about it. Chef Tray: Overflowing with juicy, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned rice with chickpeas (I swear it was made with veal stock), and that roasted pepper and cheese-stuffed dough on top -- divine. Meze Board: The hummus was creamy and rich, paired perfectly with fresh pita. Shepherd Salad: Fresh, crisp, and balanced. My only small regret was that our server misunderstood when we asked for the dough crust to-go -- I realized the next day it wasn't packed up. Honestly though, I couldn't even be upset, because the food was just that good. For drinks and dessert: Turkish Coffee - small but strong, beautifully presented with a piece of Turkish delight on the side that was everything I had ever imagined a Turkish sweet to be: chewy, fragrant, and delicately sweet. Künefe - a dream come true! A warm, crunchy pastry with gooey melted cheese inside, topped with sweet syrup and pistachios. It was rich, nutty, and sweet without being overwhelming -- the perfect ending. Turkish Martini - decent, but not nearly as memorable as the food. All together, including tip, it was about $140. For the amount and quality of food, the attentive service, and the one-of-a-kind experience, it was absolutely worth every single cent. Piraye Kitchen isn't just dinner -- it's an experience. This is a must-try-before-you-die type of place. Oh, and happy birthday, Amy!

This trip was actually our first time visiting without him so we were a little lost about what to do next. LOL. We had gone to a cafe earlier in the day but it was still too early for dinner so we kept searching for something interesting to do. That's when my husband found Distillery of Modern Art. I wasn't really in the mood for drinking during the day so I wasn't sure at first but I'm so glad we went! We had never heard of a combination of a distillery and an art gallery before which immediately caught our attention. It looked like the space is used for a variety of events as well. Since we visited during Mother's Day weekend, there was a flower arrangement workshop happening in one of the rooms when we arrived. The bar area was very spacious with plenty of seating and since it was our first visit, we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different liquors they produce. My husband sampled their rye whiskey, gin, and Amaro Peach. I'm usually not much of a gin fan but theirs was exceptionally smooth and I actually enjoyed it. Amaro tends to be quite bitter but their Amaro Peach had a really nice balance of bitterness and sweetness. I ordered the Ocean Eyes cocktail which features their Amaro Peach and it was excellent. The bartender also made his own special version of a classic cocktail for my husband (I forgot the name!) and he really enjoyed it. What stood out most was how friendly and passionate the bartender was. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does and honestly, he made the experience even more enjoyable for us. We had such a great visit that my husband ended up bringing home bottles of their gin and Amaro Peach. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Atlanta!

Beautiful space, feels industrial. They have an event space you can rent out. The ube drink is excellent, not super sweet but you can taste the ube flavor and the end is a citrus note which is nice. The other 2 drinks we had were ordered off menu after we explained to the bartender some of taste preferences. The Singapore sling was excellent as well as the other one he made. You can tell that they really care about their craft and are wanting to experiment with different flavors! It was nice being able to sit at the bar and chat as well

Lunch with my wife on her birthday…read more She: fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, glass of white wine. Me: deviled eggs, Cuban sandwich with mac & cheese side, Schwartzbier lager. Appetizers were very good. She didn't care for the shrimp (a bit spicy, so we took it home for tomorrow's lunch. While the sandwich was good, it didn't seem like an authentic Cuban. Pulled pork filling. I took half of it and the mac&cheese home. Beer was very good; I hadn't heard of it before. It's from Milwaukee. Went to Laylo after for dessert/ $90 with tax and tip. It's a Resy restaurant, so I paid with Amex plat to get the credit. Excellent server.

After a few visits, I've tried a good variety of the menu: * **Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich:** This is served open-face and uses a mix of Sichuan and Calabrian chili. It is absolutely amazing, but fair warning: it is *hot*. Even if you're used to Sichuan spice, this one may still be tough to deal with, but it's still incredibly flavorful and enjoyable. Just keep in mind that they don't adjust the heat level for this one. * **The Greens:** These are wonderful. They have a rich, savory pork flavor and are easily a must-order for me every single time. * **Shrimp and Grits:** This has a fantastic sauce that strikes the perfect balance--not too heavy, but not watery either. My only minor wish is that they'd add some andouille sausage to it (even if raised the price), but it's still a really well-executed dish. * **Southern Pho:** Really great and super hearty. It's a comforting bowl, though probably best enjoyed during the winter months. * **Drinks:** The cocktails are always creative and well-made, and they keep a really interesting beer list on hand too. ### 2. The Ambience The vibe here is great. The interior feels like a charming, cozy little house you'd find in Savannah. I especially love the bar area, which has these really cool copper chandelier lights that give the space a warm, inviting glow. ### 3. The Service The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming every single time I've been here. The Summary I honestly feel lucky to live close to this place. It doesn't get much love or mentions from the Atlanta social media crowd and local press (the good news is you won't encounter a lot of annoying people lol).. I'm a fan though.
