Came here on a whim last night (mid may) on a warm clear night. Restaurant was pretty empty, it was around 730pm. Has a nice outdoor seating area with a great view of the water, and lots of indoor seating. Has a diner feel to it. Ordered the fish and chips, which was $9.99. I dont remember the costs of the other items we bought. My girlfriend got the fried calarmi and scallops with fries, and we got 2 Coronas. Total was $37, which I thought was kind of steep and came up fast! However, after the sticker shock was gone, the food was DELICIOUS. The fish tasted really fresh and and the batter was excellent on the fried fish. Fries were crispy, fresh and nicely salted. Came here on a hot day while at revere beach. We wanted something different from Kelly's or anything else, so we saw this place that I have passed by for years and have never set foot in. Staff was nice very roomy also outdoor seating on the deck that they have on the side of the building. They sell beer very limited selection just the regular bud light, Heineken and corona. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and our friend ordered a Greek plate (I forgot the name). The pizza was good felt like they didn't really make it cheesy enough. But the pizza overall was nice and hot. The Greek plate the meat was good and very seasoned, fries and the pita bread were good. This place got an uplift and looks great now! All their pizzas are amazing. Calamari and whole belly clams were delicious. Only thing I'd like to change are the wings. I ordered a sub and it was pretty basic. It wasn't bad,just nothing special. The bread was pretty thick compared to the amount of meat. The outdoor seating was nice through, good view of the beach. There really aren't a lot of options along this beachy strip, so especially if you're looking for somewhere with indoor/outdoor seating, and a bathroom, this is one of your only options. This is my second favorite place for Pizza in Revere. The sauce has a great flavor that I think makes it stand out from other places. The only criticism is that it sometimes can have too much sauce around the crust. Otherwise, I love this pizza. I have only ordered delivery, and it sometimes has taken a while but they have apologized without me mentioning it. Other times it's come in less than a half hour. Also, they keep your information on file based on your phone number. So I didn't have to give my address again. I had great service over the phone each time I've called. A large cheese has run me a bit more than other places around here, but considering I don't have to pay for delivery, it evens out. read more

I've been here twice in the past week and they have not disappointed me. I've ordered pizza with extra toppings, wings, and a fish sandwich. The pizza was actually better than Renzo's which is right next door. It might be the best pizza on the beach strip. The chickens wings were also really tasty. I would suggest cooking them just a tad bit crispier though. My friend ate the fish sandwich and he said it tasted really good, way better than Kelly's. this restaurant is on the north side of the beach, not far from the Wonderland T Stop. it has a selection of Greek, Italian, Pizza, and Deli foods, and even some breakfasts on the weekend. The outdoor seating in the summer is THE place to be seen in the mornings and at lunchtime on the Boulevard. It has a indoor seating area with open windows on three sides of the restaurant, so you can truly see the entire beach at your leisure, and it sure is a pretty beach. the name of their restaurant is after a town in Italy/Greece called Santorini, that also has a long ten mile beach popular with tourists, and then have pictures of that beach, as well as photos/drawings of the Revere Beach in its resort heyday. they carry on a strong tradition of the deli/grill food that the beach has always been known for, and they do a great job. a family place, you can strike up a conversation with the owners and be on a first name basis in no time. they have a cake case with homemade greek desserts and cheesecake, and yes, TO GO. a large variety on the menu is sure to hit the spot of any customer. i love this place. even in the winter, it is a cozy place to stop in and spend an hour or two. read more

With a lot of pizza options here in revere, Santorini stands out from the rest! Being from the south, my family and I have given this restaurant a nick name of "Chick-fil-A" because we always crave it on Sunday (closed). I like this place... It is what it is and pulls no punches. I stop in once a week for a take-out order and the quality is always consistent... The girls behind the counter are great and never get annoyed with me when I'm spacing out in mind over the menu. The products used in preparation have never disappointed and the prices are in line for what's being offered.. .. I gave a three star rating because I haven't expanded my purchases beyond the sandwiches and wraps,. The one and only complaint I had with this operation was that they put to much chicken in there wraps... I think I confused them with that observation, but they seemed glad to realize the dissatisfaction was to much product being used and not enough. Keep up the good work. Update, Here I go, another place that was good and now seems to have lost it's way. The last two times I went there it was sorry at best, How does this sort of let down keep happening. I'm not sure if there are new owners of this place but the food was absolutely horrible. There were four of us for lunch, three of us got the "haddock plate" lets just say it was far from haddock and the batter was not even edible. This fish seemed frozen to all of us who ate it for sure. The other person got the $17 seafood combo and for a guy who never complains about his food he said his scallops tasted funny and his friend agreed. When we tried nicely to tell the waiter he could have cared less and said it was fresh and walked away without even coming over to our table to check things out. My experience here evoked a big solid "Meh". Very expensive for the quality and atmosphere - I suppose that's to be expected for the beach, but at the same time, it's not like it's Miami. I ordered a gyro plate and waited at least 30 minutes, possibly longer. The gyro was meh, not amazing, not the worst ever. The fries were meh. The salad was more or less a massive slab of iceberg lettuce, the definition of meh. The only thing noteworthy is that there was much more meat in the sandwich than I'm used to. I love this place!!! The food is consistently delicious, regardless of what we order, the portion sizes are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is cheerful. The fried calamari and fisherman's plate are 2 favorites, as are the gyro plates and sandwich wraps. Decided to give this place a try for the first time last night..my husband ordered a burger with bacon, I ordered a cheeseburger and we got a side of fries and onion rings. The girl who took our order seemed new ( it took her a while to ring our order in) after paying and going outside to wait for our food I looked at my receipt to see that 2 burgers were $35? After looking at my receipt I noticed my cheeseburger was not on the slip the girl rang in a goat cheese chicken sandwich..I went back in to tell them before they started my order. They also had not rang in the fries correctly. The lady told me she would make sure the order was correct and told me to see her after we eat and she would credit our slip. After getting our food we now notice the bacon we paid for was not on my husbands burger. I went back in and told the same lady. After waiting another 10 minutes I was handed 2 raw pieces of bacon. I can't believe the cook would even hand the girl raw bacon to give to me. We decided to just eat the burger minus the bacon at this point we didn't want to wait any longer. The burgers were good but our experience there was not one to bring us back. After we finished I went back in to get my slip fixed and I was now told I owed them money.... the sandwich on the menu was more than the burger so not sure how they figured that. I refused to pay anymore money and just left. I'm sorry but $35 for burgers is unreal especially on revere beach! Maybe train your staff better and lower your prices. I ordered Chicken Souvlaki plate. it is supposed to come with Crispy pita, tzdsiki saice and dressing for the salad. The pita was cols as the meal and there was no sauce or dressing. We also ordered onion rings. They arrive cold greasy an generally inedible The worst part was when I took the time to go in and express my disappointment, the staff was down right rude. Couldn't figure out the menu, ordered a pizza to go, smell we didn't like in the restaurant permeated the pizza thus our car, took about 3 bites & threw the whole thing away. I really like eating at non-chain restaurants so I was happy to try this out - especially on a warm early-summer evening right across from the beach. I got fish and chips (about $10) and my date got broiled scallops for about $25 which is pretty pricey for a plastic plate picnic table dinner. The fish and chips were fine but scallops were loaded with red pepper and were so spicy they were inedible (for us) and there was absolutely no scallop flavor detectable over the spice. Perfectly ordinary chicken fingers. Based on another review, and at over $10, I was hoping for better than six pieces of bland, unseasoned and slightly overcooked/dry chicken and fries. Even the side of coleslaw was bland, unseasoned and unsalted -- and just cabbage. The clam plate is $20. The folks behind the counter were very friendly, but they said they are about to raise their prices again! At that rate, I expect either better food or an atmosphere nicer than self-serve, fast-food-style seating with paper plates. Hopefully both. So 2 stars not because it was bad, but because it's a poor value. You could do a lot better for the money. (Maybe without an ocean view, which I suppose has a cost.) read more

This review is for the Grilled Chicken Sandwich for $4.99 with sometimes bacon added. I live close by and have found that his sandwich is just incredible.
