Only thing with the ham and cheese croissant was that I cut it in half the short way to share (so you would think both halves would have an even distribution of everything) but all the ham was pushed to one side that their half literally had no ham in it. The hostess was very apologetic and was trying to work out a solution which led to the Floor Manager (Karla) getting involved. We were eventually seated at another table, with the option to move should the other table become available. Karla then took the time to apologize for the wait and unfortunate first impression. As we got started with drinks and a pastry for the daughter, the other table opened. The hostess immediately came to move us. It all went smoothly from there. Table service was casual and attentive. We started with the Chocolate Almond Croissant and the Baguette & Bordier Butter. The daughter tried the Iced Matcha Latte. For our entrées -- Shakshuka, Patty Melt and Brioche Eggs Benedict (with salmon). I was eager to try the Potato Gravlax, but it was sold out. :( Everything was so, so delicious! Fresh and flavorful.
