They were both very knowledgeable of the menu and even where the ingredients were sourced. They were both outstanding. We got the truffle edamame (outstanding), the Mucca di Mare appetizer (unexpectedly perfect, no sauce, wasabi, or ginger needed), the Ceviche roll (so fresh and bright) and the Ultimate Salmon roll (salmon, prosciutto, brie cheese, and more?! Count me in!) The fish was so fresh, it had no fish flavor or scent at all. It was perfect. The rolls were innovative and balanced in flavor. I have no feedback other than these were possibly the best rolls I've had in the Orlando area. We also had the Alaska Cake for dessert. It was very light and refreshing.
