Wouldn't recommend eating anything here, very greasy. The white rice was sticky. It was not good and the service was poor

I was handed a sample. It was delicious, and when I asked what it was, he just said chicken. Mall ambiance. Needs better servers.

Eating my food across from the booth, the lady serving teriyaki chicken sneezed in her hand and kept serving with that hand. Be careful

I know it's a Ramen bar, but I had to get the omurice. Our wonderful waiter told us this is the only place in Ohio that does the omurice. We both chose the Demi glaze for our omurice, the other option is a Curry sauce, which I'm sure is amazing too. I also got a tofu skewer and the texture was phenomenal! And the zucchini skewer, yummy! They don't have coffee bubble tea but I got black milk tea with boba. We got there early on a Sunday morning so we had prime choice of seating, a private, oaky honeycomb booth. I had a lot of questions but our server knew and kindly helped and answered them all. The omurice came with a dessert too. Shockingly, they are both made with pork gelatin so fyi if you avoid pork or vegan/vegetarian. I tried the cherry blossom jelly and loved the citron and lychee sauce that went over it the most! I want to take everyone I love here! Great experience

I've seen mixed reviews about the ramen, but I actually really enjoy the vegetarian ramen. That said, it's the appetizers that keep me coming back! The deep fried dumplings are my absolute favorite. Anytime I'm in the area, I have to stop by for an order (or two lol) of those alone. The fried tofu is also some of the best I've had. It's incredibly flavorful, which is impressive because tofu can sometimes be a bit bland. Theirs is anything but! As you can see from my photos, I usually end up ordering a variety of appetizers because they're truly the stars of the menu. I also highly recommend the Amazing Lemonade! It's refreshing and the perfect pairing with the meal. The service has always been wonderful. The staff is warm, attentive, and consistently provides a great dining experience. On top of that, the restaurant itself has a beautiful aesthetic that makes it an enjoyable place to dine. Overall, Kyuramen has become one of my favorite additions to the Strongsville area, and it's a place I'll happily continue coming back to.

Where else can you get all-you-can-eat sashimi, sushi rolls, hibachi, and other appetizers for under 30 bucks? I went here for dinner, and for $28.99, I got a whole lot of sashimi, sushi rolls, hibachi scallops, shumai, strawberry ice cream, etc. Everything was delicious. The sashimi tasted great, and the sushi rolls were filling, though thankfully, Kintaro doesn't go too heavy on the rice. I thought the hibachi scallops were better than a lot of non-AYCE hibachi restaurants. They were tender and flavorful, and if I wasn't absolutely stuffed from the sashimi and sushi, I would have gotten another order of scallops. Like always, the service was great, and the staff was friendly. Our server frequently checked up on us and refilled our waters. So glad that you can still get a reasonably priced, delicious, and beyond filling meal here, even during these times of economic uncertainty.

Everything tasted fine, so we just assumed it was a communication issue. So we came back, this time it had a quarter of the menu and the quality took a sharp dive. Pretty amazing since it had been less than a week. Most of the menu was missing, our waiter seemed clueless, nice but clueless. I've never been to a hotpot that didn't have quail eggs all day. All the grill meat came out frozen, the cuts were thin and bad. The green peppers tasted like the blade that cut them, dry and metallic. I don't know that was way too wild a swing in quality we won't be back. We can't win with hotpot in Ohio it seems, for how much hotpot is in the US, I expect better than this. Kpot is still the worst but this last time at Kintaro is up there. Guess I'm looking for another hotpot place. It was clean and organized, the floor is in bad shape in the dining area but other than that it didn't feel dirty or unkempt.
