We've had meals from here at least a half dozen times and delicious and consistent every time. Can't decide which we like better, the steak or orange chicken so get the teriyaki steak and cartons of chicken. Bowls are stuffed full of veggies, rice, noodles and steak. We get 3 full meals every time. Divided by price and evens out to a good deal per meal. The eggrolls are also very good. Just make sure everything you order is in the bag as we were shorted a carton of chicken, but was made right next trip. As long as the quality remains consistent, we'll keep coming back. read more

You get a substantial protein amount which is nice. The food is cooked on the spot but comes out within 5-10 minutes. The char on the chicken had fantastic flavor and their veggies are super tasty! A satisfying meal for a reasonable price. read more

We went around 4pm on a Sunday. There was 1 table eating. We ordered and waited. 3 different customers came in, ordered after us and got their food before us. I finally asked and I was informed that the chicken breast was the hold up. So I asked for the other food so my kids could start eating. It was at least another 5 minutes before the chicken breast meal came out. It took longer to get our food here than it would have at a sit down restaurant. Food was okay. Well, this didn't start off very well. Ordered online and was told it would be ready at 4:09. Walked in to find 6 parties waiting on their food with 2 employees behind the register kabitzing. There were no less than 7 people jammed into the kitchen prepping food. I have no idea what the cause of the delay is other than pure incompetence. Order finally came out at 4:23. Guess I should consider myself fortunate as the guy next to me was mumbling that he had been waiting 45 minutes. Took 3 bowls home, mad spicy chicken, hot orange chicken and steak, all with fried rice and mixed veggies. Also ordered one of each side: crab Rangoon, pot stickers and edamame. Finished with the Rice Krispy treats. Now, as mad as I wanted to be at this place, the Bowles were outstanding! Mad hot had a nice heat to it, but wasn't crazy hot. The chicken was outstanding. Steak was good, too. Crab Rangoon was delish, and the pot stickers were good. Edamame blew, but I guess I didn't know what I was ordering, so I'll let it pass. I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit! Think of this place like chipotle, where you build your own bowl, but Chinese food style. I had a chicken teriyaki bowl with cabbage, onions, carrots, zucchini, and broccoli and noodles. They offer 3 sizes of bowls - I got the regular, and it was too much food for me for one sitting so I have leftovers. It seems that everything is prepared fresh to order. The chicken was cooked well and had a nice combination of juiciness and burnt bits. I thought the noodles were a little bit dry but I used a bit of the teriyaki sauce which is provided at the tables. A nice feature is the combination cheater chopstick/ fork utensil. What a great idea! My husband said that the chicken egg roll was very good and not greasy. For vegetarians, there are a few tofu options. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely eat here again. read more

Went to a soft opening of Teriyaki Madness today in Strongsville for lunch. The grand opening special was a marinated chicken bowl for $6.00. Options for white, brown or fried rice, vegetables and topped with chicken. ( thighs) but white breast is offered for an extra $1.00. Delicious plus we had sauce on the side plus a few packets of sriracha sauce. The total was $6.48, they added tax which was a surprise since it was take out. But it was new and will follow up next week. Check out the fork/ chopsticks combo which were pretty cool. read more

Orange chicken is crispy fried chicken tidbits, no seasoning, skimpy portion, very subpar, wouldn't order it again. Mom got the teriyaki chicken and it was good. Veggies were great. Stepdad got the teriyaki steak and he enjoyed his meal as well. He and I got the noodles, I thought they were dry. Asked for mad sauce on the side, had to go back in to get a tiny little sauce cup that I was told was "pretty spicy" and it was about as spicy as ketchup. Next time I'll just load up on the Sirachi sauce they put out on the table. Ordered 8-pc potstickers, got 6, and they were not cooked right. You don't deep fry a pot sticker, good grief! Overall not a great first visit but will likely try it again, because mom liked it. read more

I got the chicken teriyaki in a regular size and thought it was a great portion of all ingredients. The chicken was charred and juicy and the noodles were buttered and seasoned. It was great quality food for $11. The crab rangoons were also very tasty and cost about $6. My only complaint is that they don't let you do half noodles and half fried rice. If ordering to-go, I would ask for extra teriyaki and sweet and sour sauce on side, just in case. Our order was served up quickly too (around 5:30 pm). read more

We visited Monday (3/20) for the first time. We were served with great customer service and the food was great. The staff was personal and the cashier even came out to our table to check on how we were doing. Hopefully all of their staff is as good as it was on Monday. Good portions of food and it comes in a dishwasher/microwave safe container if you have leftovers. Both the orange chicken and teriyaki were good. read more

I was hoping for good food but this place was nothing but a letdown. Ordered the steak teriyaki. Steak was soaked in water and soy sauce and thinned out until it was really mushy. Gross. Vegetable were overcooked and water logged. Rice just regular 10 cent white rice. Would NOT go eat there again. Overpriced for such poor quality food. I used to go to this place when they were open in Fairlawn so I was super excited to hear and see that they are opening in Strongsville. The first time I ordered food here at the new location it wasn't a bad experience but the second time I ordered food over the phoneAs a pick up. I have a newborn so I had asked someone to bring the food out. customer service from the associate over the phone was good. I made it all the way home with the meal come to find it was missing half of my order. I called up spoke to the manager Skyler and she relayed I'll get a free meal the next time I came in. OK. A couple days later I'm passing through the city To pick up the order that was incorrect. Again I have Skyler on the phone I relay to her I have my two-month-old, high risk, and ask her to bring it out to the front. This time she got cocky with an attitude told me THAT SHE NEVER SAW A NEWBORN IN MY CAR and that she will not bring out my replacement pickup and that I would have to come in and pick it up. Very very disrespectful horrible customer service from a manager. I walk in with my newborn not the happiest obviously for having a manager tell me that I'm a liar over the phone. VERY disrespectful management. Got all the way home with the corrected order and the food ended up making my mom sick. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone and it's a shame since I was so excited for them to reopen. When trying to find a higher up to speak with in regards to the service the manager continued to tell me that he was the owner and he did not do anything about the way I was treated.
