Very terrible service! I came in for a color change and ended up paying $30 for it! Never once did he ask me if I wanted gel or regular! HE put gel. Then I ended paying in total $137.00 for a pedicure & color change. I do NOT recommend coming to this salon. Walk a few doors over to La Belle in the same parking lot, yes you may have to wait but you won't be paying this RIDICULOUS price. Not to mention he rushed my nails. When I told them to next time mention it to the customers he began yelling at me to next time go to la Belle. Then he proceeded to call me names and yell at me in Vietnamese to his nail Tec's.. the male bartender/ owner needs to take some anger classes for how he disgustingly handled that transaction. My bank will be receive a call from me shortly to get my money back! I have been living in Costa Mesa for over 8 years now, i will be sure to recommend everyone to go else where. Literally the worst nail salon. I spend 100 every time I go and I get my nails done in gel polish and everytime about 3 days later they are all chipping. Never fails. I tell them everytime to fix the nails because I don't have time to come back and they always chip not even 24 hours later. Horrible service. Had the worst experience here two days ago. Went in with my sister this was my first time ever getting toes done I pick the signature and gel color everything is going great when the lady starts asking for an extra service for callous and I declined multiple times because I don't need it I clearly stated it to her. She finally leaves come back with that wax and me not knowing what it is I'm thinking it's included with the signature all the while it's not I get charged $62 I question and there comes a girl named Van and starts to break down the pricing because the woman who had done my toes was busy on the last client. I explain the issue and this woman Van decides to make it about herself because out of frustration I said "this is stupid" Van then starts yelling that why did I call her stupid when it wasn't the case she becomes out of control and Extremely rude! She instead insults me and says that those $7 for the extra service she can pay which that WASNT the issue at all, it was the fact that her co-worker asked me multiple time and I clearly told her multiple times NO I'm Explaining how this is my fault when I'm pointing out they are being shady with me, the customer, I tell her that they need to understand the Customer who is the one paying and who requests services done and turns down services they don't care for. But this woman made it all about herself. I'm really upset when they don't even do a great job to be charging that high. So I got my nails done as well the lady was very nice very quiet which I don't mind but what I didn't like was that I requested the framed nail art which consist of simple lines and One finger rhinestones around the nail. That total ends up being $65 I didn't complain about that because I saw how they charge and makes sense since they offer free alcoholic drinks to customers as they are getting their services done. My take in all is why can't the nail techs listen and RESPECT what the customer wants and doesn't want. Please don't push on services that the client has declined and then turn around and say "she asked her multiple times and she said yes" first of all miss Van YOU WERENT THERE! You were busy for hours working on ONE damn client across the room which happened to be behind us. Second thing the pricing wait to high for lazy work look at the review picture on here they are mediocre with mine included. I've grown more and more respect and appreciation to women who do nails at their home or even travel to the client I've yet to have an issue they go harder for the client than these nail salons that are trash! Unfortunately, I will never return to this nail salon or even recommend for having the worst work ethic and customer service. Btw I left my name and number and the "manager Jessica has yet to give a call back to hear the customers side of the story. That Van girl stated that "in here we watch for each other when the mangers aren't here" lol insinuating like I'm lying about the pedicure service when she never even saw. Overpriced place and they did a decent job. Came here since La Belle Nails was too busy and this place didn't have any wait. You get one complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink. I don't drink often so I settle for hot tea that I didn't drink since there was too much debris from my nails going inside my drink I'm guessing this place is overpriced because they serve you alcohol and the interior is a bit nicer than other nail places. I paid for a $30 pedicure and callus removal was an extra $10! I also got my previous gel manicure removed so my total was $47. Service at this business is extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment for multiple services, we arrive when they first open, they completely ignored my daughter, and made her wait for almost an hour to work on her while they worked on other customers that walked in after our appointment. I requested a gel fill coffin shape, they ended up giving me block nails and my nail polish started coming off three days after my service. When I walked back into have them fix it, they requested that I pay an additional $25 in order to do a color change. Mind you I spent over $300 in services. Went today with my girl friend to relax and get a nice pedi. Was asked if I preferred male or female and I honestly didn't think much and said whatever it didn't matter. Unfortunately the man who did my nails did a horrible job paint job it was uneven , cut my toe nails uneven as well, did not clean up my toe nails so some have cuticle and some are nice and cleans. When he did the sugar scrub all he did was wipe it on and watered it off. No actual scrubbing happened. We always come here and get the president pedi and we always get two drinks because they have been so courteous. This new guy Khoa was asked to help the ladies make us another drink but he said he didn't know the recipe for the one we asked for, so when we changed the drink, he started talking shit in Vietnamese not knowing that I can clearly understand him. But ladies don't care when it comes to getting pretty how much it's going to cost typically; we we're all seated together which was nice our services included a pedicure and a full set acrylic with gel and art design. My nail tech was obviously having a really bad day and of course I got him; he was rushing me for me to pick a color and a shape for my nails he was up charging me $5 for the shape and while my girls were offer chips with their drinks I was offered nothing I had to basically say wow that's nice everyone else has chips and then he offered it to me but I didn't want it he was just having a really bad day he did my nails excellent but he was not nice at all. Everyone else nail techs were really nice. We all loved our nails to say the lease will we go back here? probably not. I came here because my sister recommended this place for me. A group of 4 of us decided to come. so we decided to have a mani/pedi. Everyone here was super polite and nice. Upon finding out I was one day away from getting married they upgraded us to a beautiful private room. My complaint being that my mani wasn't given proper treatment and sisters paid over 100 dollars for me to be pampered. My nails chipped almost immediately after the next day.
