This was hands down the best service I have ever gotten at any nail salon I've been to my whole life... no exaggeration!! They were able to fit in the three of us for last minute pedicures. Right away we were showed the colors we could chose from and not even 10 minutes later, they had all three spots ready for us. We were offered wine/ water they were very helpful helping us pick pedicure to chose from! In the middle of services we were surprised with chocolate covered strawberries as a treat!! They were extremely attentive to detail and comfort throughout. On top of the good service my lady offered to take off my old nail polish on my nails and clean them up for free. I wanted to love this place. my sister loves it and me and my daughter joined her for a girls day. I wanted to get gel manicure and pedicure. I asked specifically for a heart design which they said would be no problem. Everyone working there was very friendly but also pretty pushy. We had to say no to things several times. my pedicure took forever. My daughter and sister were done with the pedicure/manicure before my pedicure was over. the gentleman doing my nails was trying to do this heart I asked for several times and I kept saying never mind let's keep them just plain. he refused and said he will do it. it made me really uncomfortable because the hearts looked awful. Nail art is not his thing, which is fine, but can someone else do it? they look awful. When going to get the manicure done, for some reason they couldn't paint my fingers the same color as my toes? so I finally was like never mind just oil my fingers, I didn't want to have a Mix match set. They charged me for both the gel pedicure and manicure I didn't get. I get home and take a nap, and my toe is sore. I find out that my toe is now infected and has puss coming out of it just hours after my pedicure. The next morning my other big toe is infected with puss coming out of it. I called them and they asked me to come in. They offered to "fix" the situation but my toes hurt so much I couldn't wear shoes that covered the ugly design. I didn't want anyone to touch me. They basically said they can't do refunds. I'd need to talk to the owner. i couldn't have his contact information. I was told that they would rather me go get a lawyer and sue them to go through what their insurance is for. what?!?! 2nd day my heels are now bleeding and in pain because they went too hard removing calluses. I've never had a pedicure that left me limping until I went to Sassy Nails. read more

2/10. Pros: I didn't get an infection or anything. Cons: When I called, I specifically asked for someone proficient in SNS nail dip. Made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the next day, they just put me with the only open nail tech. Lots of conversation in Vietnamese, which of course was a red flag. Took forever. At the end of my "dip" nails, nail tech insists on a gel coat. No. I asked for DIP. You don't need a gel coat on dip. The product is bad. Color is very uneven with bubbles. My nails don't do well with gels. I'm in water too much. Dip is the only process that doesn't lift. Already peeling off. Pedicure was sub par, but hey, lesson learned. Do not recommend for dip. Nam always takes care of me when I come to the salon. Always give me the perfect shape and always the PERFECT color. Usually, I am indecisive on colors so I just let him pick now & he never fails to match me with what looks good on my skin tone. Overall, he always makes my nails look great as he's so precise & detail-oriented :)! Highly recommend him. Plus, he is so pleasant and quite funny too. Today I came in to get my nails done for my birthday & I love them, I added a photo of his work. The salon is very clean and thoroughly sanitized. Today I came in to get a full new set and a regular pedi. Full set was serviced by Tina, thank goodness that the set came out nice, nicely shaped and not lumpy. Reason for this review is mainly because Tina seemed to be in a "rush" rushing me off the chair once one of her regular clients came in. Suggestion if a tech does not have enough time to squeeze in someone before their own clients or appoints then they should deny me instead of making my experience unpleasant. She cut me in my thumb cuticle because she was in such a rush. And also she over mail polished dripped under the nail and cured it. When she was done and I noticed it was already harden. Sat with Roy to do my pedi next which I'm highly satisfied with. He's very professional and friendly. Excellent and recommend him Roy. I mentioned to Roy that I will he hangs around for Tina to finish with her client so she can fix my over polished nails. Roy said sure but then immediately offered to fix them for me right then and there. After he started fixing them, Tina turned around to him and said something to him in their language. She did not acknowledge me or my request and just turned back around and continued mumbling. So, ok experience. If you go with Roy and his work is a 5 star. read more
