I went to this salon on 9-29-2023. My sister and i went in with very clear photos of what we wanted however did not receive either of the designs and were very unhappy with the result. as well as they found every way to upcharge us. being young females it's definitely hard to stand up in a situation like this. last thing at the end of the service the lady decided to tip herself and give me very minimal change for the amount of money i gave her. i'm very upset with my experience and will not be returning as i feel we were deeply taken advantage of. read more

I went here Monday night and got a deluxe gel manicure ($40) from Nam. He was awesome and seemed like a perfectionist. But the next day the gel polish all peeled off my nails in sheets. I went in Wednesday. He said he'd never had this happen before but my nails were really oily and no problem he would fix them. He completely redid my nails at no charge. Great, right?? Except, today is Thursday and my polish is peeling off again as pictured. It's so frustrating because I really liked the place and Nam, but obviously something went wrong with the curing process and it's not just that my nails are oily. I don't want to go back a second time so I'll probably just go somewhere else and be out my $50. I'm not sure how relevant this will be to others but there you have it. I unfortunately won't be back but here's hoping this experience was some kind of weird outlier. read more

Was in the area on Christmas Eve and quickly wanted to get a gel pedicure. I was helped by Nam and noticed his name was mentioned quite a lot on Yelp. He was friendly and I could tell all the regulars love him and have established great relationships with him. It was a nice change of pace knowing that the nail techs made an effort to remember my name even as my first time in there. Other than that, Nam did a great job and I left happy. And without them ever seeing or meeting her before she came in they greeted her with kindness. Also treated her with what she needed and did an excellent job! Best her toes have looked in a very long time. She needed a little reconstruction done with her big toenail and they with no hesitation took care of it! Great prices and nice people. Terrible service, nail tech kept trying to pressure me to get gel after i told them no 3 times. She kept trying to tell me that it was "prettier", that regular polish is ugly, and i shouldn't care about the up charge because my boyfriend was paying for it. I know that gel lasts longer but as a cosmetologist i tend to like to change my polish color often so i prefer to get regular and avoid the $10 up charge. Nails were bumpy and acrylic was laid on way to thick, i showed her a picture of what i wanted and she assured me at the beginning she would be able to do it. Before she began painting she told me she had stickers i could pick from to put on top of the gel (that i said no to again just like i had multiple times before). I ended up getting plain black, since she couldn't do the design. My boyfriend got a manicure and the nail tech made multiple comments regarding his race and told him he was lying when he told her he wasn't Vietnamese. The nail techs then proceeded to talk about us to each other calling me cheap for not wanting gel. I will not be returning here, experiences like this is why i started doing my own nails at home. read more

Highly recommend. I'm super particular about my nails as I've been getting them done over 30 years. I needed a last minute fill and no other shops were even open until 9:30 am. My wife went in for a full set. Thenkady doing her nails got uo half way intk doing her set to go and do someone elses eyebrows. Her nails came our bumpy and uneven she had to fix her own nails at home. I will never recommend this new mangement or place to anyone else. How sad. This place is very accommodating. They close when you want them to close basically. No matter when you come in, they will happily take you. I believe that people who are kind to others (especially the workers) will get treated the way they treat them. Absolutely loved this place. The staff is extremely friendly and there are multiple male technicians, which is what I prefer. Best of all, my old nail technician from a different shop now runs this one, so I'm beyond excited I found him. Nail work is clean and the shop itself is clean. This place is overall a great place to get your nails done. I got a pedicure and a full set (hard gel) done and its good quality work. My only concern is i came in just for a pedicure, not looking to spend a lot, and i was asked several times to get hands done after stating i was okay because i have anxiety and bite my nails. I did end up agreeing to getting my hands done but in the future if a client declines a service please don't continue to ask as it can make them feel uncomfortable and pressured to do so, especially clients who have high anxiety in places like this. read more

First time I came here I loved the work but today nails didn't come out like I wanted them at all, at the last minute they told me they couldn't do the design I showed them (I showed them the nail design before they put the gel on my nails) they are not clear about prices either glitter gel cost 7 dollars more than regular gels. My gel is pretty thick and kinda lumpy. I probably won't be coming back. 65 dollars for not good work. Everyone is pretty nice, which is what the 2 stars is for. Probably not coming back I rather drive all the way to shimmer nails from now on. read more

The place isn't very clean, the service wasn't friendly in the least! I chose a color and the man then left with the color to .. I don't even know where, and the lady working on my pedicure was angry I didn't have my color. I said I'd take anything pink and glittery and she wanted me to get up mid pedicure, and go choose. I said she could choose and she was angry over that! I asked her not to use the grater on my heels and she kept doing so until I pulled away and made her stop! I asked her not to cut into the sides of my big toes as that causes ingrown nails and she kept at it! She tore up my cuticles so badly and then even tho I paid extra for their extra pedicure, she barely performed the basic lotion, soak or wash and forget about a massage - it was literally non existent! She was very upset I didn't want to pay more for gel polish as that's what she grabbed and I then said just paint it any color- I don't care at this point, but I don't want gel! She did a crappy job painting it and all the while my best friend was next to me getting basically the same bad service, all except she said she was fine with the gel so she got gel. It's been a week and her polish is chipped and faded already on both her hands and feet so it wasn't worth the extra price either. I'd never return here! They're rude and since nobody spoke English, it made it even harder to deal with. read more

Gel manicure looks awful. Sanded prior gels off - didn't soak them at all. Applied the gel so thin that you can see through it (it's red). Looks bumpy, has bubbles, and edges already chipping off after only a week. This looks like I painted my own nails at home with regular polish. Would never go here again. Only scored them one star because they were nice and polite. Otherwise - a waste of money as I have to get them redone somewhere else after only a week. read more
