At that point, it was more about principle. If they could offer that kind of deal now, why didn't the representative the night before transfer me to someone who could negotiate the price? Instead, he acted like he didn't care, and now I feel the same way about their company. So I went ahead and canceled and moved on. When you take peoples business for granted, you lose them.

The next day I get charged $129 for the month of August, a day after I canceled. They will not refund me the full amount for August. I warn you, Directv will give you a great price for starting their service, but will jack up the price a few months into it. And on top of that, their streaming service is well below par.

I understand companies have policies, but charging customers for weeks of service they cannot use leaves a poor final impression. I was quoted a price per min for calls and was told that they round down to the nearest 15 seconds so this would save me money from my old service. the first month was ok then the second month seemed high i contacted them and the owner said we must be busy. the next month the bill was about double from any i had ever received from any service i again contacted him and he said it is what it is the computer can't lie. well after going over my bill and noticing the amount of time that was spent on each call was waaaaay out of line i questioned him and again got a "oh well" i called the office and had them email me several of the calls that were in question some were over 10 min and 7 min. the customer was put on hold on 1 and never returned to for 10 min in with the customer had hung up at the 4 min mark and the other the customer had also been put on hold the actual time speaking to the customer was 1 1/2 min. i went to there office and had the owner pull these calls and listen to them he acted shocked and reached down and tore up my bill and said you don't owe us anything i moved my service. 2 years late they show up on my credit report saying i owe them over 1900.00 This company is the definition of deceptive trade practices.
