I'm giving a 4 star only because Zach showed up a little later than the scheduled appointment time. However, he did communicate that he was running behind due to another errand. Otherwise, he did a fantastic job installing a HDTV antenna for a reasonable price! It took him less than an hour to complete. Z-Tech delivers a level of customer care that simply isn't expected when dealing with home technology service providers. I have been having issues with DirecTV for months. After getting to the point where my only choice was to go through the hassle of changing to cable, I called Zach on Friday at 5:30pm. He answered (first surprise) and then told me he'd be happy to help. I told him that I was open next week and he said, "I'm happy to come out now so you don't have to go the weekend without TV". I was blown away. Then, an hour later, my issue is completely resolved and he says that will be (and he named a ridiculously low amount). I doubled it and thought I got away cheap. They will be my first call and last call anytime I need tech help at the house. Do not hesitate to call! Zach was pretty awesome and stayed in communication with me throughout a couple weeks and finally was able to stop by and setup my brand new setup above the fireplace. Great value for the time he took to get the setup right and also confirmed with me on different options to provide power and wiring. Zach has been great both times he has been out to my house. The first time was to wall mount a new TV. He showed up very promptly, brought the mount, mounted the TV and connected all our devices in no time. The second time was several months later to help troubleshoot a little problem with another device, which turned out to be really minor. His fees are super reasonable, and he's polite and knows what he's doing. What more could you ask? read more

Wasted all afternoon for Zach to repair my satellite. The guy did a no call no show and won't even have any courtesy to return a simple txt saying he couldn't make it. While waiting for Zach, another contractor returned call and said he was available immediately.. since I already GAVE Zach the job, I told the 2nd contractor that I need to keep the appointment with Zach.. now I'm totally screwed with no one fixing my issue. Zach did an amazing job mounting our 3 TVs! We had to reschedule our original appointment because there was some trouble with our tv delivery from Best Buy. When they were finally delivered & we reached out he was able to come that same day to install them within an hour or two of our message! We asked him to make several holes in the wall so that we could run our wires through so they weren't seen & he did a beautiful job. He even gave us an extra extension cord & secured it to the bottom of the trim along the wall so that the wires weren't left loosely all over the place. Zach has installed 4 TVs for me over the past couple years. He's quick, fairly priced, and I trust him going into someone's home.

I contacted Mr. Zac on 5/11 for price, he gave me $ 175 Dlls price. We agreed an appointment for the service on 5/12/18 @ 12:00 noon, he and her helper arrived at 4:00 P.M., 4 hrs. later, I was calling and texting and never responded, the jobs was incomplete on 5/12 after 6 hrs. !! he said " I WILL COME BACK TO FINSH THE JOB TOMORROW (5/13)" he never came, and he never answer calling or text, today 6/7 almost a month later my TV is without audio. I found Zack on CL. The ad said he had General Liability insurance so I contacted him to hang my TV, as it is 70"s, expensive, and I didn't want to risk messing it up. The TV was on a stand in front of where the TV was to be mounted and was watched up to the moment that it was hung. He hung the mount and upon inspecting, it was over torqued and completely crushed the sheetrock away from the stud. This ultimately is behind TV and won't be an issue until I leave, so I chose to give the benefit of the doubt and presume that it is because the building is old, maybe the sheetrock was weak. This never was brought to my attention though as a possibility which would have been nice. However, mount was at that time hung and sturdy and it was time to hang TV. After helping him hang TV and upon getting it tightened and secured, he began scrubbing the screen and cleaning it off. I greatly appreciated this and I even commented at how intense he was going at it. After cleaning off almost entirely, he turned and said that he was finished. I was busy on my computer and paid him as he was walking out, with what now felt like a little bit of urgency. After I finished an email, I tried to turn on tv and my power and timer light on the TV started flashing. I googled and tried to find answers as to the reason for the flashing and presumed it must have to do with the power as it wasn't staying on and I didn't think else could be wrong. I called and set up TV repair guy who came and told me the power flashing in addition to the timer flashing was a code and told me the code stood for broken display. Sure enough there is a hairline crack all the way down the right side of TV, basically where he finished cleaning before leaving promptly, and before turning TV on, which seems like that would be common practice in the industry. A "TADAAAA" moment. TV is trash now. I texted him to try and resolve this explaining that I'm not mad, just need resolution that doesn't screw me for $1300 for using his service. From now on, I recommend asking if someone has insurance and let them know you will want to see and take a picture of their insurance before allowing work commence. read more
