    Alfredo with sautéed chicken

I got the Alfredo with sautéed chicken to go. there was wayyy too much Alfredo sauce to where it overwhelmed the whole dish, although the flavor of the sauce was good. the chicken was unseasoned and tough, which is disappointing. on the other hand, the service, atmosphere, and garlic bread was good.

A new favorite! And they allow for pick-up! If you're looking for something other than the same old marinara, I recommend the white wine artichoke pasta - a dish I have a hard time not scarfing down all at once! Just keep adding more veggie-friendly dishes, Sauce team! Love it!

"The Lefty" Sicilian style pizza - The dough and crust were incredible! Thick and crispy without being too heavy in the stomach!

On a weekend trip down to Jamestown and after spending the afternoon in Lily Dale, the family and I were hungry for dinner and had a hankering for pizza. After taking a look on Yelp, we came across SAUCE and saw they had great reviews, plus they dine-in service so we wouldn't have to pick up and bring a pizza back to our hotel room. In short, we had an excellent meal! We walked over from a local bar a couple blocks away around 6:30pm on a Friday. Upon walking inside, the place was plenty busy. We met the hostess and asked how long the wait for a table of three would be and she told us five minutes! We waited outside for her to call us back and indeed, about five minutes later, we were seated at a table. Then our waitress came over with menus and a pitcher of water and took our drink order, but gave us a moment to browse their food menu. She was excellent - Friendly, courteous, attentive. Once she took our food order, it was about a 25 minute wait for our dinner, but it was very much worth the wait, plus I didn't mind sipping on a PBR Cold Brew and a Coors Orange Cream Pop Hard Seltzer and socializing. For dinner, we decided on ordering one of their specialty Sicilian-style pizzas called, The Lefty, which was a red-base sauce pizza with Italian sausage, green peppers, a little bit of onions, and breadcrumbs in their Whole (12" x 18", 12 slices) size. Now I can be a bit of a Buffalo pizza snob, but wow, was this pizza phenomenal! The toppings were plentiful on each slice and were fresh. The Italian sausage wasn't overly spiced and cooked perfectly. Their red sauce was not sweet like a Buffalo-style but had excellent flavor and was ladled on perfectly. The mozzarella cheese was plentiful and had that awesome cheese-string pull when picking up each slice! Everything about this pie was excellent, but the standout to me was the dough and crust. The dough was thick, had a nice crispiness, and was cooked perfectly. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and chewy that had me craving more! Between the three of us, I ended up eating half of the pizza by myself, it was that good! What amazed me though was that I didn't get a heavy feeling from the pizza, I was full, but I didn't feel gross. haha Also, the price for our drinks and food was incredibly reasonable, I honestly was shocked at how low the total came to be. So, in summary, if you're near downtown Jamestown and want to sit down and enjoy some pizza (or maybe some pasta or a hero), you should really consider going to SAUCE. My family and I are already talking about our next visit here when we come back to Jamestown!

I was in the mood for subs one day and was tired of all the usual places (especially Wegmans--as good as their subs are, I just wanted something else)... I came across Sauce in my search. It's not a "sub" place per se, but it's where I went. We ordered the Eggplant Hero and The "Pinky Ring." DELICIOUS. There were so many other items I saw in the menu that I can't wait to go back. Some great-looking pastas and I look forward to trying the "Corrado's Garden" pizza. I'll be happily thinking about Uncle Junior from The Sopranos the whole time. The people there are awesomely friendly to boot. Highly recommend this place.

    #51 - eggplant over ziti

As a vegetarian, I don't normally order pasta at a restaurant because it's usually overpriced for what you get. After asking the server for recommendations, though, I went with the eggplant over ziti and it was amazing. Super thin and crispy breading, no bitterness left in the eggplant and rich, seasoned tomato sauce. Breadstick was a delicious, happy surprise too. One of the best restaurants in Jamestown, for sure.

**** HIGHLY RECOMMEND **** I was not expecting such a great restaurant in this town!  Not that it's a bad town, but it felt a little sketchy when we pulled into our hotel. Our hotel was a 4 minute walk from Sauce, and we needed dinner before our trip to Southern Tier Brewing Company. The short walk to/from dinnee was perfect. Interesting bottle décor in the outside window displays welcome you to a tasty Italian meal. The typical Italian art/prints throughout the restaurant are a little cliche, but set the mood. We weren't sure what the cinder blocks, chains and handcuffs were for?  Maybe if you can't pay your bill, you'll "sleep with the fishes?" To order, you grab the pencil and notepad on your table, which has your table number written on each page.  Write out what you want and bring it to the ordering desk.  Order a drink, or grab a soda while you're up there.  They bring it out to you. The ordering system seems like a fast food joint, but the food is nothing of the sort! My penne alla vodka was incredibly flavorful, and a tad spicy. With creamy vodka sauce, a few capers and fresh shaved parmesan, it hit the spot!! The garlic bread was a delicious accompaniment, which I used to sop up the extra sauce.  I don't think they are homemade noodles, but everything tasted delicious. My nephew got the chicken fettuccini penne and my husband got the chicken piccata (too lemony, but he liked it like that).  I had to bring half back to the hotel because there was so much food!  I'd say the prices were pretty good for what you get. OH!  And get the salted peanut butter pie dessert.  SOOOOO GOOOOOD. I don't know if I'll ever be back in Jamestown, but I will definitely come back if I do! FYI - This restaurant is in the town where Lucille Ball was born, and there's a cute little museum a block away from the restaurant.  There are all sorts of references to Ms. Ball all over town.

The pizza was good but then I got to the main course (hair) and lost my appetite. Their hours are short and the add on wasn't found until after they closed so we messaged them on fb. Someone read the message but we didn't get a response. Anyways, eater beware you're in for a scare

I came here Saturday night with three friends before a big race in Lakewood the next morning. The decor is cool and they had The Godfather playing on a tv. I split check Marsala with a friend. For $17, what she received was quite small. They had small bottles of Barefoot wine. My drink was a 20 ounce bottle of Diet Pepsi. It's a weird set up. You seat yourself, walk up to the counter and order, and then your food is brought out to you. The counter is further back in the restaurant. We split the arancini appetizer which was quite good. I took some peanut butter pie with me which was good too. It was quite a pricy meal with a small serving size but I'd come back if I was in Jamestown again to give it another chance. The food was pretty good.

One of the best pizzas I ate so far out here I'll give it a five star my family owns pizza shops in New York City The Colosseum is amazing

One of us gets the all you can eat salad and soup, and the other gets a plate of pasta with marinara and the salad. Because the meal is simple, it all comes down to the service (since the Olive Garden atmosphere is the same chain-wide). The service here this evening was very good. The Staff kept our water glasses filled and was prompt with salad refills (only one tonight - usually my partner and I can put away 4 salads between us). We asked for dressing and croutons on the side, and that was done no problem. My partner ordered three orders of soup and they all came out timely. A manager came by to check in with us during our meal. My pasta was a nice portion, hot and with plenty of sauce. I recommend this Olive Garden.

The meat was so perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender. Staff were very friendly and fast. My bad experience was with the Italian. The lasagna had parts of the noodles overcooked. It was more like lasagna tomato soup with huge gobs of cold ricotta cheese. I only ate a few bites and was done. I got the salad which was fine, but I didn't get my garlic bread :( The meatballs were great on the mac'n'cheese, but we didn't like the Mac at all. It was cold and a sticky pastey floury roux without enough cheese. Coming from someone that lived in TX I expected thick creamy gooey stringy cheesey not this paste. The philly was good, he liked it. He was the only one to eat more than a few bites of thier meal. In fact, he finished his then tried ours and passed on them.

In Jamestown for the 2026 Lucille Ball Comedy Festival, after checking into my hotel and unpacking…read moreeverything, I opened up my Yelp app and searched for the best spot for dinner as I wanted to eat before seeing the Saturday headliner. One of the top spots was Wicked Warren's, which happened to be across the street from my hotel. In short, this was a great experience! I walked over on a Saturday around 5pm and upon entering, I was impressed how big it was inside! Plenty of tables and chairs and a large bar in the back with plenty of TVs playing all sorts of sports. Right at the entrance was the host station where I spoke to a pleasant, young woman. Since it was just me, she offered either a table or grabbing a seat at the bar, if one was available. Luckily, there were a few empty seats at the bar so I took one and enjoyed watching the bar staff working and chatted with other patrons! The bar staff were incredibly friendly, I could sense they were genuinely happy to be there and enjoyed chatting with the folks sitting at the bar! I'll be honest, this put me ease and relaxed me even more, or maybe it was the beer... haha I'm terrible with names, but I believe the gentleman who ended up taking care of me was Patrick - He was so personable, excellent customer service! I ordered their "Raz Beret" fruited wheat beer to sip on as I figured out what to order for dinner - Delicious, as it was a wheat beer, it had a great fruit-forward flavor without being puckeringly sweet like a fruited sour beer! It was pretty busy when I sat down but I need to say, the wait times were very reasonable! For dinner, I ended up ordering their Philly Cheesesteak Panuzzo with a side of chips and a pickle. What is a panuzzo you ask? A panuzzo is a sandwich made from pizza dough that's folded over and stuffed like a sandwich. The Philly Cheesesteak Panuzzo was their own fresh bake panuzzo bread filled with shaved sirloin steak on a garlic butter base with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and white American cheese. This was phenomenal! The panuzzo was jam-packed with steak, veggies, and cheese and was plenty hot and tasted so fresh! The garlic butter base was brushed on the panuzzo bread, which left my fingers a little greasy, but it wasn't a big deal wiping my hands off. The chips were good, nothing extraordinary, but good! The panuzzo, side of chips, and a beer were plenty for my big appetite and I was perfectly satiated! I felt the price I paid for their own, locally made beer, and the fresh, high-quality ingredients and great portions were very reasonable. I really enjoyed my dinner at Wicked Warren's! The staff, the beer, the food, all of it was great! I don't make it down to Jamestown often, but next time I passthrough, I would definitely come to Wicked Warren's for dinner.
