When I requested a knife from Julie at the register, she informed me she would bring it to the table but failed to do so. Upon following up with Ashley, I was provided one immediately from the same location where Julie had been standing. When I later addressed the delay with Julia, she responded snarkily, stating "well you didn't order from me and you're not my table so I don't have to get you a knife. I said if you work here and I ask for a knife, if you feel you don't want to get it for me, then as an employee, you get whomever rang me up to assist me but either way, I walked to the cash register and asked for a knife and she could have easily reached under the shelf and handed me a knife just as Ashley did. I attempted to speak with the manager on duty, Justin, but he was busy at the bar. While I was waiting to speak with Justin, Julia brushed past me touching the spoon that was in my hand. After a bit of time passed by, I chose to leave rather than continue waiting. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving both the food quality and the service standards to ensure a better experience for future patrons at your restaurant.

My dining experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we were seated, we were met with unfriendly service. The server appeared visibly upset, and it felt like we were being blamed for her bad day. She took an excessively long time to attend to our table, and when I asked questions about the menu, she had no knowledge and simply told us to read it ourselves. This lack of hospitality was baffling. To make matters worse, I never got the chance to place my order because the server never returned. I requested shrimp tostadas as an appetizer, but they arrived ice-cold. When I inquired if this was the intended serving temperature, the server replied that she didn't know and had to consult the chef. The chef, to his credit, offered to remake them, which was the only positive aspect of the service. During a restroom break, I decided to speak with a manager to share my terrible experience. However, this encounter only added to my frustration. When I approached the manager, he asked me to wait because he was busy. After finally listening to my concerns, he interrupted me midway and suggested that I speak in Spanish since I was fluent in both languages. This disrespectful interruption, coupled with his apparent lack of interest in my experience, left me deeply dissatisfied. It seemed as if he had little understanding of English and showed no concern for my feedback. To add to my disappointment, the manager even had the audacity to start smiling and chuckling while I was in the middle of explaining my concerns to him. This behavior was incredibly rude and disrespectful, further compounding my negative impression of the restaurant's customer service. Savannah Tequila Co. is a great place to go if you're looking for a lively and fun spot on the Savannah Riverfront. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, with colorful decor that makes you feel like you've been transported somewhere a lot more exciting than a restaurant. We didn't try the food, but we did have the tres tequila casa tasting, and it was a fantastic way to explore different tequilas. I came to Savannah Tequila Company expecting authentic Mexican food, but unfortunately left very disappointed. The prices were high for what was offered, and the food did not live up to expectations. I ordered the birradilla, which was subpar at best and lacked the flavor and quality I'm used to--especially as someone who dines at Mexican restaurants frequently.
