AVOID. Absolutely horrendous job of repairing a small less than a cent crack which i had over a year. The crack is not protected, glued just in the middle. Now i am left with a glass which cant be fix anymore. They didnt clean the window of dust prior to repair thus allow dust to stay in the cracks. Moreover, used the cigarette lighter from inside the car to get the air out which was unprofessional at min. Now they want to give a discount in case if i replace the glass. Which is a way of saying, "we did a poor job now you will need a new glass soon, cone to us so we deduct few dollars from the price of the windshield". When i mentioned that the glass was original cost over 1200 and i asked for the differemce between their oem and original glass price. They hangup.. My car window got broken into late Saturday morning and Omar was the first shop to reply back on Yelp before they even opened . Other shops quoted me around the same price range but NONE of the local business had any availability for the weekend as I needed my window fixed before Monday. The cost was $225 for my 2020 Nissan Rogue, free mobile service and clean up, and it took an hour! All in all they did a good job with my windshield replacement: - They were prompt and clear with their answers (I messaged them through Yelp) - The replacement guys were on time (not the most friendly, but as professional as can be) - Work was done prompt and within the time frame promised. - Material and work seemed to be of good quality I knocked out a couple stars because of their half-baked clean-up job. I still found glass shards from my old cracked windshield inside my car after they left. There were also other debris which I had to clean up. I just had a kid so don't want her exposed to these broken glass and debris. I would recommend this place if its for a car of adults, but not if you have kids running around your car unless you clean it prior. Recommend you guys to bring a portable vacuum to suck up these stuff as part of your clean up. read more
