After comparing rates with other auto glass shops, I had come to the conclusion that Save Auto Glass was the best choice. When I first called the phone was answered right away. Any question that I had was answered. When I was going over times that I was available I was told that to be more convenient that they would come to me. I had informed them that I worked in San Mateo. To my surprise they said that it would not be a problem. This morning an employee from Save Auto Glass met me at my job in the parking lot. While I was assisting my Doctor in a treatment my windshield and 2 passanger windows were being replaced. Within 2 hours I had brand new windows! Driverside window was smashed during break in and i went to them for a replacement! Very responsive, knew what to do, all that good stuff. As soon as it finished though my driver side door was unable to open from the inside and outside. This didnt happen until the replacement. So im honestly unsure. They did tell me that it look broken already upon speculation and that it broke and tried to fix it, but its weird that it has never broke on me ever til now. read more

Kru, was an absolute delight! He is a very knowledgable professional that charges fair prices in our case: his supplier accidentally sent him the wrong window (it had the right sticker and it fitted according to my assessment but the gap was too big for Kru's standards) and he ended up losing a lot of time installing the window. When he figured out they had sent him the wrong window. He wasn't upset for himself but for us. He left it in there so we could use the car for the night. He then went above and beyond to locate the one and only window left in the state of California for our type of car and overnighted it without any extra charge.
