1. As shown in the photos, the trim pieces were reinstalled poorly. There are obvious alignment issues. The panel doesn't sit flush, and there's a visible gap in the trim. 2. When removing the old window, they also damaged the paint underneath the quarter panel. I couldn't get a photo because the damage is beneath the glass, but I saw it during the replacement. 3. They blamed "after-market tolerances," but that's like faulting a Lego brick when you didn't press it down. Properly set glass should sit flush (no daylight, no fingernail gap). No apology; just excuse.

Save Autoglass is, by far, the BEST OPTION in the East Bay! Numerous other "big name" companies and local shops wanted me to wait weeks for an appointment. Omar at Save Autoglass answered my call immediately and came straight over on a busy Friday afternoon to replace my windshield. My glass was completely obliterated by a chunk of asphalt on the freeway at 12:30pm, and Omar had it looking brand new by 3:30pm. Can't say enough about how GREAT AND EXPEDITIOUS the service was. these guys did a great job. my car was broken into, windows smashed property stolen. this was from a nice high end parking structure in Santa Clara. although there are other closer service companies, most couldn't see me for 1 or 2 days. the folks at save auto fit me in a couple hours. it was a bit of trek going to Hayward, but they cleaned the car up - it was filled with glass. they did a careful job, not scratching anything and then replaced both windows that local thieves broke. I would recommend these guys - they were also more competitive in pricing than other local shops. if you're in a bind, and it's an emergency call these guys. read more

My windshield was hit by a stone while driving in the freeway. The cracked was 3in at first, then became longer. I requested for a quote and asked if it can be repaired or replaced with a new one. They replied and recommend replacement and offered mobile service. Omar was fast to respond to my queries. Around 1:30pm I asked his available time to come and fix my car and they arrived 2pm the same day. The quality of work is precise and has warranty. They finished my car really fast, it took them about 20min to replace my windshield and put everything back. And now, the car looks new because of the new windshield. I had been dragging my feet in getting my windshield repaired for a very loooooong time. Save Autoglass was one of the less expensive options in the area, and I enjoyed the fact that it was a mobile service with no additional fees. Omar answered all of my questions and was very patient with me in my having to reschedule my appointment multiple times due to inclement weather and life, among other things. Once I met him for the appointment, the entire process took about 30 minutes. Windshield looks good- can't complain. Happy customer here. A+ read more

I woke up the day after Thanksgiving and my rear window had been completely shattered. It was a mystery as to how it happened, there were no puncture marks, no visible holes or anything- it had just been shattered. So whatever, I called a few places and got quotes. I then called Save Auto Glass and informed them of my situation and he said he would come within the next hour. Omar was his name, and he came as he said he would. No one wants their vehicle broken into. Mine got hit last night and it's been a long morning dealing with issues on what's been stolen and insurance in general. Amazing service! I called the same day and my glass was installed just a couple hours later. Great rate cheaper than other places I had called. Omar came on time to my location, loved that it was a mobile service which was more convenient than going to the shop. He finished within in the hour and my back windshield was back to perfect. I unfortunately became a part of the huge population of car break ins. I called Save Autoglass around 8:30am but no one answered. Omar immediately called back and asked how he can help. He was able to provide me with a quote over the phone and gave me a time estimate of when I can expect my car to be done. I told him i needed to be at work in San Jose no later than 12:30 and he said no problem. Within the next hour, he drove out to Oakland to pick up my window and was outside my house shortly after. Omar was able to replace my window and clean the remaining broken glass in my car in such a short amount of time for a fraction of the price. THE MAIN PROBLEM: the ceramic tint is green and my stock tint on the rear windows are brownish. I can definitely notice when looking at the car from the side. I just feel like they should have known and could have told me about the color difference since they have tinted Teslas before. NOW WHAT? I can probably go back and have the tint replaced under warranty since there are a few small bubbles. I was told they can replace with different tint % only if lower or same cost. BUT they will take longer for warranty work since its unpaid - prob over an hour. I just don't feel like waiting so I guess I will live with it for now...

So I reached out to the technician and he said it wasn't under any warranty unless it was due to workmanship or water leaking. At first, it sounded like they were not behind their product. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. i got my first brand new car in december and immediately started looking up car wash and detailing…read morecompanies for future care. i wanted a place with a physical shop vs just mobile services and titan's came up as a highly rated business on both yelp and google. i appreciated the thorough descriptions of all the services on the website and competitive pricing compared to other places. with all the pollen lately, i read up on washing techniques and protecting the car's clear coat and decided to get ceramic coating done sooner rather than later so i reached out to titan's on yelp. steven replied right away and had availability for the following morning. i originally wanted level 1 ceramic plus interior detailing but he advised me to do the new car coating and i'm looking forward to seeing how all the other surfaces are protected. he explained the process and benefits of the service, which i always appreciate hearing. it took the maximum quoted time (8 hours) and my car is so shiny and smooth and looks amazing! i can't speak on the longevity of the coating just yet but hopefully it lasts a while. the interior looked dull at the time of purchase but glistens and glows now after a proper, thorough cleaning and conditioning. random oil stains and suction cup marks left by the dealership are totally gone. the gauge cluster screen and piano black center console are free of obvious scratches so these guys know how to handle sensitive areas. i'm happy with my experience here and will definitely be back! so glad i found a local place with friendly customer service and solid, detail-oriented work. 5 stars :)

Haven't dealt with a cracked windshield in decades so I didn't know who to call. One well-known company quoted me $450.00. I started to call my insurance company to help pay for that, when I saw SAVE AUTOGLASS in Yelp. Nothing but 5-star ratings so I contacted them.
