They will ever give you a another cart (that what you use if you don't want to carry your items around) if you fill the one (or more lol) so helpful. Wow. Ok first of all I visit this place as often as I am in the area as I love resale and…read moreconsignment shops. I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

Firstly, what I really enjoy about this Goodwill that I always try to find at other locations is that it has a restroom and a fair amount of changing rooms. This is one of the busiest Goodwill locations that we have ever been to and I reviewed a lot of Goodwill locations! It's almost like Black Friday inside. Staff here was friendly and courteous and plenty of mine was will be replenished as quickly as they were taken off the shelves. Fair selection of men's clothing though I didn't find too much for myself. Great selection of picture frames and wall hangings as well. Prices here are actually pretty modest on a good majority of the items. Overall, I thought this was a solid location check out lines can't be very long

If you're going to tape up the boxes, then make sure all components are in the box or just throw it away. These are FREE donations and you are stealing people's money. They think they are getting a complete puzzle or game. Top it off, this location is dirty, unorganized, and a mess. Do better.

I saw a FB live video the morning of 6/19/26 in which the host said to comment below to "hold" a…read morebag. Which I did. I went about my morning waiting for a message that my comment was seen but I did not so I drove to the store. When I walked in and mentioned the hold, the woman who did the video said she didn't have any holds and that she doesn't check messages on FB when it was clear in her video she said "comment below". The bag I wanted held was out on the floor and thankfully I got it but the experience was so disorganized. I decided to shop a bit and the store is so packed. It is not easy to see the size "signs" and it got pretty overwhelming. I love the bag I purchased and it was at a great price but I highly doubt I would shop there.
