I am being nice by giving two stars. During this time that we are sequestered we we're trying to order and get delivery from small business to help out and do our part. You would think the food would be great or at least good. Don't order the the onion rings or zucchini all you will get is batter. They slice the onion and zucchini so thin that you can't taste it but you take the batter off then you can see the slivers of onion or zucchini. The turkey burger was tasteless and they don't use ketchup on this burger! WEIRD! You get mayonnaise, that's it.... this place has horrible food and we will not be back. !!!PLEASE READ!!! Ok so I don't usually write bad reviews or give anything less than three stars to any establishment I go to. I love seeing the little man take on the giant corporates! They usually put the heart and soul into everything they do. So I love to show that love back. Unfortunately this is not the case. First of all I'm giving credit to the nice cashier who took care of my problem. Good customer service she was very nice. Now to why this has to be a one star first of all I don't get grossed out easy by anything it's a little burger joint off the side of a beaten road. I can over look the leaking of the roof the rainy day i came in. I can even over look the fact there was NO restroom inside when I had to go really bad. But i can't overlook something that is going into my body such as nymphs (green bugs that eat vegetation). I ordered a hamburger which was 2/3rd done by the time my eye caught something glittering on the lettuce with black legs sticking out on my wife's wings plate. Closer inspection revealed it was a nymph. No big deal for me STILL. Cut it off the lettuce and took it off her plate before she saw it and freaks out. But as i lifted she saw the underside was covered in all these dead little bugs that looks like black spots on the lettuce. And then I felt one crawling on my hand. That was it. Then I realized the shredded lettuce in my burger might have came from the same place. Did I just eat shredded Bugs!?? That was the line i couldn't go on. I cried myself to sleep that night. I went on drive thru And purchased a BLT and union rings and a bacon cheeseburger combo, when I got home I realized that the BLT sandwich was missing the bacon and the bacon cheeseburger was also missing the bacon, the union rings were under cooked, I try to go and speak the the manager and he was a total jerk, didn't apologize nor was he sympathetic about the situation, I will never go back to this place and I hope people reading this don't go to this place either. the worst experience in my life. read more

I've only been here twice so far, but at this rate I'll keep coming back. My first order was a steak salad special while my second was a jalapeño mushroom burger. Due to my own social ineptness... I ordered incorrectly (wanted a steak sandwich dinner and a jalashroom cheese burger) but that's on me. The food is delicious and they are very generous with their fries which alone are awesome! The food are all freshly cooked, nothing under the lamp here The employees and owner were very polite and professional in our interactions. I actually witnessed a minor dispute about ice earlier... and imo, they resolved it fairly and as best they could. I live close by so I don't really feel like dining in, the place is pretty clean compared to what I generally see in fast food places. The price is fairly cheap. Most of their specials are 2$ more for a 16oz and a side of fries. The portions are large and I haven't felt gimped yet. I'm not really a breakfast person so look to the other reviews for that... which from what I can see is supposedly better than their other meals. The burger was juicy, properly dressed, and tasted fresh. Their sauce was on the lighter side - basically a Thousand Island style burger dressing, but not as overly sweet as some can be. The fries... The fries were REALLY good. Cooked to perfection, they were crispy outside, creamy inside, and perfectly seasoned. I had asked for salt, because the fries in places like this are often greasy, under done, and barely edible, so they NEED salt. But these didn't need anything, except to get between my teeth. They have a good burgers and fries! It really has the potential to grow. Ive only ordered on doordash, never been inside the restaurant, so I couldn't give you details on that. My advice is to work on the presentation. One burger order arrived a bit sloppy. Also maybe a bit fresher veggies. I LOVE THE FRIES! Last night I ordered a Club Chicken Sandwich Combo and let me say NEVER again! I believed they were training a chef as there were 2 back there however he needs a bit more assistance. My fries were undercooked and I found this out after eating 2 fries wondering why they tasted funny so I stopped eating them. My sandwich was dry, the chicken was bland, and the bacon was old and soggy. Now I was extremely frustrated as this was $10 wasted. But wait there's more! Not even 10 minutes after eating the food my stomach begins the hurt to the point where I curled in a ball and sweating like crazy. I end up vomiting non stop last night. I seriously have had food poisoning before as I'm a foodie and give places a try however THIS WAS BEYOND ANYTHING IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! You should be ashamed of yourself for seeing undercooked food. The Fam and I have lived in the area for about three years and this place has been our go to for burgers. They are just a quick walk from our place and the food is awesome. Since my diet had to change i get the Chicken breast sandwich, and let me tell you it was so yummy i wanted another one! the chicken was juicy and flavorful had a good char on it and came on a regular bun with lettuce and tomatoes. I also love this place because they have a valu menu. The Jr burgers are so yummy the kids eat them up and want more and the taquitos with avocado sauce is yummy too. The Dinner combos are huge, my hubby likes the fried chicken and my Father in law loves the pastrami. We just ordered delivery through DoorDash from this place and very quickly regretted it. Within minutes of eating my bacon omelette and hash brown I immediately started to vomit uncontrollably! I thought it was just me so I kept quiet and minutes later my kids began running to the bathroom. Lets just say both ends! One of my sons had the bacon breakfast burrito and the other had french toast and bacon. The food didn't taste amazing but it didn't taste horrible either. So that caught us way off guard.
