I didn't really like the dining room look it was dim, and rough looking. There's a good amount of parking, but you have to be careful going in & out of the parking lot it's very steep. This is supposed to be a ribeye slider with double extra cheese and no mushroom well it does have no mushroom. It barely has any meat and hardly any cheese. I was charged for double extra cheese. I ordered four of these and they all were like this and the worst part is because I did not eat these until a couple hours after I ordered them I couldn't even call to complain because they were already closed. When we opened the packaging we found 4 small sliders and some fries. Yes, I understand that slider are mini hamburgers. However, I did not think they would be that small as the pictures make them bigger. We had gotten the savvy classic and mediterranean. Let's just say you can pass the savvy classic and just skip to the Mediterranean. The young man who took my order was Mario he was AWSOME, polite, patient and very helpful!!! Everyone working at this location were very friendly and seemed to be happy to serve us. The place was super clean even the bathrooms! The food was good however we felt a little pricey we get 3 sliders with fries for $8.99. At Savvy the sliders are $4.99 each the price of a full size fast food burger. The shakes were good at $5.99 it's a bit higher than other fast food restaurants Savvy are thicker, smaller and I think are made with real ice cream or soft serve. The fries were nothing special but still good. I would not recommend taking the kids there because of the cost. We could have ate 2 or 3 sliders each but we settled for the $14.98 meal that included 2 sliders, fries and a milkshake and added another slider and milkshake the bill was $27.22 if I lived near there I may go because of the staff a few times a year. I was a frequent customer here. My family and I enjoyed the food early on. At first, the food was awesome. As time went on things started to go wrong. It started with long waits in line when it would be myself and one other car or less. Which at first didn't bother me because it happens everywhere. Then my orders started to be inaccurate or the fries would be burnt or would basically be grease sticks. The manager told me it was due to the substitution of GFS (Gordon Food Service) fries since they had none of their own. Regardless if that's true. You're basically telling me you can't cook a french fry correctly. My most recent experience today. The entire order was wrong and the fries were grease sticks. They remade it. The sliders were right, one was smooshed, and the fries were again grease sticks. They would not refund me unless I brought the food up there at 11:40pm at night after telling me I didn't have to the first time around when they replaced it. So I had to get the first round of food out of the trash. I should've taken more pictures of the amount of food wasted but I was too pissed to think about it. We had a total of 8 combos. They had 3 "managers", at least 2 cooks, and at least 2 front end folks working and they were all just standing their smirking and whispering as I waited for my refund. I know I was dressed like shit. Sorry I just got done working 12 hours and I didn't plan on having to drive up to a fast food restaurant at almost midnight.
