Firehouse subs, Vancouver crossing! I had the best customer…read moreservice experience I have ever encountered! First thank you to all the hands who made the food! you are so appreciated and deserve to be thanked as well. Amazing job well done! Michael the manager and JC. Who delivered very kind and pleasant. Great costumer service experience with you both. 10 out of 10 will recommend to everyone and I will be using them for my buildings employee meeting lunch many more times to come! I do hope this reaches your store so you could thank your staff form my building! Have a blessed week.

Ordered an Italian and a turkey build your own subs, but didnt notice the Italian was hot, and even though the turkey was supposed to be cold, it came warm as well. I ordered mayo, deli mustard, and Italian dressing on mine, but could only taste loads of mayo, to the point it was discusting. Wife ordered the turkey with Italian dressing and cucumbers, but didnt get either . Lettuce, tomato, banana peppers did not taste fresh as well. I realize that whoever made the sandwiches might need additional trying as well, but maybe management needs to supervise the quality of the sandwiches they are making ? We both could only eat 1/4 of our sandwiches. From now on, will stick to those great sandwiches from Big Town Hero.

The Korean BBQ sauce hits the spot. Deluxe Sandwich (4/5): Whoa, that's a massive piece of chicken. Good portion size, huge. The sandwich itself is solid though the chicken could have used a little more seasoning. Still, you definitely get your money's worth. Southwest Salad (4/5): Good, with slim chicken. The toppings were fresh and the dressing worked well. A lighter option if you don't want the heavy fried stuff, though the chicken is on the thinner side. Service: Not Rated Good. Food was brought to the table and the manager checked on us. Friendly enough without being overbearing. Ambiance: Not Rated Cafeteria style seating with booths and tables of four. Nothing fancy but comfortable for a quick meal.

My husband and I ate at SuperChix in Vancouver, WA tonight for the first time. For a Friday night…read more(about 6pm), the place had a relaxing atmosphere, the hockey game was playin' on the large tv screen, and we were welcomed by super friendly & helpful staff! I was pleasantly surprised at how FANTASTIC my "simple" chicken sandwich was! They made it to order, and the pickles had just the right amount of crispness & tang that complimented the chicken well. The food portions are exceptionally large for the price, so plan to share those fries (which btw, were the best fries I've ever had with that cajun seasoning on them.) Overall, everything tasted fresh and delicious. And might I just add that it's about darned time we got a new place in Vancouver that served Custard again! My husband had the mint oreo, and I treated myself to the pretzel & M&M combo - super yummy! Walter, you were the highlight of the evening with your cheerful service and friendly smiles for everyone in the room. We'll definitely be back again to say "Hello" very soon! :)

I looove this place. I've lived here for less than 3 years and my order history says I have ordered…read morefood here 50+ times l o l. It always hits. Basically every time I go I order a parfait (they switch the fruit/compote around depending on the season). Idk what yogurt they use but it's the best yogurt I've ever tasted. I usually order the Fall harvest salad (when available) which has arugula, prosciutto, pear, honey, honey Dijon dressing, and candied nuts. It is soso good. I have ordered the strawberry burrata which is not as much a favorite but still very good. I recently ordered the spring harvest salad sub prosciutto which is pretty similar to the fall harvest but with cherries and apples. It has become my new fav. Have tried several of their desserts, lemon lavender cookie (pictured), smores cookie, chocolate chip, peanut butter cookie, brioche pistachio roll, coffee cake, and everything is always so delicious. Go here it's so good and the staff is very friendly as well

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. That being said, I'd give this place 4.5 star if I could. The downside was the cleanliness of the floors. They could definitely use a bit more attention. Not only this time but every previous time I've come in they have needed to be swept around the dining area. It didn't ruin the experience, but it was noticeable enough to mention. It would be more pleasant for those wanting to dine in. Still, I'll definitely be back for those yummy sandwiches and the great service!

Food was amazingly delicious!!!…read more The 30 min drive was worth it!!! Try the P2 if you're looking for authentic PHO taste!!!

I'm going to be honest, this location under its different names has not done well in my opinion…read more It was previously under a different name (Pho 777) and had similar issues. Today my partner and I went in for lunch. There was a table ahead of of of four people who had not ordered or gotten drinks yet, and a table in the middle of eating, and us. It took 17 minutes before he took our order. To his credit, he was the only person working up front, but he seemed more focused on the kitchen and doing to go orders, which is okay, but still, not great. I've tried three times in the past 4-5 months to go in for a raw beef salad dish they have. EVERY time they tell me there is SOME reason they can't make it "this time" but that they "normally have it." Every time. So today yet again, I was told they "normally have it" but it "takes a while to make" and wouldn't have any today. Okay, bummer (btw, it doesn't take a significant amount of time to make, it's literally raw beef and veggies/herbs in a lime vinaigrette which "cooks" the beef. You can eat beef raw, so it's not like it has to cure for a number of hours like a ceviche, but okay, remove it from your menu if you can't reliably have it. We order our food. My partner orders a dish he has had at this location numerous times before. It is a dish of stir fried veggies and chicken on a bed of crunchy noodles (looks like a birds nest). He orders egg rolls as well. I order salad rolls and the P1 pho. My salad rolls come out first, maybe 10 minutes later. No worries, they were tasty and well made. And we wait. Another 15 minutes and both our entrees come out, and his egg rolls. His dish is on a bed of stir fried soft noodles, and they give me a refrigerated, plastic wrapped dish with a lemon, two slivers of jalapeno, bean sprouts, and Vietnamese coriander (rau răm). No basil. So I ask him for some basil since that is STANDARD with pho. He goes "Oh okay" and comes back HOLDING two sprigs of basil, and tells me how the flooding in Hawaii a few weeks back makes them unable to get thai basil, so all they have is Italian basil. Okay, interesting...but why wouldn't you tell someone, at a Pho place, that not only do you not have limes but you don't have basil. The pho with the basil we got was good. Good broth, nice amount of meat. But my partners egg rolls had some weird HARD thing in them that he spit out and we left on the plate, which the guy serving us had no idea. He said he'd check with who supplies them. All in all, it was disappointing. Given their menu consistently advertises things they don't really carry regularly, and they seem to just be fine swapping things out without even letting you know when you order, I don't think we will be back. We gave them a lot of chances, from when it was Pho 777 and even here, and given how much it costs to go out to eat, its not worth it. To the servers credit, he did comp my partners food but I insisted on paying for mine since I actually ate mine. My partner decided to eat elsewhere given how much he disliked his. I gave it a two stars instead of one because my pho was good and they did comp my partner, but I think this was our last time.
