    Quesabirrias X3, elote, chicken quesadillas

Excellent Mexican food ! Fernando & Gladys are legit owner/chefs. Holly St. & Comal St. Right outside of Bread Basket. High quality meals. Picnic table, convenience store & ice cream next door. Check their hours. Great to have a local go-to place. Quesadillas, mini tacos, & elote highly recommended!

I had been wanting to try this place for such a long time. I finally went and ordered the chicken shawarma plate and was disappointed. At first glance I was excited but after my first bite I realized I had made a mistake. PROS - Friendly customer service - Super fast service - Delicious hummus - Good size portions CONS -The chicken was very hard/rubbery. I was skeptical because when I pulled up to the truck I saw the chicken on the rotisserie wrack (thingy)and wondered to myself how long it had been up there. It had good flavor but I couldn't get over the hard, dried out taste. - Rice was a little hard, like it was probably in the warmer all day Overall I would probably not return and that hurts my heart because I love Mediterranean food. Unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to eat my leftovers.

Pretty good but sucks that I got a bug in my food :/ Otherwise it was pretty decent Mediterranean

I am so amazed! This place is definitely a place to try! Located on William cannon drive, this food truck is so great. The plates are amazing, the falafel is crisp, fries are made to perfection, and the wraps is wrapped with very well seasoned chicken. The hummus is delicious (does not contain garlic but it will bring you explosions in your mouth). The plates are more than enough food with great portions and for a great price. The gyro in the mixed plate is well seasoned and has tender meat. The side salad was also a treat. I would certainly give this place 5 stars and I am sure to be back.

This is a yellow food truck on the corner of a gas station with 1 picnic table outside to sit at. Server didn't say much when ordering but was nice and asked about the food after I had sat down to eat it. I think the flavors were good, the chicken was a bit dry/chewy, though. Enjoyed the small salad and hummus. Generous portions for the meal. I liked the spices in the rice. A solid 3.5 stars. The chicken did look like it was just sitting on the vertical rotisserie though without being heated so that was a little concerning?

Food wasn't bad but wasn't what I ordered (based on the photos in the Door Dash app). The Shawarma Beef & Special Salad were not even close to the same things. Pickled vegetables were a nice addition and were tasty. The falafel balls were good with the sauce. The beef shawarma meat was very dry. The chicken was also dry but had a nice sauce that helped. Would probably try again - just need to know that what you see may not be what you get.

Closed, took my money online. Number not in service. Buyer beware.

I ordered online and it charged my card. I showed up a few minutes later and they were completely closed up. They were listed as open on their website. The number on their website and side of the food trailer (737) 296-4360 is out of service. Reporting as fraud to my CC company and leaving this review. Buyer beware.

Ordered on their website for delivery. My food never arrived and when I tried to reach out to them I never received a response.

This unassuming food truck tucked inside Radio Coffee packs way above its weight when it comes to flavor and savoriness. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu but my personal favorite is the brisket, egg & cheddar biscuit sandwich. The brisket is smoky and flavorful, while the homemade biscuit makes the whole thing next-level. If you have more of a sweet and savory preference, they also offer strawberry and blueberry jam options that pair surprisingly well with the sausage and pork belly. They have traditional BBQ plates as well, but you'd be crazy to come here and skip the homemade biscuits. The one downside is the price. You're definitely paying a premium, with a biscuit sandwich easily pushing $20 but the quality is there. They also offer convenient online ordering which makes it easy to skip the wait. Come to Radio for the coffee, but stay for the BBQ breakfast at Briscuits, you definitely won't be disappointed!

I'm on a JOLLY Food Tour --- next stop: Briscuits…read more Briscuits is found in a Food Truck Yard, with parking located around the vicinity. There were so many options to choose from, but I was able to kill 2 birds with 1 stone --- I wanted Briscuits --- and on this trip, biscuits and gravy. The result? Their offering, the Briscuits & Gravy ($17.50). One of the (dumb) things about Briscuits, is that it's ONLY ONLINE ORDERING. At first, I thought I wouldn't order --- my phone had minimal service, but thankfully the Food Truck Lot seems to offer public Wi-Fi. After placing my order via QR Code on the Food Truck, I waited about 10-12 minutes for my order. As soon as it came out, I immediately opened it and was pleasantly surprised. 2 fluffy biscuits, drowned with that amazing southern gravy --- and the pièce de résistance --- the amazing, thick slice of brisken on top. My review: Honestly? Mind-blowing. The biscuits were fluffy, huge, yet light --- the gravy was stick-to-your-bones, and the brisket, tbh ---- was one of the best briskets I've had during my stint in Austin. YES, EVEN BETTER THAN SOME PIT-MASTER STOPS. The brisket itself was thick, moist, tender, soft, amazing crust and smoke-ring. The reason why it's not 5 stars is exactly for this reason: it is so rich, it is so filling, it becomes too much, too quickly. They definitely need another dimension. Some raw red onion, some pickled red onion, candied jalapenos --- something to cut through the richness of the dish as a whole. DON'T GET IT TWISTED, I ENJOYED IT THOROUGHLY. However, I didn't feel the best after biscuit.gravy.briscuit without another element breaking apart the richness of said dish. Overall, totally recommend the dish BRISCUITS & Gravy. I get the hype.

I think some are open in the morning/afternoon and others in the afternoon/evening. I ordered an al pastor taco and chips with queso from CJ's tacos right before they closed at 7pm. The taco was good (a little greasy) but much better once you add the green sauce they serve with it on top. The queso was really tasty, like a better version of the tostitos queso. The food trucks are in a circle and surround a playground in the middle. It is a cool venue and while I wouldn't call it particularly nice, it is fairly clean. After the taco appetizer, we ordered gnocchi pomodoro and the casarecce with basil pesto and tomatoes from Artipasta with tiramisu for dessert. The pesto was good, but lacking in flavor a bit. The gnocchi were delicious, great texture and a wonderful tomato sauce. We honestly should have placed two orders for the gnocchi and skipped the casarecce. My friends liked the tiramisu but said it was a bit different from a traditional tiramisu. We wanted to try a vodka pizza from Day's Pizza but they were completely sold out for the day (no dough left). We tried the paneer entree and aloo paratha from the Desi Spot. The food took awhile to come out and I would have liked a few more pieces of paneer but it was all delicious. Overall a cool spot and a nice way to try a bunch of different food trucks and cuisines at once. Just check the hours for the food trucks you want to try before you go.
