When my order was delivered, I was disappointed to find that the garlic dressing and skhug were already mixed into the bowl instead of being on the side like they usually are. The hummus and tzatziki were also on the bottom of my bowl. I really wish third-party ordering platforms and restaurants gave customers the option to request dressings and sauces on the side. This has never been an issue before, so I was surprised this time around. I was also surprised to find a long piece of hair in my bowl. Don't get me wrong -- the meal was still absolutely delicious. I just would've preferred everything to come on the side like usual. This definitely won't stop me (if I find another piece of hair in my food that will be a different story) from ordering from or dining at CAVA in the future, but I hope there can be a little more attention to these details moving forward.
