Indoor and outdoor seating. A little weird placement of tables due to COVID. The food was okay but the service was terrible. Out waitress was distracted talking to other employees. We watched our food sit for at least 5 minutes before she delivered it. She was standing right next to it so we know she saw it. Food was not put under a warmer just on a table. We ordered 2 bowls of meatballs but only one came with the other food. The waitress said they ran out. Really, we were among the first customers there when they opened at 3:00. When the meatballs were ready, they sat on the table another 5 minutes while the waitress was chatting. Pizza was pretty good although the margherita could have used more cheese. Meatballs were meh. Nice big balls but not a ton of flavor and you could see and taste the filler. On the upside, the beer was good. Highly doubtful we would return. read more

Use cash if you are a single woman who doesn't want her name given to strange men by the bartender! It was a great place until the bartender who I do NOT know gave my first name to an older man when he asked. Said he forgot my name. I saw him the next night and he called me by my first name, which NO ONE knows. He then proceeded to tell me that he tried to fb stalk me after getting my name. Bartenders are not supposed to give out your name to anyone. It was on my card, only place they saw it bc I go by my middle name. Owner made excuses for her staff and didn't offer a solution other than me staying away. A shame. I am a musician who was there for music and my privacy was invaded. Good place for pizza and a brew in a area overrun with wineries. After a day of tastings at various wineries, we needed sustenance for the long drive home. We stopped at Scale House, and were pleasantly surprised. Austere interior but clean, with good service. So here's the deal. Wineries and restaurants close crazy early in the finger lakes region! And this year, the problem was further exacerbated due to the pandemic. So my husband and I were frantically looking for a restaurant that would be open at 5-6pm on a weekday and stumbled into this place and that was probably the best decision we made that day! :) This place has a super chill vibe and AMAZING pizza. Trust me, it was the best pizza I had had in a long time. The beers were also good and they had a large selection available but I'm not a huge beer drinker and was happy to stick to my wit beer. They had outdoor seating and limited indoor seating and even though the place was busy, we felt comfortable given the distance they had maintained between tables. One of the best pizzas I ever had! We ordered the Ouchy. It is Cup and Char pepperoni with a hot honey drizzle. Delicious! It is not spicy so try it..! Excellent pizzas but not too much else to choose from. If you are not a fan of pizza, this is not a place for you. We came here to grab an early dinner before heading off to another winery for the sunset views and drinks. The pizza was great. My husband had the pepperoni. I opted for a plate of meatballs. They were big and you get 5 of them. I wished they came with pasta. That would have definitely sealed the meal. I also got a caprese salad which did not look that appetizing as the tomato looked brown but actually tasted excellent. I have to say though the wait times for food were long. All I have to say is yum! My husband loves the beer and I love the pizza. I prefer sours, and I haven't had a bad sour their yet. The pizzas are why I truly enjoy going, however. Our favorites have been the cheeseburger, meat lovers, and chicken bacon ranch. The cheeseburger comes in at number 1 for me! Definitely give this place a try if you are in the area. read more

Mary Helen was our server. She wasn't a very good waitress. Her customer service lacked a lot. My sister, my brother in law and I got there waiting for 20 minutes for an outdoor space. Decided to sit inside. We ordered our pizzas and waited 40 mins till it even arrived. She needs more training. My sister had to go up to her to find out where was our food. That's ridiculous to have to wait that long! Pizza doesn't take that long. After 40 minutes the whole time it was sitting at the corner. It was half cold and warm. There was other customers ahead and behind us, they sat for 15-20 minutes and received their pizza before us. She should have been courteous to us by telling us sorry for the wait and or offer the outdoor seating to us when it became available. The seating indoors just felt like a cafeteria. The pizza wasn't as expected. When you're very hungry and you get bad service your whole mood changes entirely. She just didn't offer any refills of water. She definitely was distracted speaking to other patrons and completely ignored us. read more

We walked in and were told to put our name on a waitlist and we would be next. Watched not 1, but 3 tables get seated before us. When we asked the hostess if she forgot about us, she was like "what?" and then said "oops sorry. I have a table for you". We were a party of 3 and she sat us at a 2-top. The table was not ideal for that as the third person has to sit sideways. So she didn't really have a table for us - we saw that table empty when we arrived. By now 30 minutes had gone by. Our waitress was prompt and took our order, we ordered one salad to start with. After waiting for 30 more minutes, and watching TWO tables who got seated after us get salads and meatballs, we walked out. Not only forgotten once, but twice! OMG. This Pizza! Simple menu consisting mainly of gourmet pizzas, quesadilla's and panini's. No fried foods (french fries, etc). No dessert. No liquor. Smaller place but can easily accommodate 1-2 larger parties indoors. Given the size, this place can get loud. Outdoor seating available overlooking Seneca Lake during the day time hours. Gourmet pizzas are simply delicious. I split a pineapple pizza with the boyfriend and ordered a side (half) salad and was too full to grab dessert elsewhere. Ingredients were very fresh and flavorful. crust is neither thin nor thick, basically in the middle. Outer edge/crust was very thick. Regarding their craft beers, I'm not much of a fan. I won't go into detail much about this because craft beer preferences vary greatly from person to person. Despite myself not being a fan, I'd hate to give a negative review over something that's actually a Grade A product. Out of the beers I tasted in my flight, the Peanut Butter stoudt was the best. But seriously, come here to try the pizza. So many options to choose from. There are three big TVs to watch sports on. Not a beer fan? Enjoying my brothers birthday with my family (whom i rarely see in one place) Music was great and beautiful weather. We paid for 3 pizzas and beer with cash throughout our time there so no there was no tab for our group. Once saying our goodbyes my father began to walk to the parking lot where he was rudely/aggressively stopped by a waitress with blue shirt and purple leggings accusing him of a tab he didn't settle for one pizza and four drinks she was looking for a "henry" which was his name however this was not his tab embarrassed a flustered he gave her 40 dollars for the 33 dollar tab. After leaving and accepting this my sister in-law whom started the original tab went to the waitress and calmly explained this tab was not his and we had paid for everything in advance. With rude response the waitress says well who's tab is it which is not our responsibility to know that. After being rude and dismissive they finally figured out who's tab it was and it did not belong to us. The waitress proceeded to say so do you want your 33 dollars back with attitude and sarcasm and talking about us with other co workers who proceeded to stare. Which mind you we gave her forty. Based on service this place was a huge disappointment. I asked for tomatoes to be added to the pizza but came out with none. I asked for a side of chips which never came as well. The server never noticed or acknowledged the mistakes and by the time we got the food I did not feel mentioning them. We only saw our server when the food came and again for the bill but that was it.
